银屑病，俗称牛皮癣，是一种由多基因遗传决定的、多环境因素刺激诱导的免疫异常性慢性炎症性增生性皮肤病；银屑病的主要病理改变是表皮角质形成细胞增生过度和异常分化、角化不全、缺乏颗粒层，皮肤新生血管形成和炎性细胞浸润等。其临床表现主要是患处皮肤反复产生多层银白色干燥鳞屑，鳞屑下分布有广泛浸润性红斑和明显的出血点，大多数患者具有瘙痒症状。

目前，银屑病的药物治疗，包括化学药物、中药、生物制剂及其联合应用的系统及局部治疗；现有治疗药物虽多，常用的如维A酸、地蒽酚、甲氨蝶呤、环孢素、依那西普及地塞米松等糖皮质激素等都存在不足之处，治疗效果大多只能达到近期临床疗效，不能有效延长患者的缓解期，难以控制复发，更难以治愈该病；多数药物具有程度不一的不良反应，而且部分药物价格昂贵。因此，从天然产物中筛选并开发安全、高效且经济的新型银屑病治疗药物是十分有意义的工作。
药浴对人体具有独到功效，在中国已有几千年的历史，自古以来一直受医学界重视。药浴法是外治法之一，即用药液或含有药液水洗浴全身或局部的一种方法，其形式多种多样。药浴作用机理概而言之，药物作用于全身肌表、局部、患处，并经吸收，循行经络血脉，内达脏腑，由表及里，因而产生效应。药浴洗浴，可起到疏通经络、活血化淤、驱风散寒、清热解毒、消肿止痛、调整阴阳、协调脏腑、通行气血、濡养全身等养生功效。药浴避免了药物对脾胃的刺激和对肝脏的损害，使药物有效成分通过皮肤吸收而发挥功效，是防治各种慢性疾病和养生保健的理想方法。但目前中草药治疗银屑病药浴在应用尚未实现规模化和产业化，主要问题是中草药配伍不合理、功能成分提取率低、难以工业化生产、功效不显著等弊端，因此开发新型的安全有效治疗银屑病药浴具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据现有治疗银屑病产品和技术存在的上述问题，开发安全有效的治疗银屑病药浴，该中药药浴制作简单，疗程短，疗效确切，且成本较低，从根源上祛除病因，让人们远离银屑病疹的困扰。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液，由以下重量份的中草药原料制成：苦参15～25份，侧柏叶20～30份，桃叶30～40份，金钱草10～15份，萹蓄10～15份，五倍子8～12份，川槿皮15～25份，紫花地丁10～15份，菖蒲10～20份，菊花5～10份及艾叶15～25份。
本发明治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将中草药原料清洗干净，在50～70 ℃下，鼓风烘干后，粉碎机粉碎，过50～100目筛，混匀，得复合中草药原料；
（3）超声波水浸提：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：4～6，加温到85～95 ℃，在800~1200 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提90~120 min，浸提结束后，过150~200目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加2~4倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
（4）超声逆流提取：将步骤（3）所得的浸提滤渣，加入3～5倍的50～60%乙醇，放入超声连续逆流提取机中，在800~1200 W超声波辅助作用下，逆流提取90~120 min后，过150~200目滤布得逆流提取液。
（5）过滤：将步骤（3）所得水浸提液和步骤（4）所得逆流提取液混合均匀，经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液。
本发明提供一种治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液，结合配方中各中草药的特性，采用中医辨证理论所研制，配方科学合理，各组分之间协同作用，经长期使用证明本发明对银屑病有良好的疗效。本发明的优势在于：（1）产品使用药浴时药物不需经过体内吸收，将药效直接作用于患处，安全环保，药性平和，对人体无任何副作用；（2）产品具有宜人的中草药清香，使用便捷，使用时只需取本产品按1：300～600比例调入热浴水中，便可进行浸泡洗浴；（3）与药浴粉单纯添加相比，本发明采用原料粉碎、超声波辅助水浸提和超声逆流提取为主要制备步骤，提高中草药功能性成分，治疗银屑病功效显著；（4）本发明中原料来源广，价格低廉，生产加工工艺简单，适合规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。在本发明中，若非特指，所有百分比均为重量单位，所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的，下述实施例中的方法，如无特别说明，均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
一种治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液，由以下各组分的中草药原料制成：苦参，侧柏叶，桃叶，金钱草，萹蓄，五倍子，川槿皮，紫花地丁，菖蒲，菊花及艾叶。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将中草药原料清洗干净，在65 ℃下，鼓风烘干后，粉碎机粉碎，过80目筛，混匀，得复合中草药原料；
（3）超声波水浸提：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：4，加温到90 ℃，在900 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提90 min，浸提结束后，过180目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加3倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
（4）超声逆流提取：将步骤（3）所得的浸提滤渣，加入4倍的55%乙醇，放入超声连续逆流提取机中，在1000 W超声波辅助作用下，逆流提取100 min后，过160目滤布得逆流提取液。
（5）过滤：将步骤（3）所得水浸提液和步骤（4）所得逆流提取液混合均匀，经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液。
实施例2
一种治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液，由以下各组分的中草药原料制成：苦参，侧柏叶，桃叶，金钱草，萹蓄，五倍子，川槿皮，紫花地丁，菖蒲，菊花及艾叶。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将中草药原料清洗干净，在60 ℃下，鼓风烘干后，粉碎机粉碎，过60目筛，混匀，得复合中草药原料；
（3）超声波水浸提：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：5，加温到95 ℃，在1000 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提110 min，浸提结束后，过160目滤布得水浸提液；滤渣加2倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
（4）超声逆流提取：将步骤（3）所得的浸提滤渣，加入5倍的52%乙醇，放入超声连续逆流提取机中，在900 W超声波辅助作用下，逆流提取95 min后，过200目滤布得逆流提取液；
（5）过滤：将步骤（3）所得水浸提液和步骤（4）所得逆流提取液混合均匀，经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液。
实施例3
一种治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液，由以下各组分的中草药原料制成：苦参，侧柏叶，桃叶，金钱草，萹蓄，五倍子，川槿皮，紫花地丁，菖蒲，菊花及艾叶。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将中草药原料清洗干净，在55 ℃下，鼓风烘干后，粉碎机粉碎，过100目筛，混匀，得复合中草药原料；
（3）超声波水浸提：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：6，加温到85 ℃，在1100 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提100 min，浸提结束后，过200目滤布得水浸提液；滤渣加4倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
（4）超声逆流提取：将步骤（3）所得的浸提滤渣，加入3倍的58%乙醇，放入超声连续逆流提取机中，在1100 W超声波辅助作用下，逆流提取115 min后，过180目滤布得逆流提取液；
（5）过滤：将步骤（3）所得水浸提液和步骤（4）所得逆流提取液混合均匀，经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液。

Claims (2)
1.一种治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中草药原料制成：苦参15～25份，侧柏叶20～30份，桃叶30～40份，金钱草10～15份，萹蓄10～15份，五倍子8～12份，川槿皮15～25份，紫花地丁10～15份，菖蒲10～20份，菊花5～10份及艾叶15～25份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的治疗银屑病苦参侧柏药浴液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将中草药原料清洗干净，在50～70 ℃下，鼓风烘干后，粉碎机粉碎，过50～100目筛，混匀，得复合中草药原料；
（3）超声波水浸提：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：4～6，加温到85～95 ℃，在800~1200 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提90~120 min，浸提结束后，过150~200目滤布得水浸提液；滤渣加2~4倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
