The liquid deodorant can be directly diluted with water, and used as deodorant spray or air freshener. The composition forms an aqueous solution which absorbs malodorous substances in the malodorous gas, thereby extracting the malodorous substances from the gas.
The liquid deodorant is used for wallpaper, non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics or fibers, and has a deodorizing effect on ammonia gas and acetaldehyde gas after being dried, and has an effect of reducing the combustible degree of inflammable paper or fiber products. The amount of each use is about 5-10 g/m2Is most preferred. These finished products can be used as interior materials for building materials, furniture, household goods, automobiles, airplanes, and the like.
The metal constituting the deodorizing metal salt may be mainly a transition metal such as vanadium, manganese, iron, cobalt, titanium, nickel, manganese, copper, zinc, silver, or the like, and the like, or lead, aluminum, magnesium, or the like. Among these metal salts, ferrous iron or zinc has excellent deodorizing properties for amine salts, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptans and the like. The salt in which the metal is ferrous iron contains inorganic acid salt and organic acid salt. The inorganic acid salt is ferric sulfate, ferric chloride, ferric bromide, ferric iodide, etc. The organic acid salt is malate, ferric lactate, ferric citrate, etc.
Magnesium salts of metals are also used as deodorizing metal salts. The magnesium salt is often used in combination with ferrous iron and zinc. The magnesium salt includes magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide carbonate hydrate, sodium magnesium sulfate, potassium magnesium sulfate, and potassium magnesium bicarbonate.
The alkali metal salt has a function of stabilizing the deodorizing metal and has flame retardancy. The alkali metal is exemplified by sodium and potassium. The deodorizing metal salt may form a complex with the basic metal salt. For example, an aqueous solution of a deodorant composition containing ferric sulfate and potassium sulfate is acid-adjusted to pH 4 to 10, and potassium aurocan, which is a divalent iron-detecting agent, is added, so that a substantially blue image is not developed.
The isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound can be stably synthesized with ferrous iron, have good reaction on aldehydes and have flame retardance. The isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound are contained in an amount of 0.1 to 8, preferably 0.5 to 5 equivalents per one equivalent of 1 of the deodorizing metal salt. Specifically, 100 units of ferrous sulfate contain 50 to 350 units of isoniazid compound and adipic acid compound, preferably 60 to 200 units of isoniazid compound and adipic acid compound. When the amounts of the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound are too large for the deodorizing metal salt, there is a risk of generation of ammonia gas or the like, and when the amounts of the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound are too small, the deodorizing effect is affected.
As the chelating agent, there can be used ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid, citric acid, gluconic acid, iminodiacetic acid, diethyltriaminepentaacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, diaminopropane tetraacetic acid, hydroxyethyliminodiacetic acid, disodium sebacate, hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid, or a water-soluble salt thereof; citric acid, gluconic acid, and other acids or water-soluble salts thereof. These chelating agents may be used alone or in a mixture. Among them, disodium sebacate and aminocarboxylic acids such as acetic acid and their water-soluble salts react well. For 1 equivalent of the deodorant metal salt, 0.001 to 0.08 equivalent of the chelating agent is used, preferably 0.005 to 0.04 equivalent of the chelating agent is used. Specifically, the amount of the disodium sebacate is 0.5 to 8 parts by weight, preferably 1 to 7 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the iron sulfate (7 water salt).
Organic acids include fatty acids, aliphatic dicarboxylic acids, carbonyl carboxylic acids and other unsaturated fatty acids and hydroxy acids and (isoniazid compounds and adipic compounds) and the like.
Examples of the above-listed fatty acids are formic acid, acetic acid, capric acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, valeric acid, caproic acid, enanthic acid, caprylic acid, pelargonic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, phosphoric acid, pentadecanoic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, dihydroabietic acid, unsaturated fatty acids, and the like. As dicarboxylic acids, oxalic acid and the like are exemplified. As the aromatic acid, benzene acid, phthalic acid, carbonate and other unsaturated fatty acids are exemplified. In one embodiment of the present invention, 5 or more organic acids are selected and mixed. Among the above organic acids, the organic acids are odorless and have high solubility in waterThe substance affinity reaction of (1). Citric acid, malic acid, or mixed acids may be used. The organic acid content of the deodorizing metal salt is 3X 10 to 1 equivalent~40.5, preferably 2X 10- 30.01, further preferably 1X 10-30.01. Specifically, the citric acid is 0.5 to 8 parts by weight, preferably 0.1 to 5 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of iron sulfate (7 parts by weight of water salt).
The composition containing an isoniazid compound and an adipic acid compound can exhibit reactivity with an aldehyde malodorous substance such as formaldehyde, and can stabilize a deodorant metal salt and make a deodorant more effective in removing the amine, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, thiol, aldehyde malodorous substance. That is, the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound further improve the stability of the deodorizing metal salts such as ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate in addition to the decomposition of the deodorizing aldehydes. The deodorizing metal salt and the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound may form a combination, that is, the alkali metal salt of the deodorizing metal ion and the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound form a ligand.
The isoniazid compound contains at least 1 amino group, for example, 2 or 3 or more amino groups in the molecule.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the deodorant is ferrous sulfate as the metal salt, potassium salt as the alkali metal salt, disodium sebacate as the chelating agent, and citric acid as the organic acid. Stirring the mixture in hot water at 50-100 ℃, and adding ferrous sulfate at normal temperature to the mixture in an amount exceeding the solubility to dissolve the ferrous sulfate. The temperature is adjusted within this range as necessary, for example, 60 ℃ or 80 ℃. For 100 weight parts of hot water, 5 to 20 weight parts of ferrous sulfate (7 water salt), 15 to 600 weight parts of potassium in potassium aqueous solution, 2.5 to 50 weight parts of isoniazid compound and adipic acid compound, 0.5 to 10 weight parts of disodium sebacate, and 0.5 to 5 weight parts of citric acid are preferably combined.
The liquid deodorant prepared by the invention has excellent deodorization performance and has flame retardant effect when being coated on paper or fiber.
By adopting the preparation method of the liquid deodorant, the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound are added, so that the deodorant metal salt, particularly ferrous salt or zinc salt, in the liquid deodorant can be stabilized, the deodorant or the freshener can be improved to decompose and remove amine, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan, aldehyde compounds and the like, and ammonia can not be generated. Further, an alkali metal salt, that is, a complex of an alkali metal ion contained in the composition and a deodorant metal salt is added, and not only the deodorant metal salt is stabilized, but also the pH of the deodorant composition can be adjusted. The preparation method of the invention is also added with the stabilizing agent, the chelating agent and the pH regulating agent, the stabilizing agent and the chelating agent further stabilize the deodorant metal salt and enhance the deodorant effect, and the pH regulating agent can enable the deodorant composition to effectively react with the malodorous substances to remove the malodorous substances and reduce the combustible degree of the malodorous substances. The product prepared by the preparation method can be used as interior materials of building materials, furniture, household products, automobiles, airplanes and the like.
In this specification, the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof. It will, however, be evident that various modifications and changes may be made thereto without departing from the broader spirit and scope of the invention. The description is thus to be regarded as illustrative instead of limiting.
