本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,涉及一种洗发组合物。
背景技术
据调研,人们的头皮问题中,头皮屑问题是最严重的问题之一。引起头皮屑问题有很多种原因,除开自身遗传性因素和个人饮食作息因素之外,另外一个大问题就是头皮上糠枇马拉瑟菌对于头皮的不良作用,因此,如果要使头皮屑问题能够改善,去屑洗发组合物首先要做到能够抑制糠枇马拉瑟菌的生长和繁殖。
为了实现抑制糠枇马拉瑟菌的生长和繁殖,去屑剂的加入是普遍的做法,但是去屑剂要发挥功效,必须具备两大条件:(1)去屑剂本身必须具有良好的抑菌功能;(2)去屑剂能够有效地运输到头皮上。这已经被本领域所公知。
在有技术中的去屑洗发组合物,是以阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物或者阳离子纤维素衍生物与表面活性剂的絮凝相作为载体,携带聚硅氧烷颗粒和去屑颗粒从而沉积到毛发或头皮带来去屑功效的,同时能够在短时间内具有非常明显的二合一和去屑效果,这是本领域公认并且能够实现的效果。类似的,提供调理功效的去头屑香波也是本领域所公知的。例如中国专利申请号00809131.5和中国专利申请号00808517.X公开了一种由阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物形成的絮凝物来携带硅油颗粒和zpt颗粒,通过对于阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物参数的优选实现携带有效颗粒物的能力;中国专利申请号201480045888.9同样公开了一种由阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂与阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物来携带二硫化硒、吡啶硫酮锌和硅氧烷来实现去屑调理的效果。
去屑颗粒物的沉积效果则与其载体的性质具有很大的关系,也就是说与絮凝相的性质密切相关,不同的配方材料和配方比例会带来差异性较大的絮凝相性质。中国专利申请号00809131.5和中国专利申请号00808517.X提及好的絮凝载体的性质是其铺展性要好,为了达到此目的,专利内优选了低分子量和低电荷密度的瓜尔胶。
一般现有技术所使用的阳离子纤维素衍生物的稀释过程,虽然能够做到在较宽的稀释范围内能够变浑浊的絮凝,但在低倍数情况下难以做到有固体絮凝物的出现;而现有技术中,阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物则相反,其能做到在低倍数有较强的固体絮凝物出现,却不能做到在较宽的稀释范围内絮凝。
申请人发现,絮凝相的性质除开阳离子多糖聚合物本身的参数这一重要影响因素之外,还有其它一系列的影响因素,其对絮凝相性质的影响规律十分复杂,要调出一个具有较好絮凝状态和去屑剂沉积量的洗发组合物较为困难,但是其对于降低马拉色菌对于头皮屑的影响具有较大意义,也能为消费者带去明显的去屑止痒功效具有较强的现实应用的意义 。
同时,市面上的产品,如果是乳霜外观的,大部分采用有效颗粒物或者遮光剂来实现该外观效果,又出于稳定性考虑而添加了具有屈服值的悬浮剂,现有技术采取的悬浮剂都会影响产品的性能,比如泡沫絮凝之类的,从而也降低了乳霜洗发水的去屑能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中絮凝相性质不能提高去屑剂沉积效率的问题,提供一种具有良好的絮凝相性质和优秀的去屑剂沉积能力的乳霜洗发组合物,提供较为出色的去屑效果,令使用者长期使用之后会有明显地头皮屑改善效果;该组合物通过对于组合物体系架构的合理搭建以及对原料关键参数的限制,改善絮凝相性质和增强絮凝强度,提高对于去屑颗粒的包裹和携带能力,同时具备令人愉悦的特殊的乳霜外观。组合物组成温和,效果显著,成本低廉,应用简捷。
本发明公开了一种增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发组合物,含有以下重量百分数配比的原材料:
(A)阴离子表面活性剂1-20%;
(B)两性表面活性剂 0.5 -30%;
(C)阳离子多糖聚合物衍生物 0.05-3%,所述阳离子多糖聚合物衍生物选自以下两种的任意一种或两种复配;
(i)阳离子纤维素衍生物,其2%纯水溶液的粘度为20000-40000;并且含氮量为0.8-3.1%;
(D)吡啶硫酮锌 0.5-3%;
(E)非挥发性调理剂0.05-5%;
(F)悬浮剂 0.01-10%;以及余量的
(G)纯水。
所述的阴离子表面活性剂选自选自烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐、N-脂肪酰氨基酸盐、脂肪酰甲基牛磺酸盐、单烷基硫酸盐、单烷基羧酸盐、单烷基磷酸酯盐中的一种或几种。其中优选至少含有烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐、N-脂肪酰氨基酸盐、脂肪酰甲基牛磺酸盐中的一种或两种,本领域公知,此类阴离子表面活性剂具有较大的临界堆积参数,这里所说的堆积参数用如下公式表示:
其中,即为表面活性剂的堆积参数,V为表面活性剂碳氢链体积,l则为临界长度,a则为端基面积;这里要求至少包含有临界堆积参数至少达到1/4以上的阴离子表面活性剂,同时可以选择性是否辅助搭配单烷基硫酸盐、单烷基羧酸盐、单烷基磷酸酯中的一种或两种,不搭配这类低堆积参数的表面活性剂也在本专利的保护范围内。
通过实验发现,含有具有较大堆积参数的表面活性剂,有助于降低整体体系刺激性,同时可以增强阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂与阳离子纤维素衍生物产生的絮凝强度和絮凝持久度,于本专利中所要实现的技术效果有增益作用。而加入来了辅助阴离子表面活性剂,能够带来改善的泡沫效果和增稠效果,依据最终组合物定位不同选择性加入。
所述的两性表面活性剂选自脂肪酰两性醋酸盐、脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酰胺羟丙基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或几种。优选脂肪酰两性醋酸盐和脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱中的一种或两种,特别优选脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱。两性表面活性剂的加入,使得絮凝强度和絮凝持久度进一步加强,同时,若阴离子表面活性剂部分有优选堆积参数高的表面活性剂的加入,两性表面活性剂有利于增加组合物粘度的易调节性,而且本领域公知,两性表面活性剂的加入,对于泡沫性能、温和性能和工艺可实现性能都有较大的改善。
其中,R1是葡糖苷残基;
其中R2选自羟基亚烷基、亚烷基氧亚烷基、多氧亚烷基,以及它们的组合;
其中,R3、R4和R5独立地选自烷基长链,每一个基团最多含有20个碳原子;
其中,X—选自卤族阴离子、硫酸根离子、甲基硫酸根离子中的一种或几种;
优选,符合上述通式的阳离子纤维素衍生物是聚季铵盐-10,具有如下理想结构式:
并且所述阳离子纤维素衍生物含氮量为约0.8%至约3.1%,同时其2%纯水溶液的粘度为约20000 cps至约40000 cps。优选含氮量为约1.1%至约3.0%,同时其纯水溶液的粘度为约25000 cps至约38000cps。更优选含氮量为约1.5%至约2.9%,同时其2%纯水溶液的粘度为约28000 cps至约32000 cps;最优选含氮量为约2.5%至约2.9%,,同时其2%纯水溶液的粘度为约29000 cps至约31000 cps;阳离子纤维素衍生物是本发明中形成絮凝的重要原料,申请人通过实验发现,在采用阳离子纤维素衍生物或者复配有阳离子纤维素衍生物的配方中,搭配本发明最终优选的组合物架构中,其纯水稀释范围在5倍-20倍之间存在有能够携带有效物质的可见固体絮凝物,这种固体絮凝物具有包裹有效颗粒物的作用,而在20至60倍的稀释范围内,大部分仅有变浑浊的絮凝物,稀释絮凝范围极广,实际,洗发组合物作用于头发上时,是从低稀释倍数至高稀释倍数进行的,稀释范围越宽,表示其在很长一段时间具有调理性。
所述的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物的电荷密度为约0.5~1.0 meq/g;并且分子量为约400000~1500000 g/mol;优选电荷密度为约0.6~0.9 meq/g,并且分子量为 约450000~1300000 g/mol;最优选电荷密度为约0.7~0.8 meq/g,并且分子量为约450000~1300000 g/mol 500000~1200000 g/mol;申请人实验发现,在采用本发明所述的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物以及复配有阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物的体系中,并且搭配本发明所述的优化体系中,其稀释絮凝物表现出良好地包裹有效颗粒物的效果,同时其絮凝相的含水量达到理想状态,因此实现去屑剂良好的沉积效果。
所述的去屑剂选自吡啶硫酮锌,并且粒径为0.5~3.0微米,形状为片状或者粒状。这种去屑剂是以颗粒的形式存在于洗发组合物之中,则被认为是有效颗粒的一种,能够被阳离子多糖聚合物(阳离子纤维素衍生物和阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物)跟阴离子表面活性剂形成的固态絮凝物包裹吸附并且携带至头皮之上,达到抑制马拉色菌的目的,进而达到去屑功效。
所述的非挥发性调理剂是分散的聚硅氧烷、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两者复配,并且优选其中所述的聚硅氧烷和氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷以粒径为约0.05微米至约50微米的大小存在于组合物中。这也是被认为是有效颗粒物的一种,对于头发有调理作用,能被阳离子多糖聚合物(阳离子纤维素衍生物和阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物)跟阴离子表面活性剂形成的固态絮凝物包裹吸附并且携带至头发之上,能够实现二合一的效果,提高洗发组合物的使用感觉。
所述的悬浮剂选自酰基衍生物和长链氧化胺。其中,所述的酰基衍生物包括但不限于含有16-22个碳原子的脂肪酸乙二醇酯、长链烃、长链脂肪酸的长链酯、长链烷醇酰胺的长链酯。其中所述的长链氧化胺包括但不限于16-22个碳原子的二甲基氧化胺。优选含有18个碳原子的脂肪酸乙二醇二酯。申请人通过实验证实,这种悬浮剂对于体系的絮凝程度的影响很小,并且不依靠屈服值提供足够的悬浮能力。
上述一种改善有效颗粒物过度沉积的去屑洗发组合物,除了上述必须的成分之外,还可以含有如下组分的至少一种:
辅助悬浮剂:0.01-5%;
非离子表面活性剂:0.01-5%;
有机调理油:0.01-2%
高级脂肪醇:0.01-5%
防腐剂:0.01-1%;
香精:0.01-3%;
粘度调节剂:0.01-4%;
遮光剂:0.01-1.0%
螯合剂:0.005-0.2%;
紫外线吸收剂:0.01-2%;
植物提取物及其衍生物:0.0001-5%;
其中,所述的辅助悬浮剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素,羟乙基纤维素,瓜儿胶衍生物,淀粉衍生物,羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯,汉生胶中的一种或几种;而丙烯酸类聚合物及其衍生物,卡波姆聚合物、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10~C30烷醇丙烯酸酯共聚物,丙烯酸盐/ C10~C30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联共聚物乳化剂,丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物,聚丙烯酸酯-1交联聚合物,丙烯酸(酯)类/硬脂醇聚醚(20)甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物则不在选择的范围内。之所以不选择后续这类悬浮剂,是申请人通过实验证实,此类悬浮剂虽然能够提供良好的稳定性和屈服值,但是对于洗发组合物的絮凝强度有较大影响,为了保证洗发组合物的效果和有效颗粒物的携带能力,因此不做优选。
所述的乳霜洗发水具有实色乳白和乳霜的外观;
上述一种增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发水,其配置方法为常规的配置和混合技术,在此不做详细说明。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的乳霜洗发水的絮凝强度较强,并且能够有效包裹吡啶硫酮锌等有效颗粒物,在较广的稀释范围内都有显著絮凝效果,又能起到良好的调理效果。本发明选用了高含氮量和高分子量的阳离子纤维素衍生物或者采用低分子量和低电荷密度的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物,并且搭配不影响絮凝强度的悬浮稳定剂,优选了阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的搭配,使得在低稀释倍数能够絮凝出可见的固体絮凝物,这有助于有效颗粒物的携带;并且能够实现在较宽广的稀释范围内具有显著絮凝现象,这使得洗发组合物的调理效果变得更佳。
2、本发明的乳霜洗发水提供实白色和乳霜的外观,并且在不使用会严重影响絮凝的悬浮剂的情况下,具有良好的稳定性能。
3、本发明的乳霜洗发水之间的复配协同作用明显,通过原料之间的协同作用,使得洗发组合物的絮凝程度和絮凝范围加强,同时降低了工艺的难度,降低了体系的刺激性,提高了增稠效率。
因此,本发明能够做到稳定的乳霜外观,同时能够达到良好的去屑效果和二合一效果,改善了现有技术中的不足。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
制备含有本发明组合物的皂基类产品,下表1为本发明4个优选的实施例与3个对比例。其中,对比例3选用市面上的一种销量好的用阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物做成的乳霜洗发组合物。
其中,表1中的阳离子纤维素衍生物的关键参数如下表2所示:
通过一次性清洗发束,同时用人的手臂代替头皮,进行手臂的清洗测试,并测出手臂上的zpt含量,以此来表征去屑剂的携带情况。对上述4组实施例和3组对比例进行测试对比,得到如图1所示的测试结果。
实施例和对比例的zpt沉积的测试结果见图1。从图1分析可知,优选的乳霜洗发水具有明显的zpt沉积的效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发组合物,其特征在于,含有以下重量百分数配比的原材料:
(A)阴离子表面活性剂1-20%;
(B)两性表面活性剂 0.5 -30%;
(C)阳离子多糖聚合物衍生物 0.05-3%,所述阳离子多糖聚合物衍生物为阳离子纤维素衍生物,其2%纯水溶液的粘度为30000 cps;并且含氮量为1.5%;
(D)吡啶硫酮锌 0.5-3%;
(E)非挥发性调理剂0.05-5%;
(F)悬浮剂 0.01-10%,所述悬浮剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯;
以及余量的
(G)纯水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发组合物,其特征在于:所述的阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐、N-脂肪酰氨基酸盐、脂肪酰甲基牛磺酸盐、单烷基硫酸盐、单烷基羧酸盐、单烷基磷酸酯盐中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发组合物,其特征在于:所述的两性表面活性剂选自脂肪酰两性醋酸盐、脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酰胺羟丙基磺基甜菜碱中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发组合物,其特征在于:所述的两性表面活性剂优选脂肪酰两性醋酸盐和脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发组合物,其特征在于:所述阳离子纤维素衍生物为聚季铵盐-10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发组合物,其特征在于:所述的非挥发性调理剂是分散的聚硅氧烷、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两者复配。
7.根据权利要求1所述的增强去屑剂沉积的乳霜洗发组合物,其特征在于:还含有如下组分的至少一种:
辅助悬浮剂:0.01-5%;
非离子表面活性剂:0.01-5%;
有机调理油:0.01-2%;
高级脂肪醇:0.01-5%;
防腐剂:0.01-1%;
香精:0.01-3%;
粘度调节剂:0.01-4%;
遮光剂:0.01-1.0%。
