本发明涉及胶粘技术领域,特别是一种组合胶及胶带。其特征是:粘结单元包括双面胶、永久性粘结剂微容器,由连接部将所述双面胶、永久性粘结剂微容器连接在一起,永久性粘结剂微容器中有永久性粘结剂,所述双面胶负责临时粘结被粘结物,所述永久性粘结剂微容器破裂后释放永久性粘结剂使被粘结物永久粘结。有益效果是:首先采用双面压敏胶固定被粘结物,后继用永久性粘结剂加强粘结固定被粘结物。

一种组合胶及胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘技术领域,特别是一种组合胶及胶带。
背景技术
目前广泛使用一种双面压敏胶,双面胶带是以纸、布、塑料薄膜为基材,再把弹性体型压敏胶或树脂型压敏胶均匀涂布在上述基材上制成的卷状胶粘带,是由基材、胶粘剂、隔离纸(膜)三部分组成。胶带可以粘东西是因为它表面上涂有一层粘着剂,橡胶是粘着剂的主要成份,目前广泛应用各种聚合物。粘着剂可以粘住东西,是由于本身的分子和欲连接物品的分子间形成键结,这种键结可以把分子牢牢地黏合在一起。双面压敏胶的优点是使用方便,由于压敏胶是一种不干胶,其缺点是粘结不牢固,特别是气温较高时发生脱落。
目前广泛使用粘结剂包括空气敏感型、湿敏型、溶剂挥发型。空气敏感型即密封的粘结剂暴露空气中和空气中的某种气体发生反应形成固化,一般是和空气中的氧气或二氧化碳反应;湿敏型即密封的粘结剂暴露空气中和空气中的水分发生反应形成固化,如502胶水(结构式: CH2=C(CN)-COO-C2H5)若暴露放置,接触空气中微量水汽,即被催化迅速聚合固化粘着;溶剂挥发型即密封的粘结剂暴露空气中后将粘结剂中所含的溶剂挥发完形成固化,如氯丁橡胶、酚醛树脂等粘结剂。这些粘结剂固化后可以永久粘结(相对于压敏胶),可以称为永久性粘结剂。
发明内容
本发明的思路是首先采用双面压敏胶固定被粘结物,后继用永久性粘结剂加强粘结固定被粘结物。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种组合胶,其特征是:粘结单元包括双面胶、永久性粘结剂微容器,由连接部将所述双面胶、永久性粘结剂微容器连接在一起,永久性粘结剂微容器中有永久性粘结剂,所述双面胶负责临时粘结被粘结物,所述永久性粘结剂微容器破裂后释放永久性粘结剂使被粘结物永久粘结。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:所述粘结单元的双面胶的保护纸垂直面还包括侧条,所述侧条和永久性粘结剂微容器的外壁相连,去除侧条时牵拉永久性粘结剂微容器的外壁使微容器破裂,永久性粘结剂暴露空气后形成固化。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:所述连接部是网状结构的基材。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:网状结构的基材是玻璃纤维或碳纤维。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:所述粘结单元组成阵列形成制品胶带或制品胶片。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:所述粘结单元中还包括催化剂微容器。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:永久性粘结剂为502胶水、或氯丁橡胶、或酚醛树脂、或玻璃胶。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:微容器为胶囊。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:在胶囊周围、两层保护纸之间的空间内填充丝状物。
所述的一种组合胶,其特征是:所述丝状物为玻璃纤维、或碳纤维,待永久性粘结剂固化后起到加强筋的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:首先采用双面压敏胶固定被粘结物,后继用永久性粘结剂加强粘结固定被粘结物。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
图1为本发明粘结单元结构示意图,图2为图1的A-A剖视图,101为双面胶,102为永久性粘结剂微容器,102由连接部104固定于双面胶101上,105为侧条,侧条105通过牵拉部103连接于微容器102的外壁,这样,去除侧条时牵拉永久性粘结剂微容器的外壁使微容器破裂,永久性粘结剂暴露空气后形成固化,106为另一侧的侧条,参照图6为本发明侧条去除时的状态图,可以看出,剥离106侧条时牵拉微容器102使之破裂,601为剥离106侧条后留下的侧缝空间,这样,永久性粘结剂流出并暴露在空气中,此时由双面胶暂时固定被粘结物,经过一段时间后永久性粘结剂固化使被粘结物永久粘结固定。本方案中至少设置一个侧条,可以为对称的两个。图2中可以看出,还包括双面胶的保护纸201,202为另一面的保护纸。
双面胶由基材、胶粘剂、保护纸三部分组成,保护纸又称离型纸、隔离纸、防粘纸、硅油纸,是一种防止预浸料粘连,又可以保护预浸料不受污染的防粘纸,基材双面都涂有胶粘剂,撕去保护纸后由基材两面的胶粘剂粘结固定物体,由于双面胶的胶粘剂是一种压敏不干胶,其缺点是粘结不牢固,特别是气温较高时发生脱落。
目前广泛使用粘结剂包括空气敏感型、湿敏型、溶剂挥发型。空气敏感型即密封的粘结剂暴露空气中和空气中的某种气体发生反应形成固化,一般是和空气中的氧气或二氧化碳反应;湿敏型即密封的粘结剂暴露空气中和空气中的水分发生反应形成固化,如502胶水(结构式: CH2=C(CN)-COO-C2H5)若暴露放置,接触空气中微量水汽,即被催化迅速聚合固化粘着;溶剂挥发型即密封的粘结剂暴露空气中后将粘结剂中所含的溶剂挥发完形成固化,如氯丁橡胶、酚醛树脂等粘结剂。这些粘结剂固化后可以永久粘结(相对于压敏胶),可以称为永久性粘结剂。
图3为本发明连接部是网状结构基材的实施方案,在图1所示方案中将连接部替换为网状结构基材,301为网状结构基材,微容器102固定在网状结构基材301中,网状结构基材如玻璃纤维、碳纤维,其优势是固化后可以起到加强筋的作用。
图4为本发明粘结单元组成阵列形成制品胶带的实施方案,图5为图4的B-B剖视图。
本发明中,首先由双面胶将被粘结物体暂时固定,然后使微容器102破裂,微容器102破裂后流出永久性粘结剂,永久性粘结剂暴露空气中固化后形成永久粘结,使微容器破裂的方法包括牵拉破裂、挤压破裂、敲击破裂等。参照图7,图7为本发明不含侧条的实施方案,该方案的微容器102可以采用胶囊,这样,使用时可以通过挤压使胶囊破裂流出永久性粘结剂。进一步,为了防止胶囊破裂时永久性粘结剂溅出,参照图5,在胶囊周围、保护纸201和202之间的空间内填充丝状,501,丝状物如玻璃纤维、碳纤维,待永久性粘结剂固化后起到加强筋的作用。
作为一种单面胶的实施方案,将一面的保护纸由基材或其它材料替代,即单面胶的面材。
上述实施模式及组合均不限定本发明的构造及形态的基本特征,并非限定本发明的保护范围。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,作出的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种组合胶,其特征是:粘结单元包括双面胶、永久性粘结剂微容器,由连接部将所述双面胶、永久性粘结剂微容器连接在一起,永久性粘结剂微容器中有永久性粘结剂,所述双面胶负责临时粘结被粘结物,所述永久性粘结剂微容器破裂后释放永久性粘结剂使被粘结物永久粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合胶,其特征是:所述粘结单元的双面胶的保护纸垂直面还包括侧条,所述侧条和永久性粘结剂微容器的外壁相连,去除侧条时牵拉永久性粘结剂微容器的外壁使微容器破裂,永久性粘结剂暴露空气后形成固化。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合胶,其特征是:所述连接部是网状结构的基材。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合胶,其特征是:网状结构的基材是玻璃纤维或碳纤维。
5.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的组合胶,其特征是:所述粘结单元组成阵列形成制品胶带或制品胶片。
6.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的组合胶,其特征是:所述粘结单元中还包括催化剂微容器。
7.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的组合胶,其特征是:永久性粘结剂为502胶水、或氯丁橡胶、或酚醛树脂、或玻璃胶。
8.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的组合胶,其特征是:微容器为胶囊。
9.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的组合胶,其特征是:在胶囊周围、两层保护纸之间的空间内填充丝状物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的组合胶,其特征是:所述丝状物为玻璃纤维、或碳纤维,待永久性粘结剂固化后起到加强筋的作用。
