背景技术
樱花花色幽香艳丽,为早春重要的观花树种,常用于园林观赏,以群植,也可植于山坡、庭院、路边、建筑物前。盛开时节花繁艳丽,满树烂漫,如云似霞,极为壮观。可大片栽植造成“花海”景观,可三五成丛点缀于绿地形成锦团,也可孤植,形成“万绿丛中一点红”之画意。樱花还可作小路行道树、绿篱或制作盆景,樱花种植具有广阔的发展前景。
生产上一般采用种子播种、扦插及组织培养的方法获得,种子播种和组织培养方法的环境条件较高,种植成本大大提高,而扦插方法是一种既有效又经济实惠的育苗方法。但是现有技术中的扦插方法,幼苗培育和成苗移栽后的成活率不高,影响了产量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种樱花苗木母树化培育方法,种条培育和成苗移栽后的成活率高,适应力和抗病害能力强,提高了产量和品质。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种樱花苗木母树化培育方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选择母树和种条
选择品种纯正、长势强健、色泽鲜艳、无病虫害的2年生樱花母树;
对母树进行整枝,每棵母树上保留4~5根长势健壮的枝条,选择其中1~2根枝条作为种条,种条上带有3~4个芽眼、新叶为2~3片、长度为10~15cm;
(2)、预处理母树和种条
清除母树周围的杂草,向母树基部施加水肥,向母树整枝后的伤口上涂抹修护剂;
在种条距离母树主枝3~5cm处左右对称划开两个切口,切口内壁呈朝向母树主枝的斜面,切口深度为种条直径的1/6~1/5,用棉签蘸处理液涂抹于切口内壁;
(3)、制作育苗球
选择柱形塑料桶,在顶面和底面对应挖出穿孔,穿孔直径与种条的直径相适应,横向摆放柱形塑料桶,在上方侧壁开挖出一个缺口,得到育苗球;
(4)、母树化育苗
安装育苗球:将种条穿过育苗球底面和顶面的穿孔,种条切口位于育苗球内,配制育苗基质,将育苗基质从缺口放入育苗球内,填满育苗球,然后用湿纱布覆盖住缺口;
加固处理:在育苗球顶面边缘开出小孔,使用棉绳一端穿过小孔、另一端向上与母树主枝缠绕;
(5)、种条管理
育苗后每隔2~3天打开湿纱布,向育苗基质中滴加培养液;
(6)、母树管理
在9~10月追施一次有机肥,每亩用量为60~80kg,1~2月追施一次有机肥,每亩用量为40~50kg;
在母树基部周围覆盖一层稻草,适时浇水,保持土壤湿润;
(7)、苗木出圃
待种条生根且根系长达3~5cm,每个种条有5~7条根时即可出圃,将种条从母树上剪断,拆除育苗球,得到樱花苗木。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的水肥包括以下份计的原料:米糠35~40份、蜂蜜25~27份、贝壳粉15~17份、草木灰12~15份、尿素7~8份、蓖麻叶粉7~8份、磷酸二氢钾4~5份、腐殖酸3~4份和水100~120份。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的修护剂包括以下份计的原料:膨润土10~12份、氨基酸5~6份、吲哚乙酸3~4份、萘乙酸钠2~3份、氯化钠2~3份、葡萄糖1~2份和水25~30份。

(1)、本发明基于传统扦插技术,不同之处在于采用母树化培育方式,直接在母树上使得种条发芽生根,安装育苗球和育苗基质,配合合理的种条管理和母树管理,使得种条可以吸收母树养分水分、继承母树特质和形成发达的根系,提高了种条移栽定植的成活率;
(2)、本发明选择品种纯正、长势强健、色泽鲜艳、无病虫害的2年生樱花母树,使得成活后的种条幼苗能够继承母树的特质,得到的幼苗生长周期短,间接地提高了种植培育的产量和品质,具有更好的经济效益;
(3)、本发明对母树和种条进行预处理,清除母树周围的杂草,可以防止病虫害的发生和提高肥料和土壤有机质的吸收效率,向母树基部施加水肥,保持母树生长活力,向母树整枝后的伤口上涂抹修护剂,用于保护母树伤口,提高母树抗病害能力;
(4)、本发明制作育苗球,轻质且材料易得,安装在种条上,提供种条生根所需空间,配合育苗基质,提供种条生根所需的养分,提高种条抗病害能力
(5)、本发明育苗时进行加固处理:使用棉绳一端穿过小孔、另一端与母树主枝缠绕,使得棉绳、母树主枝和种条形成三角形结构,防止种条折断;
(6)、本发明母树管理中在母树基部周围覆盖稻草,保持土壤湿润,稻草可以有效减少水分蒸发,提高叶面光合作用,促进开花。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种樱花苗木母树化培育方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选择母树和种条
选择品种纯正、长势强健、色泽鲜艳、无病虫害的2年生樱花母树;
对母树进行整枝,每棵母树上保留4根长势健壮的枝条,选择其中1根枝条作为种条,种条上带有3个芽眼、新叶为2片、长度为10cm;
(2)、预处理母树和种条
清除母树周围的杂草,向母树基部施加水肥,向母树整枝后的伤口上涂抹修护剂;
在种条距离母树主枝3cm处左右对称划开两个切口,切口内壁呈朝向母树主枝的斜面,切口深度为种条直径的1/6,用棉签蘸处理液涂抹于切口内壁;
(3)、制作育苗球
选择柱形塑料桶,在顶面和底面对应挖出穿孔,穿孔直径与种条的直径相适应,横向摆放柱形塑料桶,在上方侧壁开挖出一个缺口,得到育苗球;
(4)、母树化育苗
安装育苗球:将种条穿过育苗球底面和顶面的穿孔,种条切口位于育苗球内,配制育苗基质,将育苗基质从缺口放入育苗球内,填满育苗球,然后用湿纱布覆盖住缺口;
加固处理:在育苗球顶面边缘开出小孔,使用棉绳一端穿过小孔、另一端向上与母树主枝缠绕;
(5)、种条管理
育苗后每隔2天打开湿纱布,向育苗基质中滴加培养液;
(6)、母树管理
在9月追施一次有机肥,每亩用量为60kg,1月追施一次有机肥,每亩用量为40kg;
在母树基部周围覆盖一层稻草,适时浇水,保持土壤湿润;
(7)、苗木出圃
待种条生根且根系长达3cm,每个种条有5条根时即可出圃,将种条从母树上剪断,拆除育苗球,得到樱花苗木。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的水肥包括以下份计的原料:米糠35份、蜂蜜25份、贝壳粉15份、草木灰12份、尿素7份、蓖麻叶粉7份、磷酸二氢钾4份、腐殖酸3份和水100份。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的修护剂包括以下份计的原料:膨润土10份、氨基酸5份、吲哚乙酸3份、萘乙酸钠2份、氯化钠2份、葡萄糖1份和水25份。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的处理液包括以下份计的原料:60mg/L的赤霉素9份、氨基酸9份、高锰酸钾9份、壳聚糖4份、多菌灵4份、牛磺酸2份、大蒜汁2份、萘乙酸1份、海绿素1份和水100份。
其中,所述柱形塑料桶由透明塑料制成,直径为15cm,高度为8cm。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的育苗基质包括以下份计的原料:园土25份、腐熟鸡粪20份、膨润土20份、玉米秸秆粉15份、酒糟10份、电气石粉8份、ABT生根粉5份、腐殖质5份和微量元素2份,将前述各原料混合均匀,加水调节至含水量为20%,得到育苗基质。
其中,所述微量元素素为硫酸铜。
其中,所述步骤(5)中的培养液包括以下份计的原料:萘乙酸3份、吲哚乙酸2份、苦瓜原汁1份、乙醇1份、ABT生根粉1份、硼酸0.8份、硫酸锰0.8份、钼酸铵0.6份、硫酸铁0.6份、硫酸镁0.4份、过磷酸钙0.2份、硝酸钙0.2份和水100份,用量为每次20滴。
其中,所述步骤(6)中的有机肥包括以下份计的原料:草木灰45份、羊粪30份、蚯蚓粪25份、玉米秸秆20份、鸡蛋壳20份、松针粉15份、烟叶渣15份、尿素10份、黄腐酸钾5份、硫酸锌5份、磷酸二氢铵5份、硫酸钙3份、壳聚糖3份、膨润土3份和EM菌液10份。
实施例2
一种樱花苗木母树化培育方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选择母树和种条
选择品种纯正、长势强健、色泽鲜艳、无病虫害的2年生樱花母树;
对母树进行整枝,每棵母树上保留5根长势健壮的枝条,选择其中2根枝条作为种条,种条上带有4个芽眼、新叶为3片、长度为15cm;
(2)、预处理母树和种条

(7)、苗木出圃
待种条生根且根系长达5cm,每个种条有7条根时即可出圃,将种条从母树上剪断,拆除育苗球,得到樱花苗木。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的水肥包括以下份计的原料:米糠40份、蜂蜜27份、贝壳粉17份、草木灰15份、尿素8份、蓖麻叶粉8份、磷酸二氢钾5份、腐殖酸4份和水120份。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的修护剂包括以下份计的原料:膨润土12份、氨基酸6份、吲哚乙酸4份、萘乙酸钠3份、氯化钠3份、葡萄糖2份和水30份。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的处理液包括以下份计的原料:60mg/L的赤霉素11份、氨基酸11份、高锰酸钾11份、壳聚糖6份、多菌灵6份、牛磺酸4份、大蒜汁4份、萘乙酸3份、海绿素3份和水102份。
其中,所述柱形塑料桶由透明塑料制成,直径为25cm,高度为10cm。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的育苗基质包括以下份计的原料:园土30份、腐熟鸡粪25份、膨润土25份、玉米秸秆粉20份、酒糟15份、电气石粉10份、ABT生根粉7份、腐殖质7份和微量元素3份,将前述各原料混合均匀,加水调节至含水量为35%,得到育苗基质。
其中,所述微量元素素为硫酸锌。
其中,所述步骤(5)中的培养液包括以下份计的原料:萘乙酸4份、吲哚乙酸3份、苦瓜原汁2份、乙醇2份、ABT生根粉2份、硼酸1.2份、硫酸锰1.2份、钼酸铵0.8份、硫酸铁0.8份、硫酸镁0.6份、过磷酸钙0.4份、硝酸钙0.4份和水102份,用量为每次25滴。
其中,所述步骤(6)中的有机肥包括以下份计的原料:草木灰50份、羊粪32份、蚯蚓粪26份、玉米秸秆25份、鸡蛋壳25份、松针粉20份、烟叶渣20份、尿素15份、黄腐酸钾8份、硫酸锌8份、磷酸二氢铵8份、硫酸钙4份、壳聚糖4份、膨润土4份和EM菌液15份。
实施例3
一种樱花苗木母树化培育方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选择母树和种条
选择品种纯正、长势强健、色泽鲜艳、无病虫害的2年生樱花母树;
对母树进行整枝,每棵母树上保留5根长势健壮的枝条,选择其中1根枝条作为种条,种条上带有4个芽眼、新叶为2片、长度为12cm;
(2)、预处理母树和种条
清除母树周围的杂草,向母树基部施加水肥,向母树整枝后的伤口上涂抹修护剂;
在种条距离母树主枝4cm处左右对称划开两个切口,切口内壁呈朝向母树主枝的斜面,切口深度为种条直径的1/6,用棉签蘸处理液涂抹于切口内壁;
(3)、制作育苗球
选择柱形塑料桶,在顶面和底面对应挖出穿孔,穿孔直径与种条的直径相适应,横向摆放柱形塑料桶,在上方侧壁开挖出一个缺口,得到育苗球;
(4)、母树化育苗

在母树基部周围覆盖一层稻草,适时浇水,保持土壤湿润;
(7)、苗木出圃
待种条生根且根系长达4cm,每个种条有6条根时即可出圃,将种条从母树上剪断,拆除育苗球,得到樱花苗木。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的水肥包括以下份计的原料:米糠38份、蜂蜜26份、贝壳粉16份、草木灰13份、尿素7.5份、蓖麻叶粉7.5份、磷酸二氢钾4.5份、腐殖酸3.5份和水110份。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的修护剂包括以下份计的原料:膨润土11份、氨基酸5.5份、吲哚乙酸3.5份、萘乙酸钠2.5份、氯化钠2.5份、葡萄糖1.5份和水27份。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的处理液包括以下份计的原料:60mg/L的赤霉素10份、氨基酸10份、高锰酸钾10份、壳聚糖5份、多菌灵5份、牛磺酸3份、大蒜汁3份、萘乙酸2份、海绿素2份和水101份。
其中,所述柱形塑料桶由透明塑料制成,直径为20cm,高度为9cm。
其中,所述步骤(2)中的育苗基质包括以下份计的原料:园土27份、腐熟鸡粪23份、膨润土23份、玉米秸秆粉17份、酒糟12份、电气石粉9份、ABT生根粉6份、腐殖质6份和微量元素2.5份,将前述各原料混合均匀,加水调节至含水量为30%,得到育苗基质。
其中,所述微量元素素为硫酸锰。
其中,所述步骤(5)中的培养液包括以下份计的原料:萘乙酸3.5份、吲哚乙酸2.5份、苦瓜原汁1.5份、乙醇1.5份、ABT生根粉1.5份、硼酸1份、硫酸锰1份、钼酸铵0.7份、硫酸铁0.7份、硫酸镁0.5份、过磷酸钙0.3份、硝酸钙0.3份和水101份,用量为每次22滴。
其中,所述步骤(6)中的有机肥包括以下份计的原料:草木灰47份、羊粪31份、蚯蚓粪25.5份、玉米秸秆22.5份、鸡蛋壳22.5份、松针粉17.5份、烟叶渣17.5份、尿素12份、黄腐酸钾6.5份、硫酸锌6.5份、磷酸二氢铵6.5份、硫酸钙3.5份、壳聚糖3.5份、膨润土3.5份和EM菌液12份。
实施例4
在南京林业大学句容林场中栽培樱花,选择东京樱花、山樱花和云南樱花3中品种,分别根据实施例1~3和传统的樱花扦插育苗方法作为对照组,每种品种每组培育102棵幼苗,得到种条扦插成活率和移栽后的成活率分别如下表1和表2所示:

综上所述,本发明种条培育和成苗移栽后的成活率高,适应力和抗病害能力强,提高了产量和品质。

Claims (9)

1.一种樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)、选择母树和种条
选择品种纯正、长势强健、色泽鲜艳、无病虫害的2年生樱花母树;
对母树进行整枝,每棵母树上保留4~5根长势健壮的枝条,选择其中1~2根枝条作为种条,种条上带有3~4个芽眼、新叶为2~3片、长度为10~15cm;
(2)、预处理母树和种条
清除母树周围的杂草,向母树基部施加水肥,向母树整枝后的伤口上涂抹修护剂;
在种条距离母树主枝3~5cm处左右对称划开两个切口,切口内壁呈朝向母树主枝的斜面,切口深度为种条直径的1/6~1/5,用棉签蘸处理液涂抹于切口内壁;
(3)、制作育苗球
选择柱形塑料桶,在顶面和底面对应挖出穿孔,穿孔直径与种条的直径相适应,横向摆放柱形塑料桶,在上方侧壁开挖出一个缺口,得到育苗球;
(4)、母树化育苗

2.根据权利要求1所述的樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的水肥包括以下份计的原料:米糠35~40份、蜂蜜25~27份、贝壳粉15~17份、草木灰12~15份、尿素7~8份、蓖麻叶粉7~8份、磷酸二氢钾4~5份、腐殖酸3~4份和水100~120份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的修护剂包括以下份计的原料:膨润土10~12份、氨基酸5~6份、吲哚乙酸3~4份、萘乙酸钠2~3份、氯化钠2~3份、葡萄糖1~2份和水25~30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的处理液包括以下份计的原料:60mg/L的赤霉素9~11份、氨基酸9~11份、高锰酸钾9~11份、壳聚糖4~6份、多菌灵4~6份、牛磺酸2~4份、大蒜汁2~4份、萘乙酸1~3份、海绿素1~3份和水100~102份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,所述柱形塑料桶由透明塑料制成,直径为15~25cm,高度为8~10cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的育苗基质包括以下份计的原料:园土25~30份、腐熟鸡粪20~25份、膨润土20~25份、玉米秸秆粉15~20份、酒糟10~15份、电气石粉8~10份、ABT生根粉5~7份、腐殖质5~7份和微量元素2~3份,将前述各原料混合均匀,加水调节至含水量为20~35%,得到育苗基质。
7.根据权利要求6所述的樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,所述微量元素素为硫酸铜、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中的培养液包括以下份计的原料:萘乙酸3~4份、吲哚乙酸2~3份、苦瓜原汁1~2份、乙醇1~2份、ABT生根粉1~2份、硼酸0.8~1.2份、硫酸锰0.8~1.2份、钼酸铵0.6~0.8份、硫酸铁0.6~0.8份、硫酸镁0.4~0.6份、过磷酸钙0.2~0.4份、硝酸钙0.2~0.4份和水100~102份,用量为每次20~25滴。
9.根据权利要求1所述的樱花苗木母树化培育方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中的有机肥包括以下份计的原料:草木灰45~50份、羊粪30~32份、蚯蚓粪25~26份、玉米秸秆20~25份、鸡蛋壳20~25份、松针粉15~20份、烟叶渣15~20份、尿素10~15份、黄腐酸钾5~8份、硫酸锌5~8份、磷酸二氢铵5~8份、硫酸钙3~4份、壳聚糖3~4份、膨润土3~4份和EM菌液10~15份。
