According to the comb plate assembly tool structure, the comb plates are adjusted and converted into the direct positioning on the tool, the process of lifting and transporting the truss is optimized, time is saved, mounting accuracy is high, meanwhile, the traditional conversion size positioning is converted into the direct positioning by the main guide rail in the height direction, the error of the height of the comb plates is avoided fundamentally, and the comb plates are mounted more conveniently and reliably and are easy to realize.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of escalator installation, and particularly relates to a comb plate assembly tooling structure of an escalator.
Background
In the prior art, a comb plate of an escalator, which is a large key component for passengers to transition from a front edge plate (also called a floor plate and a floor plate) of the escalator to steps, if the comb plate is not properly installed and adjusted, the steps can scratch comb teeth and even damage the comb plate.

This mounting has several problems:
the first comb plate and the comb plate are not assisted by a lifting appliance, so that the process of lifting the comb plate from the storage of the material to the escalator is inconvenient, the preliminary positioning on the truss is difficult, and the accurate positioning is difficult to achieve;
secondly, the comb plates need to be repeatedly measured and adjusted in the front-back direction and the left-right direction, so that time and labor are consumed, the precision is influenced by the level of operators, and the comb plates have instability;
thirdly, the comb plate is positioned in the height direction by repeatedly measuring the distance from the upper surface of the comb plate to the upper chord of the truss, but is positioned by directly utilizing the main guide rail surface, so that the positioning method is inaccurate and has lower precision;
fourth, all measurements and adjustments of comb plates are done on the truss, which is very inconvenient due to space limitations.
Therefore, it is urgent to develop a comb plate assembly tooling structure of an escalator with convenient installation and high installation precision.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and particularly discloses a comb plate assembly tooling structure of an escalator, which converts the adjustment of a comb plate on a truss into the direct positioning on the tooling, optimizes the process of hoisting and transporting to the truss, saves more time and has higher installation precision, meanwhile, the traditional conversion size positioning in the height direction is converted into the direct positioning by a main guide rail, so that the error of the height of the comb plate is avoided from the root, and the installation of the comb plate is more convenient and reliable and easy to realize.

(2) According to the comb plate assembly tooling structure of the escalator, the frame main body is made of the angle steel, threaded holes can be formed in two directions, and bolts can be installed for adjustment, so that the structure is simplified on the premise of meeting the use requirement;
(3) According to the comb plate assembly tooling structure of the escalator, the centering device can be used for centering and positioning of comb plates only by one-time adjustment. I.e. the position of the segments is adjusted to be centered in the main chord. When the subsequent comb plate is installed, the middle line formed by the two middle blocks is only aligned with the truss middle line, so that the middle positioning of the comb plate can be ensured;

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the comb plate assembling tooling structure of the escalator of the present invention includes: the device comprises a frame 100, and an adjusting and positioning device 200, a separating device 300 and a lifting device 400 which are arranged on the frame 100, wherein the adjusting and positioning device 200 comprises a left-right adjusting device 210, a front-back adjusting device 220 and an up-down adjusting device 230.
As shown in fig. 2, the frame 100 includes two main chords 110 disposed opposite to each other, two support bars 120 and two reinforcing bars 130 disposed at intervals between the two main chords 110 and symmetrically disposed at a midpoint connection portion of the two main chords 110, the two support bars 120 are disposed on the outer sides, the two reinforcing bars 130 are disposed at intermediate positions, and a connecting rod 140 is fixedly disposed between the support bar 120 and the reinforcing bar 130 on the same side.
The main chord member 110 is made of equilateral angle steel section bars, and threaded holes are respectively formed at two ends of the main chord member, so that the main chord member has the advantages of light weight, simple structure, capability of adjusting and positioning in multiple directions and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the supporting rod 120 is formed by welding an equilateral angle steel 121 and a flat steel 122, connecting blocks 123 are respectively welded at two ends, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the supporting rod, and a threaded block 125 is welded; the reinforcing rod 130 is made of unequal angle steel 121; the difference in height between the equilateral angle steel 121 and the flat steel 122 corresponds to the height of the comb plate for placing the comb plate.
A reinforcing rib 124 is arranged between the flat steel 122 part in the supporting rod 120 and a connecting block 123 correspondingly connected with the flat steel 122 part, the reinforcing rib 124 is a triangular plate, the connecting blocks 123 are all connected with corresponding hole sites of the main chord 110 through bolts, and after the comb plate is installed, the supporting rod 120 is disassembled, and the comb plate tool is taken out; the reinforcing ribs 124 serve to locally reinforce the flat steel 122.
The left-right adjusting means 210 includes bolts mounted on the support bars 120 to adjust and clamp the comb plate in the left-right direction. During tool adjustment, the bolt tail of the left-right adjusting device 210 is measured, so that the distance between the bolt tail and the groove of the split device 300 is equal and is a certain value (the bolt tail can just prop against the comb plate left and right), the nut is locked, and the comb plate can be positioned in the left-right direction only by placing the comb plate on the adjusted comb plate tool during subsequent comb plate installation.
The fore-aft adjustment device 220 includes a bolt mounted to the threaded block 125 of the support bar 120 and another bolt mounted to the main chord 110. When the tool is adjusted, the bolts at the left side and the right side are adjusted, so that the intervals between the bolts are consistent and are a certain value (the bolts can just prop against the comb plates front and back), and the nuts are locked. When the subsequent comb plates are installed, the comb plates are only required to be placed on the adjusted comb plate tool, and the positioning in the front-back direction can be completed.
The up-down adjusting device 230 includes up-down adjusting bolts 231 and a height positioning mechanism 232 mounted on both sides of the main chord 110, and the height positioning mechanism 232 includes a screw 2321 mounted on the reinforcing bar 130 and a height positioning plate 2322 mounted on the screw 2321 by a nut. Under theoretical conditions, the height of the comb plate should take the main guide rail surface as a reference, so as to ensure the engagement depth of the comb teeth and the steps, therefore, in the tool debugging stage, the height positioning mechanism 232 of the invention should position the height positioning plate 2322 on the screw 2321 first, and then lock the nut.
The center-dividing device 300 includes two-component center blocks 310 which are respectively mounted on the long holes of the main chords 110 by bolts and can be adjusted in the left-right direction.
In the present invention, the dividing block 310 includes front and rear sight points, and the line connected with the sight points corresponds to the center line of the truss; and a connection plate 320 for mounting the center block to the frame 100. During tooling adjustment, the two-component middle block 310 of the middle device 300 is adjusted to the middle point of the two main chords 110, so that the groove of the middle block 310 is positioned at the center of the main chords 110. The two-component middle block 310 is provided with four groove sighting devices which are distributed in a straight line, and the middle device 300 is locked after the adjustment is completed. In addition, the device 300 may have various structures.
In the present invention, the lifting device 400 includes four sets of hooks welded to the main chord 110, and more particularly, the hooks are bent from round steel.
The following specifically describes the comb plate assembling tool structure of the escalator, which can directly place the comb plate system 500 on the comb plate tool after the adjustment process is completed, and can complete the positioning of the comb plate in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the specific process is as follows:
(1) Lifting the comb plate system 500 to the truss by using lifting devices 400 such as hanging strips or slings, and placing the main chord on the truss upper chord 610;
(2) The left and right positioning of comb plate system 500 on the truss is accomplished by aligning the line of separation device 300 with the truss separation line.
(3) The position of the height positioning plate 2322 with respect to the main rail surface 620 is observed, and the up-down adjusting bolts 231 are adjusted so that the two height positioning plates 2322 are flush with the main rail surface 620.
(4) After the distance from the tail part of the comb plate to the large angle steel is measured, the positioning of the comb plate can be completed;
(5) After the comb plate system 500 is fixed, the whole comb plate fixture can be removed from the truss by detaching the connecting bolts of the support rods 120 and the main chords 110.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications or variations of the present invention are intended to be included in the present invention, provided that they fall within the scope of the appended claims and the equivalents thereof, unless they depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
