本发明公开了一种带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈,包含渗液孔(1)、上绝缘片(2)、下毛细片(3)、内导管(4)、毛细管(5)、中心孔(6),在传统圆柱型锂离子电池上隔圈的基础上增加了下毛细片(3)。内导管(4)和毛细管(5),改善了锂离子电池的浸润效果,有效缓解电池的电解液下沉问题,延长了放置寿命。减少了安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈。
背景技术
现有隔圈为单独一个圆形片状PP材料或其他绝缘材料的绝缘体,只是起到保护电芯上部的作用,不能有效保持和存储电解液,电池放置一段时间后,由于重力作用,电解液会沉到电池的底部,电池的卷芯得不到有效浸润,当电池使用时,电池的上部会缺少电解液,在电池充放电的使用中会析出锂金属,导致寿命减少,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是克服上隔圈不能有效保持和存储电解液的问题。
本发明的技术方案为:
带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈,包含渗液孔(1)、上绝缘片(2)、下毛细片(3)、内导管(4)、毛细管(5)、中心孔(6),在传统圆柱型锂离子电池上隔圈的基础上增加了下毛细片(3)。内导管(4)和毛细管(5),下毛细片(3)能够保持和存储电解液,毛细管(5)可以把电池底部的电解液通过毛细效应上升到电池的上部,缓解电解液下沉的问题,改善了锂离子电池的浸润效果,有效缓解电池的电解液下沉问题,延长了放置寿命。减少了安全隐患。

本发明的带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈,包含渗液孔(1)、上绝缘片(2)、下毛细片(3)、内导管(4)、毛细管(5)、中心孔(6),在传统圆柱型锂离子电池上隔圈的基础上增加了下毛细片(3)。内导管(4)和毛细管(5),带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈(A)和电芯(B)组装在一起,带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈的下毛细片(3)能够保持和存储电解液,毛细管(5)可以把电池底部的电解液通过毛细效应上升到电池的上部,缓解电解液下沉的问题,改善了锂离子电池的浸润效果,有效缓解电池的电解液下沉问题,延长了放置寿命。减少了安全隐患。

Claims (5)

1.一种带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈,包含渗液孔(1)、上绝缘片(2)、下毛细片(3)、内导管(4)、毛细管(5)、中心孔(6),在传统圆柱型锂离子电池上隔圈的基础上增加了下毛细片(3);内导管(4)和毛细管(5),下毛细片(3)能够保持和存储电解液,毛细管(5)可以把电池底部的电解液通过毛细效应上升到电池的上部。
2.如权利要求1所述带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈,其特征在于隔圈是多种材料的复合结构。
3.如权利要求1所述带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈,其特征在于下毛细片(3)和毛细管(5)为具有毛细效应的多孔结构。
4.如权利要求1所述带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈,其特征在于下毛细片(3)和毛细管(5)为耐电解液腐蚀材料。
5.如权利要求1所述带毛细效应功能的圆柱型锂离子电池复合上隔圈,其特征在于下毛细片(3)和毛细管(5)为非金属材料。
