As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cooking appliance 100 includes a cover 110 and a pot body 120. The pot body 120 has a generally rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a cylindrical-shaped cavity for receiving the inner pot 111, into and from which the inner pot 111 can be freely inserted and removed to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 111. The upper surface of the inner pot 111 has a circular opening for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot 111. The pot body 120 is generally provided therein with a heating means for heating the inner pot.
The cover body 110 is pivotally connected to the pot body 120 by a pivot 113, and the cover body 110 can be covered on the pot body 120 to form a cooking space between the cover body 110 and the inner pot 111. The cooking appliance 100 further includes a cover opening assisting member 112, the cover opening assisting member 112 being coupled to the cover body 110, the cover opening assisting member 112 applying an elastic force to the cover body 110 to enable the cover body 110 to be elastically opened. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the lid opening assisting part is a pair of torsion springs 112, the torsion springs 112 are sleeved on the pivot 113, and two extending ends of the torsion springs 112 respectively abut against the pot body 120 and the lid body 110, so that the lid body 110 can be opened and closed elastically.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a damper 130 for achieving uniform and stable opening and closing of the cover 110, wherein the damper 130 is disposed in the cover 110 and has one end connected to the rear portion of the pot body 120. The damper will be described in detail below.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the damper 130 includes a damper body 131 and a damper rod 132, and the damper rod 132 may be axially compressed with respect to the damper body 131 by an external force, and generates a damping force opposite to the external force during the compression. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the damper according to the present invention, when it is in a natural state (initial state), the damper rod 132 extends substantially entirely out of the damper body 131 and is axially compressible with respect to the damper body 131. Preferably, the damper body 131 is filled with hydraulic oil, a sealing member 133 and an elastic member 134 are further disposed in the damper body 131, and the damping rod 132 and the elastic member 134 are disposed at both ends of the sealing member 133, respectively. One end of the elastic member 134 abuts against the end of the damper body 131, and the other end of the elastic member 134 is connected to the other end of the sealing member 133.
The damping effect can be achieved by axially compressing the damping rod 132 with respect to the damper body 131, that is, the damping effect of the damper 130 is generated by changing the overall length thereof. Specifically, when the damping rod 132 is axially compressed, the damping rod 132 moves downward, compressing the sealing member 133 and the elastic member 134 and pressing the hydraulic oil, thereby generating a damping force. When the external force is removed, the damper can slowly return to the natural state (initial state). If the damper is under the action of tensile force in the process of restoring the natural state, the damper can generate acting force opposite to the direction of the tensile force under the action of the elastic element and the hydraulic oil, namely, the damper can generate damping effect in the process of stretching. The scheme according to the preferred embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and good buffering effect.
Further, referring back to fig. 1, a damper body 131 is provided in the lid body 110, and one end of a damper rod 132 is connected to the pot body 120. Specifically, the cover 110 is provided with a fixing base 140, as shown in fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 6, the fixing base 140 is assembled on the inner liner of the cover 110 and can be fastened by a fastener such as a stud. The fixing base 140 includes two side walls 142 disposed opposite to each other, and a middle portion of the side walls 142 forms a limiting channel 141, and the limiting channel 141 extends substantially in a direction perpendicular to the pivot 113. The end of the damper body 131 away from the damping rod is connected to the limit channel 141 and can slide in the limit channel 141 during the rotation of the cover 110.
The stopper passage 141 has a first stopper end 141a and a second stopper end 141b opposite to the first stopper end 141a, and the first stopper end 141a and the second stopper end 141b can limit the sliding of the damper body 131 within a predetermined stroke. Further, two side walls 142 are respectively provided with a limiting hole 143 therein, and the damper body 131 is connected in the limiting hole 143 through a connecting member 144 and can slide along the limiting hole 143 together with the connecting member 144. The first and second stopper ends 141a and 141b of the stopper passage 141 are formed at both ends of the stopper hole 143, respectively, and the length of the stopper hole 143 corresponds to the predetermined stroke. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, in the preferred embodiment, the connecting member is a pin 144, and the pin 144 extends through the shaft hole 135 and the stopper hole 143 of the damper 130, so that the damper 130 can be connected to the holder 140. As shown in fig. 7, the pin 144 has stepped end surfaces 144a at both ends thereof to prevent the pin from being removed from the fixing base 140 during operation.

Referring back to fig. 4 and 5, the end of the damping lever 132 is provided with a bent portion 132a, and the bent portion 132a is inserted into the boss hole 151 and is rotatable in the boss hole 151 as the cover 110 rotates.
Preferably, referring back to fig. 1, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a rear cover 160, the rear cover 160 being loadable from a rear side of the cooking appliance 100 for covering various parts located at the pivoting part of the cooking appliance 100, such as the pivot 113, the torsion spring 112, and the like. The rear cover 160 is provided with a limiting rib 161, and in an assembled state of the cooking appliance 100, the limiting rib 161 is located at one side of the bent portion 132a and is used for limiting the bent portion 132a from being separated from the boss hole 151 in a working process to disable a damping function of the damper.
The specific operation of the damper 130 will be described in detail below.
When the lid body is unlocked (e.g., locked by the hook and the hook plate) during the opening of the lid body 110, the lid body 110 is bounced open by the urging force of the torsion spring 112. As the cover 110 is gradually opened, the damper body 131 and the pin 144 slide along the limit channel 141 of the fixing base 140 toward the first limit end 141a, and when the damper body 131 slides to the first limit end 141a, that is, when the damper body 131 slides for a predetermined stroke, the damper body 131 stops moving and abuts against the first limit end 141a. At this time, the cover body 110 is continuously opened, under the abutting action of the first limiting end 141a, the damping rod 132 of the damper 130 is under the action of compressive force, so that the sealing element 133 inside the damper main body 131 is driven to perform piston movement, and because the sealing element 133 inside the damper main body 131 is under the action of hydraulic oil and the elastic element 134, the damping rod 132 moves slowly, so that the speed of the cover body 110 is slowly reduced when the cover body is opened to the final stage, and the effect of slowly opening the cover is achieved.
When the cover 110 is closed, the damper body 131 and the pin 144 slide along the limit channel 141 of the fixing base 140 toward the second limit end 141b, and when the damper body 131 slides to the second limit end 141b, that is, when the damper body 131 slides for a predetermined stroke, the damper body 131 stops moving and abuts against the second limit end 141b. At this time, the cover 110 is closed continuously, and the damping rod 132 of the damper 130 is under the action of the abutting action of the second limit end 141b, and is stretched to the approximate initial position, so as to prepare for the compression of the damping rod 132 when the cover is opened next time. In the process of opening and closing the cover 110, the bent portion of the damping rod 132 of the damper is inserted into the shaft sleeve hole 151 of the pressing plate, and rotates together with the cover 110.
According to the cooking utensil 100 of the present invention, the damper 130 is arranged on the lid body 110, so that a certain buffer can be formed during the opening process of the lid body 110, the opening speed of the lid body 110 can be effectively limited, and a uniform and stable lid opening can be realized. In addition, in the solution according to the present invention, the limit channel 141 is provided in the cover body 110, and the damper 130 slides in the limit channel 141 for a predetermined stroke first along with the rotation of the cover body 110, and then performs a damping function by changing the total length thereof, which can, on one hand, enable the damper 130 to function at the rear stage of the opening process where the phenomenon of pot jumping is most likely to occur, thereby improving the buffering efficiency, and on the other hand, can prevent the damper 130 from already performing its damping function or being designed to be too long in the state where the cover body 110 is not yet completely opened, thereby the solution according to the present invention can perform a damping effect better, and can make the structure of the cooking appliance more compact and can further save the cost.
In the above preferred embodiment, the body of the damper is disposed at a side close to the lid body, i.e., the damper body is connected to the lid body, and the damping lever is connected to the pot body. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that appropriate modifications may be made thereto, such as interchanging the positions of the damper main body and the damping rod, providing the damping rod with one end slidable in the stopper passage and one end connected to the pot body and rotatable with respect to the pot body.
