Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油气开采设备技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种无交界线的凡尔总成。
背景技术
凡尔总成是应用于压裂泵液力端的一种单向阀总成,是压裂泵液力端的重要组成部分。凡尔总成由凡尔弹簧、凡尔体、凡尔胶皮及凡尔座组成,其中凡尔胶皮和凡尔体是液力端中寿命最短的两种易损件。在常规的凡尔总成中凡尔胶皮嵌套在凡尔体上,凡尔胶皮与凡尔体之间存在一条交界线,这条交界线裸露在流体当中,在高压流体的高速冲刷下,凡尔胶皮在交界线处容易被冲刷而破损,尤其当高压流体为携砂液时,砂粒容易嵌入到凡尔胶皮和凡尔体的交界面内,使凡尔胶皮与凡尔体之间产生缝隙,从而加速了凡尔胶皮的冲刷损坏,缩短了凡尔胶皮的使用寿命。由于在凡尔体关闭时,凡尔胶皮起到缓冲作用,当凡尔胶皮损坏后,凡尔体失去缓冲,直接与凡尔座撞击,从也而加速了凡尔体及凡尔座的损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述传统技术的不足之处,提供一种无交界线的凡尔总成,弥补现有凡尔胶皮、凡尔体及凡尔座使用寿命短的不足。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种无交界线的凡尔总成,包括凡尔体,凡尔座和凡尔胶皮,所述凡尔座为环形回转体,所述凡尔胶皮也为环形回转体形状,所述凡尔体与凡尔座套接连接,所述凡尔胶皮与凡尔座固定连接,所述凡尔胶皮位于凡尔座与凡尔体之间,所述凡尔体下落过程中与凡尔胶皮接触的位置设有密封球面,所述密封球面下部设有密封锥面,所述密封锥面下部的凡尔座相应位置设有与密封锥面形状相互配合的凡尔座密封锥面,凡尔体下落过程中所述密封球面与凡尔胶皮接触时所述密封锥面位于凡尔座密封锥面上部且密封锥面与凡尔座密封锥面不接触,所述凡尔体上部设有凡尔体开启高度限位块。
进一步地,所述凡尔座连接有锁紧螺母,所述锁紧螺母压紧凡尔胶皮在凡尔座上,所述锁紧螺母设有内螺纹,所述凡尔座外周相应位置设有外螺纹,所述锁紧螺母与凡尔座螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述凡尔体上部连接有凡尔弹簧,所述凡尔体上部设有凡尔弹簧限位槽,所述凡尔弹簧与凡尔弹簧限位槽连接。
进一步地,所述凡尔体下部设有导向支腿。
进一步地,所述导向支腿的数目为多个。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:
凡尔胶皮通过螺纹连接固定安装在凡尔座上,与凡尔体不是一个整体,因此没有了凡尔胶皮与凡尔体的交界线,从而去除了凡尔胶皮的薄弱点,提高了凡尔胶皮的使用寿命;
凡尔胶皮与凡尔体球面开始接触时为线接触,随后凡尔体继续下落,凡尔胶皮沿球面滑动及变形,清除了凡尔体球面上的颗粒,凡尔体球面与凡尔胶皮之间不存在颗粒,可有效提高凡尔胶皮的使用寿命;
凡尔体设有密封锥面,凡尔座设有凡尔座密封锥面,当凡尔体下落时,凡尔体的密封球面首先与凡尔胶皮接触,凡尔胶皮缓冲变形,凡尔体继续下落,凡尔体的密封锥面与凡尔座密封锥面接触,起到支撑作用,有效控制了凡尔胶皮的变形量,提高了凡尔胶皮的使用寿命;
凡尔体下落时,凡尔胶皮起到密封和缓冲作用,对凡尔体有一定保护作用,因此凡尔胶皮寿命的提升,也可有效提升凡尔体的使用寿命;
凡尔体上部安装有凡尔弹簧,能压缩凡尔体快速下落,及时闭合,保证了凡尔体的单向密封效率,避免了空泵现象。

实施例:如附图1所示,一种无交界线的凡尔总成,包括凡尔体2,凡尔座5和凡尔胶皮3,所述凡尔座5为环形回转体,所述凡尔胶皮3也为环形回转体形状,所述凡尔体2与凡尔座5套接连接,所述凡尔胶皮3与凡尔座5固定连接,所述凡尔座5连接有锁紧螺母4,所述锁紧螺母4压紧凡尔胶皮3在凡尔座5上,所述锁紧螺母4设有内螺纹,所述凡尔座5外周相应位置设有外螺纹,所述锁紧螺母4与凡尔座5螺纹连接。
所述凡尔胶皮3位于凡尔座5与凡尔体2之间,所述凡尔体2下落过程中与凡尔胶皮3接触的位置设有密封球面9,所述密封球面9下部设有密封锥面8,所述密封锥面8下部的凡尔座5相应位置设有与密封锥面8形状相互配合的凡尔座密封锥面7,凡尔体2下落过程中所述密封球面9与凡尔胶皮3接触时所述密封锥面8位于凡尔座密封锥面7上部且密封锥面8与凡尔座密封锥面7不接触,所述凡尔体2上部设有凡尔体开启高度限位块11,所述凡尔体2上部连接有凡尔弹簧1,所述凡尔体2上部设有凡尔弹簧限位槽10,所述凡尔弹簧1与凡尔弹簧限位槽10连接,所述凡尔体2下部设有导向支腿6,所述导向支腿6的数目为多个。
工作原理:凡尔座5外圆自上而下依次为外螺纹、1:16或1:8锥面,凡尔座5内圆自上而下依次为凡尔座密封锥面7和通孔;锁紧螺母4设有内螺纹,与凡尔座5通过螺纹连接在一起;凡尔胶皮3为环形回转体,凡尔胶皮3位于凡尔座5上端面上,被锁紧螺母4压紧;凡尔体2自上而下依次为凡尔体开启高度限位块11、凡尔弹簧限位槽10、密封球面9、密封锥面8、导向支腿6;凡尔弹簧1安装在凡尔体2上的凡尔弹簧限位槽10内。当凡尔体2上部的液体压力与弹簧力之和大于凡尔体2下部的液体压力时,凡尔体2向下运动,凡尔体2上的密封球面9与凡尔胶皮3接触,凡尔胶皮3起到密封及缓冲作用,凡尔体2继续下落,凡尔胶皮3压缩变形,凡尔体2的密封锥面8与凡尔座5的凡尔座密封锥面7接触,起到支撑作用,凡尔体2完全闭合;当凡尔体2上部的液体压力与弹簧力之和小于凡尔体2下部的液体压力时,凡尔体2向上运动,并与凡尔胶皮3脱离,流体从凡尔胶皮3与凡尔体2的密封球面9之间的空隙排出。

1.一种无交界线的凡尔总成,包括凡尔体,凡尔座和凡尔胶皮,所述凡尔座为环形回转体,所述凡尔胶皮也为环形回转体形状,所述凡尔体与凡尔座套接连接,其特征在于:所述凡尔胶皮与凡尔座固定连接,所述凡尔胶皮位于凡尔座与凡尔体之间,所述凡尔体下落过程中与凡尔胶皮接触的位置设有密封球面,所述密封球面下部设有密封锥面,所述密封锥面下部的凡尔座相应位置设有与密封锥面形状相互配合的凡尔座密封锥面,凡尔体下落过程中所述密封球面与凡尔胶皮接触时所述密封锥面位于凡尔座密封锥面上部且密封锥面与凡尔座密封锥面不接触,所述凡尔体上部设有凡尔体开启高度限位块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无交界线的凡尔总成,其特征在于:所述凡尔座连接有锁紧螺母,所述锁紧螺母压紧凡尔胶皮在凡尔座上,所述锁紧螺母设有内螺纹,所述凡尔座外周相应位置设有外螺纹,所述锁紧螺母与凡尔座螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无交界线的凡尔总成,其特征在于:所述凡尔体上部连接有凡尔弹簧,所述凡尔体上部设有凡尔弹簧限位槽,所述凡尔弹簧与凡尔弹簧限位槽连接。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种无交界线的凡尔总成,其特征在于:所述凡尔体下部设有导向支腿。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种无交界线的凡尔总成,其特征在于:所述导向支腿的数目为多个。
