本发明涉及中医学领域，尤其是一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物。以百草霜30份、牡丹皮30份、苍术20份，大黄15份，鸡蛋清、75%乙醇10份，制备外用药膏，清热燥湿，凉血解毒，化瘀散结，用于治疗痤疮。配制简便、成本低廉、安全可靠、使用方便、效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医学领域，尤其是一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物。
背景技术
痤疮，俗称“粉刺”，是一种毛囊、皮脂腺的慢性炎症，主要发生在颜面及胸背等多脂区。有自限性，皮损多形，如粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节，常伴有皮脂溢出，青春期后，大多痊愈或减轻。痤疮的发生主要与皮脂分泌过多、毛囊皮脂腺导管堵塞、细菌感染和炎症反应等因素密切相关。进入青春期后人体内雄激素特别是睾酮的水平迅速升高，促进皮脂腺发育并产生大量皮脂。同时毛囊皮脂腺导管的角化异常造成导管堵塞，皮脂排出障碍，形成角质栓即微粉刺。毛囊中多种微生物尤其是痤疮丙酸杆菌大量繁殖，痤疮丙酸杆菌产生的脂酶分解皮脂生成游离脂肪酸，同时趋化炎症细胞和介质，最终诱导并加重炎症反应。本病多见于青年，男多于女，损害好发于面颊、额部、颏部和鼻颊沟等多脂区，其次是胸部、背部及肩部。病程慢性，时轻时重，女性常在月经前呈周期性加重。本病常见于17～18岁的青年，亦有早至10～13岁，迟至青春期以后或成人发病的。
目前国内治疗痤疮的方法和药物很多，各有优、缺点。西医药治疗痤疮虽有一定疗效，但存在不同程度的副作用，并有一定的复发率。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足，提供一种能快速促使痤疮消退的外用中药组合物。
本发明中各原料药及重量配比：
（1）百草霜30份、牡丹皮30份、苍术20份、大黄15份；
（2）鸡蛋清、75%乙醇10份。
制备方法为：
将百草霜30份、牡丹皮30份、苍术20份，大黄15份粉碎过九号筛；加入鸡蛋清调成稠膏状；加入75%乙醇10份混合均匀制成外用药膏。
使用方法：
取消毒棉签蘸少许药膏涂于患处，每日2～3次。
本发明原料药的药理功效如下：
百草霜：《本草纲目》：辛，温，无毒，入肝、肺、胃三经；《玉楸药解》：敛营止血，清热消瘀。
牡丹皮：味苦，性凉，微寒，归心、肝、肾、肺经；《滇南本草》：“破血，行（血），消癥瘕之疾，除血分之热。”
苍术：辛、苦，温，归脾、胃、肝经；《食鉴本草》：“苍术酒：治诸般风湿疮。”
大黄：性味：苦，寒。归经：胃经；大肠经；肝经；脾经。《日华子本草》：通宣一切气，调血脉，利关节，泄塑滞、水气，四肢冷热不调，温瘴热痰，利大小便，并敷切疮疖痈毒。
鸡蛋清：为雉科动物家鸡的蛋白，《纲目》：甘，微寒，无毒。鸡蛋清不但具有粘合药物的作用，而且可以使皮肤变白，而且能使皮肤细嫩，还具有清热解毒和增强皮肤免疫功能的作用。
75%乙醇：消毒防腐剂。
本发明具有清热燥湿，凉血解毒，化瘀散结之功效，将药物施用于皮肤病变部位，其机理为通过局部吸收、使药物直达病灶，从而达到治病目的。具有成本低廉、安全可靠、使用方便、效果明显等有益效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
（1）取百草霜30g、牡丹皮30g、苍术20g，大黄15g，用粉碎机粉碎后过九号筛；
（2）加入鸡蛋清调成稠膏状；
（3）加入75%乙醇10ml混合均匀制成外用药膏。
以下结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、临床资料
共260例患者，男189例，女71例，其中病史最长14年，最短6个月；白头粉刺138例、黑头粉刺122例；年龄最大53岁，最小12岁。给予实施例1所述药膏治疗，每日2～3次，一般病人用药3～10天后白色丘疹、黑头、脓头消失，治疗时间长者不超过15天；对伴有结节性囊肿者可连续外涂使用2～4周促进囊肿消失。260例患者中痊愈246例，占95%，好转10例，3.5%，无效4例，占1.5%，总有效率占98.5%。
不良反应：个别患者用药后患部出现小丘疹，不需治疗，停药２～３天自行消失。
注意事项：勿用碱性强的肥皂，洗时用力擦去面部脂垢，禁用手指挤捏面部丘疹、粉刺、脓疱，以防遗留瘢痕，保证睡眠充足；本发明属外用酊膏剂，仅限外用，患处用药后形成一层薄膜样药膏，药膏干后可用手轻轻揭去。
二、典型病例
病例1：男，25岁，患者前额部白头粉刺，给予实施例1所述药膏治疗，每日3次，用药10天，前额粉刺消失。
病例2：女，20岁，患于患者前额部鼻部黑头粉刺，给予实施例1所述药膏治疗，每日3次，用药15天，黑头粉刺消失。

1.一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，各原料药材及重量配比为：
（1）百草霜30份、牡丹皮30份、苍术20份、大黄15份，
（2）鸡蛋清、75%乙醇10份；
制备方法为：
将百草霜30份、牡丹皮30份、苍术20份、大黄15份粉碎过九号筛，加入鸡蛋清调成稠膏状，加入75%乙醇10份混合均匀。
