Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging equipment, in particular to a packaging film deviation rectifying device and a deviation rectifying method thereof.
Background
Currently, packaging bags are widely used for packaging and transporting products. Traditional packing work is accomplished through the manual work, not only extravagant manpower and materials, and work efficiency is also lower. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standard, the automatic packaging equipment replaces manual work. The automatic packaging machine is easy to cause the deviation of the packaging roll film in the operation process due to huge structure, uneven roll film tension, uneven roll film surface bending, equipment debugging and the like, namely the roll film is in an abnormal operation position.
The skew of membrane can lead to wrapping bag involution position inaccurate to pack roll up, and involution intensity is not high, leads to the packing product to be not conform to the required quality, influences the packing effect, reduces equipment for packing's work efficiency. The common low-speed packaging machine is generally provided with a manual tensioning device, and the device has a certain deviation rectifying function, but has poor instantaneity and poor effect. The high-speed packaging machine is usually provided with an automatic film-rolling deviation-correcting device, and the deviation-correcting device mainly comprises a detection device and an execution mechanism.
At present, the deviation rectifying devices of domestic packaging equipment mainly have three types, namely a hydraulic automatic deviation rectifying device, a pneumatic automatic deviation rectifying device and a mechanical transmission type deviation rectifying device. The hydraulic automatic deviation-correcting device is generally composed of a detection drive wheel, an oil cylinder, an oil pump, an aligning carrier roller, a frame and the like. When the rolled film deviates, the conveying belt is in contact with the detection driving wheel, the friction generates driving force, the oil pump is driven to pressurize, the oil way enters the oil cylinder through the control of a valve body program, the piston rod of the oil cylinder is driven to stretch, and the deviation adjusting roller frame is driven to adjust the conveying belt. The device does not need a power source and has the function of positioning the aligning carrier roller. But has the disadvantages of high investment cost; the volume is large, and the occupied space is large; the hydraulic transmission working process is complex, and the failure rate of parts is high. The pneumatic automatic deviation rectifying device is generally composed of a roller, an air cylinder, an electromagnetic valve, a controller and the like. When the film is deviated, the sensor receives a signal, the controller processes the signal and then drives the electromagnetic valve to open, the air cylinder is pushed to act, and deviation rectifying force is generated for correction. The device has the advantages that: the adaptability is strong, and the operation is stable and reliable; the automation degree is high; no damage to the film rolling belt. But the defects are that the investment in the early stage is large, the installation and debugging are complex, and the operation and maintenance difficulty is large. The mechanical transmission type deviation correcting device has various types, when the film rolling roller deviates from the central position, the axis of the film rolling roller deflects for a certain angle around the rotating center according to the corresponding direction, so that a transverse friction force vertical to the running direction of the conveying belt is generated between the film rolling roller and the film rolling roller, and the film rolling roller returns to the correct position. The mechanical transmission type deviation correcting device is divided into a fixed deviation correcting device and a rotary deviation correcting device, the fixed deviation correcting device mainly comprises a side roller, a spiral carrier roller, a side baffle roller, a groove-shaped lower carrier roller and the like, and the fixed deviation correcting device has the defect that the deviation correcting force cannot be automatically adjusted; the conveyer belt has large running resistance, serious abrasion and poor application effect. The rotary deviation correcting device mainly comprises an aligning carrier roller, an adjusting frame type rotating carrier roller and the like, and has the defects of unstable work and left-right swinging.
Based on the above situation, it is necessary to provide a packaging film deviation rectifying device and a deviation rectifying method thereof, which have the advantages of low cost and simple structure and can monitor and rectify deviation in time in real time.

s1, placing the packaging film on a film winding roller, switching on a power supply, and starting a position sensor, a controller and a driver;
s2, detecting a current distance value between the standard line of the rolled film and a preset fixed point by the position sensor and sending the current distance value to the controller;
s3, the controller compares whether the difference value between the current distance value and the preset standard distance value is within the preset standard range; judging whether to perform deviation rectification;
s4, after receiving the adjustment instruction, the driving motor stretches out of a motor push rod, the motor push rod pushes the film rolling frame to move around the rotating shaft, the difference value between the current distance value and the preset standard distance value is in the preset standard range, and the rolled film returns to the normal operation position;

S3, when the difference value between the current distance value and the preset standard distance value exceeds the preset standard range and the film rolling frame 3 and the fixed support 1 are located on the same plane, the rolled film deviates, the deviation of the rolled film is determined, and the controller 6 sends an adjusting instruction to the driving motor 8;
