The contact type PCB cleaning device is characterized by comprising a base, a portal, a vertical frame, cutting, connecting plates, heightening pads, an air cylinder, a supporting plate, elastic supporting mechanisms, a cross beam, a feeding mechanism and a liquid spraying mechanism, wherein the number of the vertical frame, the cutting, the connecting plates, the heightening pads, the air cylinder and the supporting plate are symmetrically arranged along the base, the number of the elastic supporting mechanisms, the cross beam, the feeding mechanism and the liquid spraying mechanism is not less than 2, the portal is positioned at the upper end of the base, the portal is connected with threads of the base, the vertical frame is positioned at the upper end of the base, the vertical frame is connected with threads of the base, the cutting is positioned at the upper end of the vertical frame, the cutting is connected with the vertical frame in a sliding manner, the connecting plates are positioned at the outer sides of the cutting, the connecting plates are connected with threads of the cutting, the heightening pads are positioned at the center of the upper end of the base, the heightening pads are connected with threads of the heightening pads, the air cylinder is positioned at the center of the upper end of the heightening pads, the supporting plate is positioned at the upper end of the air cylinder, the supporting plate is connected with the threads of the air cylinder, the elastic supporting mechanism is positioned at the upper end of the elastic supporting mechanism, the elastic supporting mechanism is positioned at the upper end of the threads, the elastic supporting mechanism is positioned at the upper end, the connecting plates are positioned at the upper ends, the connecting plates are outside the connecting plates and the connecting with the connecting plates, the connecting plates and are respectively; the liquid spraying mechanism further comprises a valve body, an end cover, a first servo motor, a valve core, a liquid inlet hole, a first liquid outlet hole, a second liquid outlet hole, a liquid separating block, a limiting plate, a steel ball and a rubber pad, wherein the valve body is positioned at the lower end of the feeding mechanism, the valve body is connected with the screw thread of the feeding mechanism, the end cover is positioned at the left side of the valve body, the end cover is connected with the screw thread of the valve body, the first servo motor is positioned at the left side of the end cover, the valve core is positioned at the inner side of the valve body and positioned at the right side of the first servo motor, the valve core is connected with a valve body gap and is connected with a first servo motor key, the liquid inlet hole is positioned at the center of the right side of the valve core, the liquid inlet hole does not penetrate through the valve core main body, the valve core is further provided with a first liquid outlet hole, the valve core is further provided with a second liquid outlet hole, the axis of the first liquid outlet hole is vertical to the axis of the second liquid outlet hole, the valve core is positioned at the left side of the end cover, the valve core is positioned at the inner side of the valve body, the valve core is connected with the lower end of the liquid separating block, the liquid separating block is positioned at the lower end of the valve body and is connected with the limiting plate, the movable plate is connected with the lower end of the steel ball through the limiting plate, the liquid separating block is connected with the limiting plate through the steel ball through the limiting plate, and the center is connected with the steel ball through the limiting plate through the center; the valve body is also provided with a third liquid outlet hole, the third liquid outlet hole is positioned at the lower end of the valve body, and the third liquid outlet hole penetrates through the valve body; the liquid dividing block is also provided with a first liquid dividing groove, and the first liquid dividing groove does not penetrate through the liquid dividing block main body; the liquid separation block is also provided with a first liquid separation hole, and the first liquid separation hole penetrates through the liquid separation block main body; the liquid separation block is also provided with a second liquid separation groove, and the second liquid separation groove does not penetrate through the liquid separation block main body; the liquid separation block is also provided with a second liquid separation hole, and the second liquid separation hole penetrates through the liquid separation block main body.

The device for cleaning the contact type PCB of claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism further comprises a support, a square tube, a rack, a rotating shaft, a second servo motor and a gear, wherein the support is positioned at the upper end of the liquid spraying mechanism, the support is connected with threads of the liquid spraying mechanism, the square tube is positioned at one side of a cross beam and positioned at the inner side of the support, the square tube is connected with threads of the cross beam and is slidably connected with the support, the rack is positioned at the upper end of the square tube, the rack is connected with threads of the square tube, the rotating shaft penetrates through the support, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the support, the second servo motor is positioned at the outer side of the support and positioned at one side of the rotating shaft, the second servo motor is connected with threads of the support and is connected with a rotating shaft key, the gear is positioned at the upper end of the rack and penetrated by the rotating shaft, and the gear is meshed with the rack and is tightly connected with the rotating shaft.

The device for cleaning the contact type PCB of claim 1, wherein the elastic supporting mechanism further comprises a sleeve, a guide rod, a spring, a top plate, nylon columns and a waterproof cover, wherein the number of the nylon columns and the waterproof cover is not less than 2, the nylon columns and the waterproof cover are uniformly distributed along the top plate, the sleeve is positioned at the upper end of the supporting plate, the sleeve is connected with the threads of the supporting plate, the lower end of the guide rod stretches into the sleeve, the guide rod is connected with a gap between the guide rod and the sleeve, the spring is positioned at the lower end of the guide rod and at the inner side of the sleeve, the spring is movably connected with the guide rod and is movably connected with the sleeve, the top plate is positioned at the upper end of the guide rod, the top plate is connected with the threads of the guide rod, the nylon columns are positioned at the upper end of the top plate, the waterproof cover is positioned at the lower end of the top plate, and the waterproof cover is connected with the threads of the top plate.
