逆变器模块36配置为具有包括功率晶体管的适当控制电路,例如用于将直流电功率转换成交流电功率并将交流电功率转换为直流电功率的集成栅极双极型晶体管(IGBT)。逆变器模块36优选地对IGBT进行脉宽调制(PWM)控制,以将来自48V电池70的存储直流电功率转换为交流电功率,以驱动电机30,产生转矩。类似地,逆变器模块36将传递到电机30的机械功率转换为直流电功率,以产生可存储在48V电池70中的电能,作为再生制动控制策略的一部分。逆变器模块36从控制器15接收电动机控制命令,并控制逆变器状态,以提供期望的电动机驱动操作或再生制动操作。在一个实施例中,辅助DC/DC电功率转换器76电连接到低压电功率总线,并提供电功率,以通过低压电功率总线对低压电池78充电。这样的电功率连接是可以理解的且在本文没有详细描述。低压电池78向驱动系统100和车辆上的低压系统提供低压电功率,包括例如起动器20、电动窗、HVAC风扇、座椅和其它装置。在一个实施例中,低压电池78被配置为额定12Vdc电压电平工作。
48V电池70优选设置为以额定48Vdc电压电平提供电功率,并且可以是任何直流电源,例如多电池锂离子装置、超电容器或其他合适的装置,而不限于此。与48V电池70相关的监测参数优选包括充电状态(SOC)、温度等。在一个实施例中,48V电池70可以经由车载电池充电器电连接到远程离车电源,以在车辆静止时进行充电。
控制器15可以信号地连接到操作员接口(未示出),并且操作以提供多个控制装置的分级控制,以实现对驱动系统100的各个元件的操作控制,包括例如逆变器模块36、发动机控制器和变速器控制器。控制器15直接或经由通信总线16与逆变器模块36、发动机控制器和变速器控制器中的每一个进行通信,以监测其操作和控制操作。
术语“控制器”、“控制模块”、“模块”、“控制”、“控制单元”、“处理器”和类似术语是指专用集成电路(一个或多个)(ASIC)、电子回路(一个或多个)、中央处理单元(一个或多个)(例如是微处理器(一个或多个))和存储器和存储装置形式的相关的非瞬时存储器(只读、可编程只读、随机存取、硬件驱动等)中的任何一个或组合。非瞬时存储器部件能存一个或多个软件或固件程序或例行程序形式的储机器可读指令、组合的逻辑回路(一个或多个)、输入/输出回路(一个或多个)和装置、信号调节和缓冲器电路、可被一个或多个处理器访问以提供所述功能性的其他部件。输入/输出回路(一个或多个)和装置包括模拟/数字转换器和监测从传感器而来的输入的相关装置,这种输入被以预设的采样频率或响应于触发事件监测。软件、固件、程序、指令、控制程序、代码、算法和相似的术语是指任何控制器可执行的指令集,包括校准和查找表。每一个控制器执行控制程序(一个或多个),以提供期望功能,包括监测来自传感装置和其他联网控制器的输入和执行控制和诊断的程序,以控制促动器的操作。程序可以以规则间隔周期性地执行,或可以响应于触发事件的发生而执行。控制器之间通信控制器促动器和/或传感器之间通信可以使用直接有线链路、网络通信总线链路、无线链路、序列周边接口或任何其他合适的通信链路实现。通信包括交换任何合适形式的数据信号,例如包括,经由传导介质传递电信号、经由空气传递电磁信号、经由光学波导传递光学信号等。数据信号可以包括代表从传感器而来的输入的信号、代表促动器命令的信号、和在控制器之间的通信信号。
响应于操作者请求的车辆操作包括加速、制动、稳态运行、滑行和怠速这样的操作模式。加速模式包括提高车速的操作者请求。制动模式包括降低车速的操作者请求。稳态运行模式包括这样的车辆操作,其中车辆目前以一定速率运动,而没有制动或加速的操作者请求,车速基于当前车辆速度和车辆动量、车辆风阻和滚动阻力、以及传动系惯性阻力来决定。滑行模式包括其中车速高于最小阈值速度的车辆操作,并且操作者对加速器踏板的请求处于小于维持当前车辆速度所需的点。怠速模式包括其中车速等于或接近零的车辆操作。
驱动系统100可以以多种模式中的一种运行,这可以在持续运行的传动系操作期间被选择和实现,以实现加速、制动、稳态运行、惯性滑行和怠速的车辆操作。驱动系统模式包括仅发动机驱动模式、纯电驱动模式、再生模式和发动机/电辅助驱动模式,伴随发动机自动起动/自动停机操作。在仅发动机驱动模式中,发动机10被控制以产生推进功率,同时电机30空转(freewheel)。可以在车辆加速或稳态运行期间命令该模式。在纯电驱动模式中,电动机30被控制为电动机,以产生推进功率,而发动机10处于OFF状态并通过断开离合器24的作用而断开。可以在怠速、车辆加速或稳态运行期间命令该模式。在再生模式中,电动机30被控制为发电机,以在发动机10处于怠速状态或处于OFF状态并且通过断开离合器24的作用而断开的情况下,对驱动系统扭矩进行反作用并产生电力。可以是在滑行和车辆制动期间命令该模式。在发动机/电辅助驱动模式中,发动机10和电动机30被控制为产生推进功率。可以在车辆加速或稳态运行期间命令该模式。
详细描述和附图是对本发明的支持和描述,但本发明的范围仅由权利要求书限定。虽然已详细描述了用于实施本教导的一些最佳模式和其他实施例,但是存在用于实践所附权利要求中限定的本教导的各种备选设计和实施例。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于车辆的驱动系统,包括:
内燃发动机、齿轮系、电机、动力输出单元和传动系;
其中,所述内燃发动机通过断开离合器和变矩器与所述齿轮系联接;
其中,所述齿轮系包括变速器和差速齿轮组,包括联接到所述差速齿轮组的输入构件的、所述变速器的输出构件;
其中,所述差速齿轮组的输入构件联接到所述电机的转子和所述动力输出单元;和
其中,所述差速齿轮组联接到所述传动系的第一和第二中间驱动轴构件,以将推进功率传递到布置成前轮配置的车轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中,所述差速齿轮组的输入构件与第一中间驱动轴构件同心。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中,所述断开离合器包括单向离合器、可选择单向离合器或摩擦离合器中的一个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中,所述断开离合器设置在所述内燃发动机和所述变矩器之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中,所述断开离合器设置在所述变矩器和所述变速器之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,还包括通过飞轮可旋转地联接到所述曲轴的起动器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中,所述差速齿轮组的输入构件联接到所述动力输出单元,以将推进功率传递到设置在后轮位置的车轮。
8.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中,所述差速齿轮组的输入构件经由锥齿轮装置联接到所述动力输出单元。
9.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,还包括电连接到与DC电源电连接的逆变器的电机,其中所述DC电源被配置为额定48Vdc的电压电平。
10.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,还包括可操作地连接到所述内燃发动机和所述电机的控制器,所述控制器包括指令组,所述指令组可执行为在纯电动驱动模式中自动停止所述内燃发动机并且控制所述电机的操作,以将推进功率传递给所述传动系。
