The encoding rule of the second part is: the first six 170523 is year, month and day, which represents 2017, 5, month and 23 days, 7-12 bits 224819 are time-division seconds, which represents 22 hours, 48 minutes and 19 seconds, and the last 6 is hundred milliseconds, and the time of each photographing is different when extracting the material evidence because the time is dynamically changed, and even if the operation is fast, the time-division seconds are the same, but the later hundred milliseconds cannot be the same. Therefore, the serial numbers of all the physical evidence can be ensured to be unique.
In this case, the LCD light-transmitting panel 9 is displayed in two lines, with the first portion being displayed in the first line and the second portion being displayed in the second line for a clearer display. The light exit aperture 14 of this example may be provided as a flat mouth light exit aperture.
As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, in order to simplify the numbering, shorten the number of words, and make the display clearer, all the operators may be assigned with numbers in this example, and the first part is two digits disposed at the upper right corner of the LCD transparent plate 9, and these two digits represent the numbers of operators. The second part is shown in two rows, the first left six bits 170523 of the first row being a date code, the first six bits 224819 of the second row being a time code, the seventh bit 6 being a hundred millisecond code. Since the number of words is small, the light emitting hole 14 may be formed in a square, oval, or the like.
