It will be apparent that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without limitation to the specific details that are set forth by those skilled in the art. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, however, the present invention may have other embodiments in addition to these detailed descriptions.
Embodiment 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a face cover of a cover body being removed for clarity. It is understood that the cooking appliance according to the present invention may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker or other cooking appliances, and the cooking appliance according to the present invention may have various functions of cooking porridge or the like in addition to the function of cooking rice.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cooking appliance 100 includes a cover 110 and a pot 120. The pot 120 is generally in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and has a cylindrical cavity for receiving the inner pot 111, and the inner pot 111 can be freely placed in or removed from the cavity to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 111. The upper surface of the inner pot 111 has a circular opening for holding materials to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot 111. The cooker body 120 generally has therein a heating means for heating the inner pot.
The cover 110 includes a face cover 115 and a liner 114 (shown in fig. 2) attached below the face cover 115. The cover 110 is pivotally connected to the pot 120 through a pivot 113, and the cover 110 can be covered on the pot 120 to form a cooking space between the cover 110 and the inner pot 111. The cooking appliance 100 further includes an opening aid 112, the opening aid 112 being connected to the cover 110, the opening aid 112 applying an elastic force to the cover 110 to enable the cover 110 to be elastically opened. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the cover opening auxiliary member is a pair of torsion springs 112, the torsion springs 112 are sleeved on the pivot 113, and two protruding ends of the torsion springs 112 respectively abut against the pot body 120 and the cover body 110, so that the cover body 110 can be elastically opened and closed.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a damper 130 capable of achieving uniform and stable opening and closing of the cover 110, the damper 130 being disposed at a rear end of the cover 110, and one end thereof being connected to the pot 120. The damper will be described in detail below.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the damper 130 includes a damper body 131 and a damper rod 132, and the damper rod 132 may be axially compressed with respect to the damper body 131 by an external force. A damping force opposite to the external force is generated during compression. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the damper according to the present invention, when it is in the initial position, the damper rod 132 extends substantially entirely out of the damper body 131 and is axially compressible with respect to the damper body 131. Preferably, the damper main body 131 is filled with hydraulic oil, and a sealing member 133 and an elastic member 134 are further provided in the damper main body 131, and the damper rod 132 and the elastic member 134 are respectively provided at both ends of the sealing member 133. Specifically, one end of the damper rod 132 is connected to the seal 133 and is movable in the damper body 131 together with the seal 133. One end of the elastic member 134 abuts against the end of the damper main body 131, and the other end of the elastic member 134 is connected to the other end of the sealing member 133.
The damping effect can be achieved by axially compressing the damping rod 132 with respect to the damper body 131, that is, the damping effect of the damper 130 is generated by a change in the total length thereof. Specifically, when the damper rod 132 is axially compressed, the damper rod 132 moves downward, compressing the seal 133 and the elastic member 134 and compressing the hydraulic oil, thereby generating a damping force. When the external force is withdrawn, the damper can slowly return to the natural state (initial state). If the damper is acted by tensile force in the process of returning to the natural state, the damper can also generate acting force opposite to the tensile force under the action of the elastic piece and hydraulic oil, namely, the damper can also generate damping effect in the stretching process. The solution according to the preferred embodiment is simple in construction, low in cost and good in cushioning effect.
Further, referring back to fig. 1, a damper main body 131 is provided in the cover 110, and one end of a damper rod 132 is connected to the pot 120. Specifically, a limiting component is disposed in the cover 110, and the limiting component includes a fixing seat 140 and a limiting channel 141 disposed in the fixing seat. As shown in fig. 1-3 and 6, the anchor block 140 is mounted to the liner 114 of the cap 110 and may be secured by fasteners such as studs. The fixing base 140 includes two opposite side walls 142, and a middle portion of the side walls 142 forms the limiting channel 141, and the limiting channel 141 extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the pivot 113. One end of the damper main body 131, which is far away from the damper rod 132, is connected in the limiting channel 141, and can slide in the limiting channel 141 during the rotation of the cover 110.
The limiting passage 141 has a first limiting end 141a and a second limiting end 141b opposite to the first limiting end 141a, and the first and second limiting ends 141a and 141b limit sliding of the damper body 131 within a predetermined stroke. Further, limiting holes 143 are provided in the two side walls 142, respectively, and the damper main body 131 is connected in the limiting holes 143 by the connecting member 144 and is capable of sliding along the limiting holes 143 together with the connecting member 144. The first and second limiting ends 141a and 141b of the limiting passage 141 are formed at both ends of the limiting hole 143, respectively, and the length of the limiting hole 143 corresponds to the predetermined stroke. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, in the preferred embodiment, the connector is a pin 144, and the pin 144 extends through the shaft hole 135 and the limiting hole 143 of the damper 130, so that the damper 130 can be connected in the fixing base 140. As shown in fig. 7, both ends of the pin 144 are provided with stepped end surfaces 144a to prevent it from being removed from the fixing base 140 during operation.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a pressing plate 150, the pressing plate 150 being fixed to the cooker body 120 from the rear side of the cooker body 120, the pressing plate 150 being provided with a shaft sleeve hole 151, the shaft sleeve hole 151 being inserted with one end of the damper rod 132 remote from the damper body 131. Referring back to fig. 4 and 5, the end of the damper rod 132 is provided with a bent portion 132a, and the bent portion 132a is inserted into the above-described boss hole 151 and is rotatable in the boss hole 151 as the cover 110 is rotated.
Preferably, referring back to fig. 1, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a rear cover 160, the rear cover 160 being accessible from a rear side of the cooking appliance 100 for covering various parts located at the pivot portion of the cooking appliance 100, such as the pivot 113, the torsion spring 112, etc. The rear cover 160 is provided with a stopper rib 161, and the stopper rib 161 is located at one side of the bending portion 132a in the assembled state of the cooking appliance 100, for restricting the bending portion 132a from being removed from the shaft hole 151 during operation to disable the damping action of the damper.
The specific operation of the damper 130 will be described in detail.
When the cover is unlocked from the pot (e.g., locked by a hook and a hook plate) during the opening of the cover 110, the cover 110 is sprung open by the force of the torsion spring 112. As the cover 110 is gradually opened, the damper body 131 slides along the limit passage 141 of the fixing base 140 toward the first limit end 141a together with the pin 144, and when the damper body 131 slides to the first limit end 141a, i.e., when the damper body 131 slides a predetermined stroke, the damper body 131 stops moving and abuts against the first limit end 141a. At this time, the cover 110 continues to open, under the action of the abutment of the first limiting end 141a, the damping rod 132 of the damper 130 will receive the compressive force, so as to drive the sealing member 133 inside the damper main body 131 to perform the piston movement, and since the sealing member 133 inside the damper main body 131 receives the action of the hydraulic oil and the elastic member 134, the damping rod 132 moves slowly, so that the speed of the cover 110 drops slowly when opening to the final stage, and the effect of gentle cover opening is achieved.
When the cover 110 is closed, the damper body 131 slides along the limiting passage 141 of the fixing base 140 toward the second limiting end 141b together with the pin 144, and when the damper body 131 slides to the second limiting end 141b, that is, when the damper body 131 slides a predetermined stroke, the damper body 131 stops moving and abuts against the second limiting end 141b. At this time, the cover 110 continues to be closed, and under the abutting action of the second limiting end 141b, the damping rod 132 of the damper 130 is under tensile force and is stretched to a substantially initial position, so that the damping rod 132 is ready for compression when the cover is opened next time. In the process of opening and closing the cover 110, the bending part of the damping rod 132 of the damper is always inserted into the shaft sleeve hole 151 of the pressing plate and rotates together with the cover 110.
According to the cooking utensil 100 disclosed by the invention, through the damper 130 thereon, the cover body 110 can form a certain buffer in the opening process, so that the opening speed of the cover body 110 can be effectively limited, and uniform and stable cover opening is realized. In addition, in the scheme according to the present invention, the limiting passage 141 is provided in the cover 110, and the damper 130 slides in the limiting passage 141 by a predetermined stroke as the cover 110 rotates, and then the damping effect is exerted by changing the total length thereof, the scheme can, on one hand, make the damper 130 act at the rear stage of the door opening process where the pot-jump phenomenon most easily occurs, thereby improving the buffering efficiency, and, on the other hand, can also avoid that the damper 130 has already exerted its damping effect in a state where the cover 110 has not been fully opened, or can avoid that the damper is designed too long, thereby better exerting the damping effect according to the scheme of the present invention, and can make the structure of the cooking appliance more compact and further save costs.
