Abstract

为了降低汽车平衡悬架的重量,保证强度,改善受力状况,本发明提出了平衡轴与支架一体式的汽车平衡悬架,其核心是:左支架上一体铸造成型有左平衡轴功能部,构成左支架与轴合件;右支架上一体铸造成型有右平衡轴功能部,构成右支架与轴合件;平衡轴衬套是一体成型的整体橡胶衬套,橡胶衬套外圆及内孔上分别设有外限位环形凸台、内限位环形凸台;整体橡胶衬套在圆周上设有一个轴向开口,装配时通过轴向开口把整体橡胶衬套掰开装配;左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件的下部推力杆安装部采用一个加强连接板连接,平衡轴衬套的内限位环形凸台与左、右平衡轴功能部上的定位槽相适应,平衡轴衬套的外限位环形凸台与平衡轮毂上的定位槽相适应。

平衡轴与支架一体式的汽车平衡悬架
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车平衡悬架,应用于载重双后桥汽车。
背景技术
目前普通平衡悬架使用的平衡轴支架与平衡轴分体结构,通过平衡轴连接平衡轴支架与平衡轮毂, 连接零件多,产品笨重,结构复杂;所用的平衡轴衬套是钢质双金属衬套,没有缓冲性能,对平衡轴、平衡轮毂强度要求高,并且钢质双金属衬套因润滑不良导致过早磨损。
发明内容
为了降低汽车平衡悬架的重量,保证强度,改善受力状况,本发明提出平衡轴与支架一体式的汽车平衡悬架。
本发明采用的技术方案为:平衡轴与支架一体式的汽车平衡悬架,包括左支架、右支架、横梁、两个平衡轴衬套、两个平衡轮毂,平衡轮毂由上瓦盖、下瓦盖连接构成,其特征在于:
左支架上一体铸造成型有左平衡轴功能部,构成左支架与轴合件;
右支架上一体铸造成型有右平衡轴功能部,构成右支架与轴合件;
平衡轴衬套是一体成型的整体橡胶衬套,橡胶衬套外圆及内孔上分别设有外限位环形凸台、内限位环形凸台;整体橡胶衬套在圆周上设有一个轴向开口,装配时通过轴向开口把整体橡胶衬套掰开装配;
横梁两端分别与左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件的上部固定连接,在左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件的下部推力杆安装部采用一个加强连接板连接,两个平衡轴衬套分别套装在左平衡轴功能部、右平衡轴功能部上,平衡轴衬套的内限位环形凸台与左平衡轴功能部、右平衡轴功能部上的定位槽相适应,两个平衡轮毂分别装在两个平衡轴衬套上面,平衡轴衬套的外限位环形凸台与平衡轮毂上的定位槽相适应;平衡轮毂的外端安装有端盖。
对上述技术方案的进一步限定:在左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件采用的材料为灰口铸铁QT800-5,为保证工件强度。
对上述技术方案的进一步限定:左支架与轴合件的左平衡轴功能部根部采用圆弧过渡,右平衡轴功能的根部采用圆弧过渡,减少应力集中。
有益效果:本发明采用支架与平衡轴合体铸造,同时在两支架与周合件之间增加连接钢板,减轻平衡悬架整体重量,保证了连接强度;衬套改用橡胶衬套,具备缓冲作用,并且重量轻,减少汽车运行对支架冲击;轴根部采用圆弧过渡结构,减少了应力集中;支架与轴合件采用QT800-5材质,保证了整体强度。采用此结构,平衡轴选件的整体重量能下降40%,节约了资源,利于整车轻量化。

具体实施方式
结合图1-图4所示,进一步描述本发明的技术方案如下:平衡轴与支架一体式的汽车平衡悬架,包括左支架2、右支架4、横梁3、两个平衡轴衬套6,两个平衡轮毂1,平衡轮毂由上瓦盖101、下瓦盖102连接构成,左支架2上一体铸造成型有左平衡轴功能部201,构成左支架与轴合件;右支架4上一体铸造成型有右平衡轴功能部401,构成右支架与轴合件;
平衡轴衬套6是一体成型的整体橡胶衬套,橡胶衬套外圆及内孔上分别设有外限位环形凸台601、内限位环形凸台602;整体橡胶衬套在圆周上设有一个轴向开口603,装配时通过轴向开口603把整体橡胶衬套掰开装配;外限位环形凸台601与平衡轮毂(上瓦盖101、下瓦盖102)的定位槽相适应;内限位环形凸台与平衡轴功能部(左平衡轴功能部201与右平衡轴功能部401的结构及尺寸参数相同,呈左右对称布置)的定位槽相适应;
横梁3两端分别与左支架与轴合件(左支架2)、右支架与轴合件(右支架4)的上部固定连接,在左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件的下部推力杆安装部采用一个加强连接板5连接(加强连接板5通过螺钉连接在左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件上),两个平衡轴衬套6分别套装在左平衡轴功能部201、右平衡轴功能部401上,平衡轴衬套的内限位环形凸台602与左平衡轴功能部、右平衡轴功能部上的定位槽相适应,两个平衡轮毂分别装在两个平衡轴衬套上面,平衡轴衬套的外限位环形凸台601与平衡轮毂上的定位槽相适应;平衡轮毂1的外端安装有端盖。
左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件采用的材料为灰口铸铁QT800-5,为保证工件强度。
(左支架与轴合件的)左平衡轴功能部201的根部采用圆弧过渡,(右支架与轴合件的)右平衡轴功能部401的根部采用圆弧过渡,减少应力集中。

Claims (3)

1.平衡轴与支架一体式的汽车平衡悬架,包括左支架、右支架、横梁、两个平衡轴衬套、两个平衡轮毂,平衡轮毂由上瓦盖、下瓦盖连接构成,其特征在于:
左支架上一体铸造成型有左平衡轴功能部,构成左支架与轴合件;
右支架上一体铸造成型有右平衡轴功能部,构成右支架与轴合件;
平衡轴衬套是一体成型的整体橡胶衬套,橡胶衬套外圆及内孔上分别设有外限位环形凸台、内限位环形凸台;整体橡胶衬套在圆周上设有一个轴向开口,装配时通过轴向开口把整体橡胶衬套掰开装配;
横梁两端分别与左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件的上部固定连接,左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件的下部推力杆安装部采用一个加强连接板连接,两个平衡轴衬套分别套装在左平衡轴功能部、右平衡轴功能部上,平衡轴衬套的内限位环形凸台与左平衡轴功能部、右平衡轴功能部上的定位槽相适应,两个平衡轮毂分别装在两个平衡轴衬套上面,平衡轴衬套的外限位环形凸台与平衡轮毂上的定位槽相适应;平衡轮毂的外端安装有端盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平衡轴与支架一体式的汽车平衡悬架,其特征在于:左支架与轴合件、右支架与轴合件采用的材料为灰口铸铁QT800-5。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的平衡轴与支架一体式的汽车平衡悬架,其特征在于:左平衡轴功能部的根部采用圆弧过渡,右平衡轴功能部的根部采用圆弧过渡。
