Abstract
本发明涉及一种眼镜阀,包括左阀体、右阀体和滑动设置的眼镜板,眼镜板上设有通孔区和盲孔区,通孔区和盲孔区两侧的外周均设有密封圈,左阀体和右阀体的外侧端均设有连接法兰,在左阀体的内侧部螺纹连接密封压环,密封压环上具有凸出部,左阀体上设有螺杆,螺杆上设置与密封压环上的凸出部相配合的驱动凹槽,左阀体的内侧端部以滑动密封结构套接密封环架,密封压环对密封环架形成顶压配合,通孔区和盲孔区一侧的密封圈与右阀体密封配合,通孔区和盲孔区另一侧的密封圈与密封环架密封配合,本发明通过上述设计,可适用于高压工况,最高工作压力可达1500磅,具有结构简单紧凑、加工制造方便、操作简便、灵活、省力,可靠性强的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种眼镜阀。
背景技术
公知使用的眼镜阀,因其固有的结构设计无法在高压工况下使用,其工作压力均不大于PN6,而且传统的眼镜阀在启闭阀门时需用扳手、管钳等工具来松动定阀体和动阀体之间的连接螺栓,操作非常繁琐且费力。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中普通眼镜阀无法在高压工况下使用,启闭阀门时需用扳手、管钳等工具操作非常繁琐且费力的问题,本发明提供一种眼镜阀,该眼镜阀的结构简单紧凑、可适用于高压工况、加工方便,操作简便、灵活、省力。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:包括通过螺栓、螺母连接固定的左阀体和右阀体,左阀体和右阀体之间滑动插接眼镜板,眼镜板上设有通孔区和盲孔区,通孔区和盲孔区两侧的外周均设有密封圈,左阀体和右阀体的外侧端均设有连接法兰,在左阀体的内侧部螺纹连接密封压环,密封压环上具有凸出部,左阀体上设有螺杆,螺杆上设置与密封压环上的凸出部相配合的驱动凹槽,左阀体的内侧端部以滑动密封结构套接密封环架,密封压环对密封环架形成顶压配合,通孔区和盲孔区一侧的密封圈与右阀体密封配合,通孔区和盲孔区另一侧的密封圈与密封环架密封配合。
在密封环架的内圈壁上设有密封垫片和清洁环,密封垫片和清洁环均与左阀体的内侧端部形成滑动密封配合。
在眼镜板的上下两端均设置定位螺钉,定位螺钉与右阀体形成定位配合。
在相邻的螺栓上固定轨道滑块,眼镜板与轨道滑块滑动配合。
密封圈为金属密封圈,密封圈外围的眼镜板上设有高分子材料密封环。
本发明通过上述具体设计,可适用于高压工况,最高工作压力可达1500磅,具有结构简单紧凑、加工制造方便、操作简便、灵活、省力,可靠性强的优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明包括通过螺栓3a、螺母3b连接固定的左阀体1和右阀体2,左阀体1和右阀体2之间滑动插接眼镜板4,眼镜板4上设有通孔区5和盲孔区6,通孔区5和盲孔区6两侧的外周均设有密封圈7,左阀体1和右阀体2的外侧端均设有连接法兰8,连接法兰8和管道连接。在左阀体1的内侧部螺纹连接密封压环9,密封压环9上具有凸出部10,左阀体1上设有螺杆11,螺杆11上设置与密封压环9上的凸出部10相配合的驱动凹槽12,驱动凹槽12可以是由固定在螺杆11上的两个间隔设置的螺母19形成,凸出部10刚好与驱动凹槽12间隙配合,左阀体1的内侧端部以滑动密封结构套接密封环架13,密封压环9对密封环架13形成顶压配合,通孔区5和盲孔区6一侧的密封圈7与右阀体2密封配合,通孔区5和盲孔区6另一侧的密封圈7与密封环架13密封配合。密封压环9与左阀体1间的螺纹连接采用梯形螺纹,梯形螺纹的螺距大,螺杆11转动较小的上下位移可带动密封压环9在水平方向上进行较大的位移,可为眼镜板4的移动提供更多的空间减小密封件的摩擦。在密封环架13的内圈壁上设有密封垫片14和清洁环15,密封垫片14和清洁环15均与左阀体1的内侧端部形成滑动密封配合。密封环架13内的清洁环15可对密封垫片14相对的密封部位进行清洁处理,保证阀门密封效果。在眼镜板4的上下两端均设置定位螺钉16,定位螺钉16在眼镜板4开启到位和关闭到位时与右阀体2形成定位配合。在相邻的螺栓3a上固定轨道滑块17,眼镜板4与轨道滑块17滑动配合,在本实施例中四只螺栓3a上均装有轨道滑块17。密封圈7采用金属密封圈,密封圈7外围的眼镜板4上设有高分子材料密封环18。高分子材料密封环18的材料为硝化纤维塑料(又名赛璐璐) 这种材料具有强度高、质量轻、耐温、耐腐蚀、绝热、绝缘等优异的性能。需要启闭阀门时转动手轮20,螺杆11上的驱动凹槽12和密封压环9上的凸出部10相配合,带动密封压环9转动,密封压环9对密封环架13的压力消除,密封环架13与眼镜板4脱开,且左阀体1、右阀体2和管道均无移动,这时可手动推或拉眼镜板4、眼镜板4将沿轨道滑块17位移且最终定位在定位螺钉16的位置来启闭阀门。以上所述的实施例仅仅是对本发明一种眼镜阀的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明方案的前提下,本领域技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种外型变型和改进,均应落入本发明一种眼镜阀的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种眼镜阀,包括通过螺栓、螺母连接固定的左阀体和右阀体,左阀体和右阀体之间滑动插接眼镜板,眼镜板上设有通孔区和盲孔区,通孔区和盲孔区两侧的外周均设有密封圈,左阀体和右阀体的外侧端均设有连接法兰,其特征是在左阀体(1)的内侧部螺纹连接密封压环(9),密封压环(9)上具有凸出部(10),左阀体(1)上设有螺杆(11),螺杆(11)上设置与密封压环(9)上的凸出部(10)相配合的驱动凹槽(12),左阀体(1)的内侧端部以滑动密封结构套接密封环架(13),密封压环(9)对密封环架(13)形成顶压配合,通孔区(5)和盲孔区(6)一侧的密封圈(7)与右阀体(2)密封配合,通孔区(5)和盲孔区(6)另一侧的密封圈(7)与密封环架(13)密封配合, 密封圈(7)为金属密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜阀,其特征是在密封环架(13)的内圈壁上设有密封垫片(14)和清洁环(15),密封垫片(14)和清洁环(15)均与左阀体(1)的内侧端部形成滑动密封配合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种眼镜阀,其特征是在眼镜板(4)的上下两端均设置定位螺钉(16),定位螺钉(16)与右阀体(2)形成定位配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种眼镜阀,其特征是在相邻的螺栓(3a)上固定轨道滑块(17),眼镜板(4)与轨道滑块(17)滑动配合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种眼镜阀,其特征是密封圈(7)外围的眼镜板(4)上设有高分子材料密封环(18)。
