Deodorant composition and use thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of deodorization, in particular to a deodorant, and specifically relates to a deodorant composition and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, with diversification of life, improvement of living standard, change and increase of human consciousness, and the like, demands for products having high-level deodorizing function such as clothes, household goods, indoor products, various industrial materials, and the like have further increased. The existence of the malodors comprises that building materials containing chemical substances such as formaldehyde are largely used in new houses, so that the chemical substances are largely gasified and separated to cause harm; on the other hand, the odor includes kitchen odor, toilet odor, odor such as sweat odor and halitosis, pet odor, industrial waste odor, etc.
These malodors are unavoidable in human life. Therefore, methods for coping with malodors, for example, so-called masking techniques for making malodors imperceptible to humans, so-called deodorizing techniques for capturing malodorous components, and the like, have been actively studied. In the prior art, after analyzing malodorous components, sulfur-containing compounds, aldehydes, lower fatty acids, various amines and the like are reported as malodorous components.
However, some of the existing deodorants are not stable enough to provide a deodorizing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a deodorant composition having improved stability of a deodorant and enhanced deodorizing effect, and use thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, the deodorant composition of the present invention is as follows:
the composition comprises deodorant metal salt, isoniazid compound and adipic acid compound, wherein the deodorant metal salt is one or more of inorganic acid salt or organic acid salt of metal salt formed by metal vanadium, manganese, iron, cobalt, titanium, nickel, manganese, copper, zinc, silver, lead, aluminum and magnesium, the inorganic acid salt is sulfate or halide, and the organic acid salt is citrate, malate or lactate.
Preferably, the metal salt is a ferrous salt, a magnesium salt or a zinc salt.
Preferably, the amount of the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound is 0.1-8 times of the amount of the deodorant metal salt.
Preferably, the amount of the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound is 0.5-5 times of the amount of the deodorant metal salt.
Preferably, the deodorant composition further comprises an alkali metal salt, and the alkali metal is sodium or potassium.
The invention also provides the use of the deodorant composition as a deodorant or freshener.
The invention further provides an application of the deodorant composition, and the deodorant composition is applied to wallpaper, non-woven fabric, woven fabric or fiber for deodorization.
The deodorant composition and the application thereof can be used as a deodorant or a freshener, and the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound in the composition can stabilize deodorant metal salts, particularly ferrous salt or zinc salt, in the composition, so that the deodorant or the freshener can decompose and remove amine, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan, aldehyde compounds and the like without generating ammonia. Further, the deodorant composition may further contain an alkali metal salt, that is, the deodorant composition contains an alkali metal ion, and the alkali metal salt and the deodorant metal salt form a complex, whereby not only the deodorant metal salt can be stabilized, but also the pH of the deodorant composition can be adjusted. The product of the invention can be used for wallpaper, non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics or fibers, and permeable wood, wood boards and the like, can be dried, has the deodorization effect on ammonia gas and aldehyde gas, and has the effect of reducing the combustible degree of inflammable paper or fiber products.
Detailed Description
In order to more clearly describe the technical contents of the present invention, the following further description is given in conjunction with specific embodiments.
The deodorant composition comprises deodorant metal salt, isoniazid compound and adipic acid compound, wherein the deodorant metal salt is one or two of inorganic acid salt or organic acid salt of metal salt consisting of metal vanadium, manganese, iron, cobalt, titanium, nickel, manganese, copper, zinc, silver, lead, aluminum and magnesium, the inorganic acid salt is sulfate and halide salt, and the organic acid salt is citrate, malate and lactate.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the metal salt is a ferrous salt, a magnesium salt or a zinc salt.
In one embodiment provided by the invention, the amounts of the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound are 0.1-8 times of the amount of the deodorant metal salt.
In one embodiment provided by the invention, the amounts of the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound are 0.5-5 times of the amount of the deodorant metal salt.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the deodorant composition further comprises an alkali metal salt, wherein the alkali metal is sodium or potassium.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the deodorant composition is used as a deodorant or a freshener.
In the embodiment of the application of the composition for deodorizing the chemical stabilizer, the deodorizing composition is applied to wallpaper, non-woven fabric, woven fabric or fiber for deodorization.
The composition containing an isoniazid compound and an adipic acid compound can exhibit reactivity with an aldehyde malodorous substance such as formaldehyde, and can stabilize a deodorant metal salt and make a deodorant more effective in removing the amine, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, thiol, aldehyde malodorous substance. That is, the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound further improve the stability of the deodorizing metal salts such as ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate in addition to the decomposition of the deodorizing aldehydes. The deodorizing metal salt and the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound may form a combination, that is, the alkali metal salt of the deodorizing metal ion and the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound form a ligand.
The isoniazid compound contains at least 1 amino group, for example, 2 or 3 or more amino groups in the molecule.
The deodorant composition and the application thereof can be used as a deodorant or a freshener, and the isoniazid compound and the adipic acid compound in the composition can stabilize deodorant metal salts, particularly ferrous salt or zinc salt, in the composition, so that the deodorant or the freshener can decompose and remove amine, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan, aldehyde compounds and the like without generating ammonia.
