Abstract
一种门体设备,包括围墙、门体以及齿合装置,围墙中设置有出入口,且围墙中在位于出入口下端壁设置有端口朝上的加固孔,门体下端壁设置有与加固孔相配合的凸头,出入口两侧设置有导位槽,门体安装在导位槽中,出入口上方固定设置有竖直杆,竖直杆上端固定设置有横杆,横杆上端固定安装有驱动机,驱动机的动力轴上固定连接有螺旋杆,螺旋杆上螺旋纹配合安装有螺旋纹套管,螺旋纹套管与门体上端固定连接,门体两侧面设置有齿边条;本发明装置结构简单,操作方便,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于门体领域,尤其是一种门体设备。
背景技术
在庭院中通过设置门体从而使人或者车辆通过,现有的庭院中的门体都是在围墙两边通过铰链铰接两扇门体通过手动推拉进行开启和关闭,这样当人们开车需要出入时必须下车然后打开门体,外出时还需要上锁,这样操作麻烦,而且当庭院前后有障碍物时还会阻挡门体的开启和关闭,必须先将障碍物移走,才能将门体打开,因此现有的庭院中的门体存在许多不便之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种门体设备,其运行可靠度高,能够提高闸门系统的运行安全性。
根据本发明,一种门体设备,包括围墙、门体以及齿合装置,所述围墙中设置有出入口,且所述围墙中在位于所述出入口下端壁设置有端口朝上的加固孔,所述门体下端壁设置有与所述加固孔相配合的凸头,所述出入口两侧设置有导位槽,所述门体安装在所述导位槽中,所述出入口上方固定设置有竖直杆,所述竖直杆上端固定设置有横杆,所述横杆上端固定安装有驱动机,所述驱动机的动力轴上固定连接有螺旋杆,所述螺旋杆上螺旋纹配合安装有螺旋纹套管,所述螺旋纹套管与所述门体上端固定连接,所述门体两侧面设置有齿边条,所述齿合装置固定安装在所述出入口上端两侧,所述齿合装置包括对等安装在所述出入口上端两侧壁中的装定壳套,所述装定壳套中设置有端口面向所述出入口的滑行槽和位于所述滑行槽外侧端的接合槽,所述滑行槽与所述接合槽之间设置有穿行槽,所述滑行槽中滑行安装有齿合臂,所述齿合臂外侧端设置有与所述齿边条咬合的齿牙,所述齿合臂内侧端固定设置有被动铁棒,所述被动铁棒通过所述穿行槽并延伸到所述接合槽中,所述齿合臂与所述滑行槽外侧端壁之间安装有顶推弹性件,所述接合槽外侧端固定安装有磁力装置,所述驱动机上设置有降噪缓震装置;
进一步的技术方案,所述磁力装置包括固定安装在所述装定壳套中的主动铁棒,所述主动铁棒外环上固定安装有接电圈,且所述接电圈与所述驱动机互连;
进一步的技术方案,所述降噪缓震装置包括降噪罩和缓震胶垫,所述降噪罩环设在所述驱动机上,所述降噪罩内设置有降噪棉用于降低所述驱动机工作产生的嘈杂声,所述缓震胶垫设置在所述驱动机与所述横杆上端面之间,通过设置所述降噪缓震装置可有效提升装置整体性能。
通过上述方案,由于本发明装置中的接电圈与驱动机互连,故可使接电圈与驱动机同时通电和断电,当需要对门体的高度进行调节时,对接电圈和驱动机同时通电,接电圈通电时可使主动铁棒产生磁性,故可将被动铁棒吸引,被动铁棒会带动齿合臂向两侧滑行,从而使齿牙与齿边条脱开咬合,允许门体进行升降调节,而驱动机通电后可带动螺旋杆转动,从而带动门体进行升降调节,门体的高度调节好后,接电圈与驱动机同时断电,驱动机断电后,门体停止升降,而接电圈断电后,主动铁棒失去磁性,故被动铁棒在顶推弹性件的作用下与主动铁棒分开,从而使齿合臂朝向出入口方向滑行,最终使齿牙与齿边条相咬合,从而将门体紧固,而在齿合臂紧固门体时,可减小门体的自重对螺旋杆的影响,由此,可对螺旋杆以及螺旋纹套管的螺旋纹进行保护,从而可大大延长螺旋杆以及螺旋纹套管的使用寿命,本发明装置结构简单,无需手动打开门体,操作方便。

根据图1-3,对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明的一种门体设备,包括围墙1、门体25以及齿合装置,所述围墙1中设置有出入口11,且所述围墙1中在位于所述出入口11下端壁设置有端口朝上的加固孔13,所述门体25下端壁设置有与所述加固孔13相配合的凸头26,通过凸头26设置在加固孔13内,增加门体25与围墙1之间的牢固性,所述出入口两侧设置有导位槽12,所述门体25安装在所述导位槽12中,所述出入口11上方固定设置有竖直杆2,所述竖直杆上端固定设置有横杆21,所述横杆21上端固定安装有驱动机22,所述驱动机22的动力轴上固定连接有螺旋杆23,所述螺旋杆23上螺旋纹配合安装有螺旋纹套管24,所述螺旋纹套管24与所述门体25上端固定连接,所述门体25两侧面设置有齿边条251,所述齿合装置固定安装在所述出入口11上端两侧,所述齿合装置包括对等安装在所述出入口上端两侧壁中的装定壳套3,所述装定壳套3中设置有端口面向所述出入口11的滑行槽32和位于所述滑行槽32外侧端的接合槽30,所述滑行槽32与所述接合槽30之间设置有穿行槽,所述滑行槽32中滑行安装有齿合臂33,所述齿合臂33外侧端设置有与所述齿边条251咬合的齿牙331,所述齿合臂33内侧端固定设置有被动铁棒34,所述被动铁棒34通过所述穿行槽并延伸到所述接合槽30中,所述齿合臂33与所述滑行槽32外侧端壁之间安装有顶推弹性件35,所述顶推弹性件35,用以将所述齿合臂33朝向出入口11方向顶推,使齿牙331与齿边条251咬合,从而可将所述门体25紧固,所述接合槽30外侧端固定安装有磁力装置,所述驱动机22上设置有降噪缓震装置;
优选地,所述磁力装置包括固定安装在所述装定壳套3中的主动铁棒31,所述主动铁棒31外环上固定安装有接电圈310,且所述接电圈310与所述驱动机22互连,从而可使所述接电圈310与所述驱动机22同时通电和断电。
优选地,所述降噪缓震装置包括降噪罩220和缓震胶垫222,所述降噪罩220环设在所述驱动机22上,所述降噪罩220内设置有降噪棉221用于降低所述驱动机22工作产生的嘈杂声,所述缓震胶垫222设置在所述驱动机22与所述横杆21上端面之间,通过设置所述降噪缓震装置可有效提升装置整体性能。
由于本发明装置中的接电圈与驱动机互连,故可使接电圈与驱动机同时通电和断电,当需要对门体的高度进行调节时,对接电圈和驱动机同时通电,接电圈通电时可使主动铁棒产生磁性,故可将被动铁棒吸引,被动铁棒会带动齿合臂向两侧滑行,从而使齿牙与齿边条脱开咬合,允许门体进行升降调节,而驱动机通电后可带动螺旋杆转动,从而带动门体进行升降调节,门体的高度调节好后,接电圈与驱动机同时断电,驱动机断电后,门体停止升降,而接电圈断电后,主动铁棒失去磁性,故被动铁棒在顶推弹性件的作用下与主动铁棒分开,从而使齿合臂朝向出入口方向滑行,最终使齿牙与齿边条相咬合,从而将门体紧固,而在齿合臂紧固门体时,可减小门体的自重对螺旋杆的影响,由此,可对螺旋杆以及螺旋纹套管的螺旋纹进行保护,从而可大大延长螺旋杆以及螺旋纹套管的使用寿命。

1.一种门体设备,包括围墙、门体以及齿合装置,其特征在于:所述围墙中设置有出入口,且所述围墙中在位于所述出入口下端壁设置有端口朝上的加固孔,所述门体下端壁设置有与所述加固孔相配合的凸头,所述出入口两侧设置有导位槽,所述门体安装在所述导位槽中,所述出入口上方固定设置有竖直杆,所述竖直杆上端固定设置有横杆,所述横杆上端固定安装有驱动机,所述驱动机的动力轴上固定连接有螺旋杆,所述螺旋杆上螺旋纹配合安装有螺旋纹套管,所述螺旋纹套管与所述门体上端固定连接,所述门体两侧面设置有齿边条,所述齿合装置固定安装在所述出入口上端两侧,所述齿合装置包括对等安装在出入口上端两侧壁中的装定壳套,所述装定壳套中设置有端口面向出入口的滑行槽和位于所述滑行槽外侧端的接合槽,所述滑行槽与所述接合槽之间设置有穿行槽,所述滑行槽中滑行安装有齿合臂,所述齿合臂外侧端设置有与齿边条咬合的齿牙,所述齿合臂内侧端固定设置有被动铁棒,所述被动铁棒通过所述穿行槽并延伸到接合槽中,所述齿合臂与所述滑行槽外侧端壁之间安装有顶推弹性件,所述接合槽外侧端固定安装有磁力装置,所述驱动机上设置有降噪缓震装置;所述磁力装置包括固定安装在所述装定壳套中的主动铁棒,所述主动铁棒外环上固定安装有接电圈,且所述接电圈与所述驱动机互连,从而可使所述接电圈与所述驱动机同时通电和断电。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种门体设备,其特征在于:所述降噪缓震装置包括降噪罩和缓震胶垫,所述降噪罩环设在所述驱动机上,所述降噪罩内设置有降噪棉用于降低所述驱动机工作产生的嘈杂声,所述缓震胶垫设置在所述驱动机与所述横杆上端面之间。
