Agricultural and sideline products production line discharge mechanism
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural and sideline product processing, in particular to a discharge mechanism of an agricultural and sideline product production line.
Background
When the existing agricultural and sideline products are processed, some agricultural and sideline products are few in processing procedures, and are directly output through the conveying belt after being processed, and some agricultural and sideline products are more in processing procedures, and the conveying belt is required to be transferred for continuous processing after being processed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a discharging mechanism of an agricultural and sideline product production line, which has a reasonable structure and can realize transfer or direct discharging.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the agricultural and sideline product production line discharging mechanism comprises a guide frame arranged at the output end of a conveying belt, wherein the top of the guide frame is provided with an inclined guide surface, the higher end of the guide surface is positioned at one side of the conveying belt, the top of the guide frame at two sides of the conveying direction of the conveying belt is provided with limiting steps, and a material supporting assembly is movably arranged between the two limiting steps; the material supporting assembly comprises a material supporting frame, material supporting rollers and handles, wherein two ends of the material supporting frame are bent upwards and then extend outwards horizontally to form a mounting edge, the mounting edge is supported by limiting steps, the handles are arranged at the top of the mounting edge, a plurality of carrier roller grooves are distributed on the material supporting frame along the width direction of a conveying belt, the number of the material supporting rollers is multiple, the material supporting rollers are arranged on the material supporting frame below the carrier roller grooves, the top of the material supporting rollers after installation penetrates out of the carrier roller grooves to form supporting positions, and the surfaces of the supporting positions are flush with the supporting surfaces of the conveying belt.
The material supporting frame is H-shaped, and the upper parts of the side walls at two sides of the material supporting frame outwards extend to form a mounting edge.
The top of the guide frame is provided with an n-shaped auxiliary part bracket, and the auxiliary part bracket is provided with an illuminating lamp and a hook.
The limiting step is formed by welding two hollow metal square tubes on the top of the guide frame.
After the scheme is adopted, when the output end of the conveying belt needs to be rotated, the material supporting component is placed, articles output by the conveying belt are conveyed to the rear through the material supporting roller, when the rotation is not needed, the material supporting component is taken down, and the articles output by the conveying belt are guided out through the guide surface.
