污水处理搅拌杆连接装置及搅拌方法。本产品其组成包括:污水处理罐,污水处理罐的下部开有3个夹角为120°的透孔,透孔的内侧贴合固定圈、并焊接连接,固定圈固定连接球冠圈,球冠圈固定连接限位圈,限位圈内插入搅拌杆,搅拌杆开有环形槽,环形槽连接固定圆环,固定圆环插入限位圈,搅拌杆与固定圆环相对转动,固定圆环连接3个夹角为120°的弹性限位固定杆,限位圈开有3个夹角为120°的插口,弹性限位固定杆沿着插口插入、转动固定圆环使弹性限位固定杆与插口错位、固定弹性限位固定杆与球冠圈、限位圈的连接,弹性限位固定杆的长度大于插口的长度。本发明用于污水处理搅拌杆连接。

本发明涉及一种污水处理搅拌杆连接装置及搅拌方法。
背景技术:
在进行污水处理时有时需要进行搅动才能够处理的彻底,如果污水中的杂物堆积成堆时污水就会处理的不彻底,但是在进行搅动时会有很多杂物缠绕在搅拌杆和搅拌棒上,由于搅拌杆和搅拌棒都是固定连接的,清理时比较困难,使用不方便、不灵活。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种搅拌杆和搅拌棒的连接即牢固、组装、拆卸又方便的污水处理搅拌杆连接装置及搅拌方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种污水处理搅拌杆连接装置,其组成包括: 污水处理罐,所述的污水处理罐的下部开有3个夹角为120°的透孔,所述的透孔的内侧贴合固定圈、并焊接连接,所述的固定圈固定连接球冠圈,所述的球冠圈固定连接限位圈,所述的限位圈内插入搅拌杆,所述的搅拌杆开有环形槽,所述的环形槽连接固定圆环,所述的固定圆环插入所述的限位圈,所述的搅拌杆与所述的固定圆环相对转动,所述的固定圆环连接3个夹角为120°的弹性限位固定杆,所述的限位圈开有3个夹角为120°的插口,所述的弹性限位固定杆沿着所述的插口插入、转动所述的固定圆环使所述的弹性限位固定杆与所述的插口错位、固定所述的弹性限位固定杆与所述的球冠圈、所述的限位圈的连接,所述的弹性限位固定杆的长度大于所述的插口的长度。
所述的污水处理搅拌杆连接装置,所述的搅拌杆粘接固定磁板,所述的固定磁板吸合外磁板,所述的外磁板固定连接在电机的输出轴的前端,所述的电机连接支撑架,所述的支撑架连接所述的污水处理罐,所述的污水处理罐连接支撑腿,所述的污水处理罐连接进料管,所述的进料管连接水泵,所述的污水处理罐的下部具有出污口,所述的污水处理罐连接出水管。
所述的污水处理搅拌杆连接装置,所述的搅拌杆绕圆周开有一组插槽孔,所述的插槽孔粘接磁套,所述的磁套连接铁杆,所述的铁杆焊接搅拌棒,所述的搅拌杆与所述的搅拌棒的前端均开有螺纹孔,所述的螺纹孔连接螺纹杆,所述的螺纹杆连接圆环,所述的圆环配合挂钩使用,所述的挂钩连接锁链,所述的锁链连接手环。
一种污水处理搅拌杆连接装置的搅拌方法,将搅拌杆和固定圆环装入限位圈和球冠圈,并通过弹性限位固定杆和插口错位进行固定,将铁杆插入磁套固定搅拌棒,将搅拌杆和电机的输出轴之间通过固定磁板吸合外磁板固定在一起,然后启动电机使搅拌杆和搅拌棒一同进行搅拌污水。
有益效果:
1.本发明的搅拌杆和电机的输出轴之间通过固定磁板吸合外磁板连接固定,使搅拌杆和输出轴之间连接方便,组装时速度快、牢固,拆分时也方便。
本发明的搅拌杆与污水处理罐之间是通过插口和弹性限位固定杆错位进行固定的,既简单、又方便、牢固,组装、拆分都方便。
本发明的搅拌杆与搅拌棒之间通过磁套和铁杆连接固定,组装时容易、速度快,需要清洗拆分时也很灵活。
本发明在需要清理搅拌杆与搅拌棒上缠绕的污水杂物时,将搅拌杆、搅拌棒与输出轴进行拆分,然后用挂钩将搅拌杆与搅拌棒取出,清理时方便、彻底。

一种污水处理搅拌杆连接装置的搅拌方法,将搅拌杆和固定圆环装入限位圈和球冠圈,并通过弹性限位固定杆和插口错位进行固定,将铁杆插入磁套固定搅拌棒,将搅拌杆和电机的输出轴之间通过固定磁板吸合外磁板固定在一起,然后启动电机使搅拌杆和搅拌棒一同进行搅拌污水。
