本发明公开了一种抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,包括内层、中层以及外层;所述内层包含:茂金属聚乙烯50‑100份,线性低密度聚乙烯10‑30份,填料30‑50份,抗氧剂1‑2份,抗紫外线剂2‑4份,盐酸0.5‑1份,稳定剂1‑5份,助催化剂1‑2份,硝化纤维3‑8份;所述中层包含:茂金属聚乙烯15‑35份,线性低密度聚乙烯50‑90份,聚烯烃弹性体1‑5份;所述外层包含:茂金属聚乙烯75‑95份,线性低密度聚乙烯8‑26份,填料40‑60份,有机色素1‑5份,醋酸纤维素10‑15份,聚碳酸酯4‑12份,聚酯3‑7份。本发明在材料的应用上有广泛的选择性,可充分体现不同层次的功能,多层次不易损坏,使用寿命长,有较好的强度、韧性、开口性、防潮性和热封性等性能,抗寒高韧性的高性能材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种材料配方,具体是一种抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料。
背景技术
园艺模具是制作园艺产品时前期模型,现有技术配方对低温环境耐受不好,在我国的北方,内蒙古、黑龙江等地的冬天使用普通园艺模具,由于低温使得PE、PP的变硬、变脆,受冲击时容易造成模具破裂,本产品就是面对低温的应用环境,设计高韧性、抗低温性能好模具配方。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种价格低,防护性能高的抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,包括内层、中层以及外层;
所述内层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯50-100份,线性低密度聚乙烯10-30份,填料30-50份,抗氧剂1-2份,抗紫外线剂2-4份,盐酸0.5-1份,稳定剂1-5份,助催化剂1-2份,硝化纤维3-8份;
所述中层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯15-35份,线性低密度聚乙烯50-90份,聚烯烃弹性体1-5份;
所述外层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯75-95份,线性低密度聚乙烯8-26份,填料40-60份,有机色素1-5份,醋酸纤维素10-15份,聚碳酸酯4-12份,聚酯3-7份;
优选的,所述催化剂由氢氧化钠、氢氧化钡、氢氧化镁、氧化锌中的一种或者多种混合制成。
优选的,所述抗氧剂采用亚磷酸酯。
优选的,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸镉、硬脂酸铁、硬脂酸钾中一种或者多种混合制成。
优选的,所述填料为玻璃纤维、硅藻土、石棉、炭黑中的一种或者多种混合制成。
优选的,所述有机色素由β-胡萝卜素,隐黄素,玉蜀黍黄素中的一种或者多种混合制成。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明有着普通塑料模具材料以及其它模具材料无法比拟的优良性能,在材料的应用上有广泛的选择性,可充分体现不同层次的功能,多层次不易损坏,使用寿命长,有较好的强度、韧性、开口性、防潮性和热封性等性能,抗寒高韧性的高性能材料。

以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
一种抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,包括内层、中层以及外层;
内层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯70份,线性低密度聚乙烯25份,玻璃纤维30份,硅藻土10份,亚磷酸酯1份,抗紫外线剂3份,盐酸1份,硬脂酸钠0.5份、硬脂酸镁0.5份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、硬脂酸铅0.5份、硬脂酸铝0.5份,氢氧化钡2份,硝化纤维6份;
中层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯70份,聚烯烃弹性体4份;
外层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯60份,线性低密度聚乙烯19份,石棉30份、炭黑20份,玉蜀黍黄素4份,醋酸纤维素13份,聚碳酸酯8份,聚酯5份。
实施例2
一种抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,包括内层、中层以及外层;
内层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯75份,线性低密度聚乙烯25份,炭黑20份,硅藻土30份,亚磷酸酯2份,抗紫外线剂3份,盐酸1份,硬脂酸钾2份,氢氧化钡0.5份,氧化锌1份,硝化纤维7份;
中层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯56份,聚烯烃弹性体4份;
外层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯80份,线性低密度聚乙烯22份,玻璃纤维30份、硅藻土15份、石棉5份、炭黑5份,β-胡萝卜素4份,醋酸纤维素10份,聚碳酸酯11份,聚酯6份。
实施例3
一种抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,包括内层、中层以及外层;
内层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯66份,线性低密度聚乙烯28份,硅藻土39份,亚磷酸酯2份,抗紫外线剂3份,盐酸1份,硬脂酸钙1份、硬脂酸铅2份、硬脂酸铝1份,氢氧化钡0.5份、氢氧化镁0.5份,硝化纤维7份;
中层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯80份,聚烯烃弹性体3份;
外层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯90份,线性低密度聚乙烯24份,玻璃纤维20份、硅藻土10份、石棉10份、炭黑10份,β-胡萝卜素2份,隐黄素2份,醋酸纤维素12份,聚碳酸酯9份,聚酯6份;
实施例4
一种抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,包括内层、中层以及外层;
内层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯68份,线性低密度聚乙烯25份,硅藻土12份、石棉13份、炭黑19份,亚磷酸酯2份,抗紫外线剂4份,盐酸1份,硬脂酸钠5份,氧化锌2份,硝化纤维7份;
中层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯18份,线性低密度聚乙烯76份,聚烯烃弹性体5份;
外层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯88份,线性低密度聚乙烯25份,石棉56份,隐黄素4份,醋酸纤维素13份,聚碳酸酯11份,聚酯6份;
本产品配方能够达到在-20℃时,3m高度摔包不破。在保证性能的同时达到最经济的使用成本和较好的强度效果。
值得注意的是,在填料添加时,对石棉混合前需要对石棉进行软化处理。抗紫外剂市场采购即可。

1.一种抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,其特征在于,包括内层、中层以及外层;
所述内层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯50-100份,线性低密度聚乙烯10-30份,填料30-50份,抗氧剂1-2份,抗紫外线剂2-4份,盐酸0.5-1份,稳定剂1-5份,助催化剂1-2份,硝化纤维3-8份;
所述中层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯15-35份,线性低密度聚乙烯50-90份,聚烯烃弹性体1-5份;
所述外层包含以下重量份材料:
茂金属聚乙烯75-95份,线性低密度聚乙烯8-26份,填料40-60份,有机色素1-5份,醋酸纤维素10-15份,聚碳酸酯4-12份,聚酯3-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,其特征在于,所述催化剂由氢氧化钠、氢氧化钡、氢氧化镁、氧化锌中的一种或者多种混合制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂采用亚磷酸酯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸镉、硬脂酸铁、硬脂酸钾中一种或者多种混合制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,其特征在于,所述填料为玻璃纤维、硅藻土、石棉、炭黑中的一种或者多种混合制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗寒高韧性三层共挤PE园艺模具材料,其特征在于,所述有机色素由β-胡萝卜素,隐黄素,玉蜀黍黄素中的一种或者多种混合制成。
