Abstract

本发明公开一种防火门芯板，包括水泥发泡保温板及设置在水泥发泡保温板正反两面的复合防火层，所述复合防火层包括由内至外依次设置的玻璃纤维布层、防火涂层、无纺布层。所述一种防火门芯板以水泥发泡保温板为基板，并在其正方两面设置复合防火层，大大提高了防火性能，复合防火层中的玻璃纤维布层，不仅提高了防火芯板的防火性能及整体强度，且加强了防火芯板的隔热、隔音效果，此外，最外层的无纺布层进一步提高了整体强度，结构简单、易于实现。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火门芯板。
背景技术
门是指建筑物的出入口或安装在出入口能开关的装置，门是分割有限空间的一种实体，它的作用是可以连接和关闭两个或多个空间的出入口。
防火门芯板是防火门的重要组成部分，目前，市场上的防火门芯板，其防火性能、强度都较差，难以满足市场需求，由此，急需解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题，提供一种防火门芯板，以解决现有防火门芯板防火性能差、强度低的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种防火门芯板，包括水泥发泡保温板及设置在水泥发泡保温板正反两面的复合防火层，所述复合防火层包括由内至外依次设置的玻璃纤维布层、防火涂层、无纺布层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述复合防火层通过防火胶水与水泥发泡保温板相连。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述玻璃纤维布层的厚度为1mm～2mm。
本发明的有益效果为，所述一种防火门芯板以水泥发泡保温板为基板，并在其正方两面设置复合防火层，大大提高了防火性能，复合防火层中的玻璃纤维布层，不仅提高了防火芯板的防火性能及整体强度，且加强了防火芯板的隔热、隔音效果，此外，最外层的无纺布层进一步提高了整体强度，结构简单、易于实现。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。可以理解的是，此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本发明，而非对本发明的限定。
请参照图1所示，图1为本发明一种防火门芯板的结构示意图。
于本实施例中，一种防火门芯板，包括水泥发泡保温板1及设置在水泥发泡保温板1正反两面的复合防火层2，所述复合防火层2通过防火胶水与水泥发泡保温板1相连，所述复合防火层2包括由内至外依次设置的玻璃纤维布层21、防火涂层22、无纺布层23。所述玻璃纤维布层21的厚度为1.5mm，
值得一提的是，虽然本实施例中玻璃纤维布层21的厚度为1.5mm，但是本发明不限于此，玻璃纤维布层21的厚度可以为1mm或2mm或位于两者之间的任一数值，1.5mm为本实施例结合成本及性能等各方面因素之后的优选方案。
上述一种防火门芯板以水泥发泡保温板1为基板，并在其正方两面设置复合防火层2，大大提高了防火性能，复合防火层2中的玻璃纤维布层，不仅提高了防火芯板的防火性能及整体强度，且加强了防火芯板的隔热、隔音效果，此外，最外层的无纺布层23进一步提高了整体强度，结构简单、易于实现。

1.一种防火门芯板，其特征在于：包括水泥发泡保温板及设置在水泥发泡保温板正反两面的复合防火层，所述复合防火层包括由内至外依次设置的玻璃纤维布层、防火涂层、无纺布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火门芯板，其特征在于：所述复合防火层通过防火胶水与水泥发泡保温板相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火门芯板，其特征在于：所述玻璃纤维布层的厚度为1mm～2mm。
