Because the positioning and hoisting assembly 7 is tightly and firmly connected with the escalator claps 8 and 9 on the two sides, the relative positions of the escalator claps 8 and 9 on the two sides are always consistent in the hoisting process, and the escalator claps 8 and 9 on the two sides are lifted and separated from the assembly tool and then put into the escalator truss for subsequent assembly and welding and other procedures.
After the first assembly work is completed, the assembly fixture can be unfolded for the next assembly work without large-scale debugging again. The subsequent assembly operation only needs to combine the aiming positioning of the first aiming device 110, the second aiming device 120 and the third aiming device 720 through the fine adjusting screw, and the high precision and consistency of each assembly operation can be ensured through small-range adjustment. The assembling tool is high in efficiency of assembling the escalator halter, and time-saving and labor-saving.

Claims (10)

1. An assembly fixture for an escalator halter, comprising:
a horizontal bracket;
the left limiting plate is arranged at the left end of the horizontal bracket and fixedly connected with the horizontal bracket;
the left limiting plate comprises:
a left bottom plate which is horizontally arranged,
a left back plate arranged above the left bottom plate and perpendicular to the left bottom plate,
a left side plate disposed above the left bottom plate while being perpendicular to the left bottom plate and the left rear plate;
the left working plate is arranged above the left bottom plate and parallel to the left side plate, and the left working plate is movably fixed relative to the left side plate;
the left rear working plate is arranged above the left bottom plate and is parallel to the left rear plate, and the left rear working plate is movably fixed relative to the left rear plate;
the right limiting plate is arranged at the right end of the horizontal bracket and fixedly connected with the horizontal bracket;
the right limiting plate comprises:
a right bottom plate which is horizontally arranged,
a right back plate arranged above the right bottom plate and perpendicular to the right bottom plate,
a right side plate disposed above the right bottom plate while being perpendicular to the right bottom plate and the right rear plate;
the right working plate is arranged above the right bottom plate and parallel to the right side plate, and is movably fixed relative to the right side plate;
the right rear working plate is arranged above the right bottom plate and is parallel to the right rear plate, and the right rear working plate is movably fixed relative to the right rear plate;
the first sighting device is arranged at the front end of the horizontal bracket;
the second sighting device is arranged at the rear end of the horizontal bracket;
positioning and hoisting assembly, it is including:
the two ends of the horizontal rod are detachably connected with the escalator halter on one side respectively;
and the third sighting device is arranged on the horizontal rod.
2. The assembly fixture for an escalator halter of claim 1, further comprising:
a plurality of left bolts are arranged between the left side plate and the left working plate, one end of each left bolt is connected with the left working plate, and the other end of each left bolt penetrates through the left side plate and is matched with the left nut;
a plurality of left rear bolts are arranged between the left rear working plate and the left rear plate, one end of each left rear bolt is connected with the left rear working plate, and the other end of each left rear bolt penetrates through the left rear plate and is matched with the left rear nut;
a plurality of right bolts are arranged between the right side plate and the right working plate, one end of each right bolt is connected with the right working plate, and the other end of each right bolt penetrates through the right side plate and is matched with the right nut;
a plurality of right rear bolts are arranged between the right rear working plate and the right rear plate, one ends of the right rear bolts are connected with the right rear working plate, and the other ends of the right rear bolts penetrate through the right rear plate and are matched with the right rear nuts.
3. The assembly fixture for an escalator halter of claim 2, further comprising:
a left fine adjustment screw is arranged between the left side plate and the left working plate, one end of the left fine adjustment screw is in contact with the left working plate, and the other end of the left fine adjustment screw penetrates through the left side plate;
a left rear fine adjustment screw is arranged between the left rear plate and the left rear working plate, one end of the left rear fine adjustment screw is in contact with the left rear working plate, and the other end of the left rear fine adjustment screw penetrates through the left rear plate;
a right fine adjustment screw is arranged between the right side plate and the right working plate, one end of the right fine adjustment screw is in contact with the right working plate, and the other end of the right fine adjustment screw penetrates through the right side plate;
the right back plate with be provided with right back fine setting screw rod between the right back working plate, right back fine setting screw rod one end with right back working plate contact, the other end runs through right back plate.

both ends of the horizontal rod are connected with a threaded pin which penetrates through the center of the escalator halter;
two flanges for fixedly connecting with the escalator halter are respectively arranged at two ends of the horizontal rod.
8. The escalator halter assembly fixture of claim 7, wherein:
square thread blocks are arranged at the joints of the horizontal rods and the thread pins; the inner hole of the flange plate is square; the inner wall of the inner hole is provided with threads matched with the thread blocks.
9. The escalator halter assembly fixture of claim 8, wherein:
the cross section of the horizontal rod is square; the thread blocks and the horizontal rod are integrally formed.
10. The assembly fixture for an escalator halter of claim 1, further comprising:
and the horizontal rod is also connected with a lifting lug.
