技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属凡尔密封面,特别是金属凡尔密封结构在单流阀的运用技术,属于机械设计制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有单流阀中的凡尔密封结构是在阀芯下部的锥面上车削一环形槽,环形槽内硫化密封橡胶,在阀座的锥形密封面上喷涂一层镍基合金,形成阀芯上的密封橡胶与阀座上的镍基合金之间的凡尔密封面。这种密封结构如使用不当会产生气蚀,易使阀芯上的硫化橡胶剥落、损伤,造成阀的使用寿命大幅降低。有数据表明,橡胶的密封寿命通常在15-20年之间,而金属的密封寿命却高达80-90年。因此,将金属密封用于单流阀的凡乐密封面是发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金属凡尔密封面,利用金属与金属之间的硬密封,实现提高单流阀使用寿命的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明釆取以下技术方案实施:包括阀体、阀座和阀芯,所述阀体和阀座是分开的,两者之间设有密封圈,阀座为环形结构,阀座与阀芯均选择1Cr18Ni9T金属为基材,其特征在于阀芯下部设有外锥形密封面;阀座的内孔与上端面之间设有内锥面,内锥面上喷焊了一层镍基合金作为密封面;阀芯下部的外锥形密封面与阀座上的镍基合金密封面偶合。
本发明选用1Cr18Ni9T金属作为阀芯和阀座的基材,通过阀芯下部的外锥面与阀座上的镍基合金内锥密封面偶合形成单流阀的密封凡尔结构。由于在阀座的内锥面上喷焊了一层镍基合金作为密封面,因此阀座上的密封面具有较高的硬度;由于阀芯采用1Cr18Ni9T金属制成,因此阀芯上的外锥密封面硬度较低,这样可使阀芯和阀座之间的凡尔密封面更具良好的密封性能和抗磨性能。
本发明的有益贡献在于通过金属与金属之间的硬密封,使节流阀中的凡尔密封面密封性能更好、使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,阀体1与阀座3是分体式的,阀座3为一环形体,阀体1与阀座3之间设有密封圈4;阀芯2与阀座3均采用1Cr18Ni9T金属制成,阀芯2的下端设有外锥密封面,阀座3的内孔与上端面之间设有内锥面,内锥面上喷焊了一层镍基合金,并通过研磨这层镍基合金后形成阀座3的内锥密封面301,阀芯2下部的外锥密封面与阀座3上的内锥密封面301偶合形成单流阀的密封凡尔结构。由于本发明采用阀芯2和阀座3上纯金属密封面相偶合的硬密封凡尔结构,且阀芯2下部的外锥密封面硬度明显低于阀座3上具有镍基合金密封面硬度,因此本发明不但密封性能好,而且密封寿命长。
