背景技术
超声波清洗机是由超声波信号发生器(电源)产生的高频振荡信号通过换能器(振子)转化成高频机械振荡并传播到液体中,超声波在液体中疏密相间地向前辐射并产生数以万计的微小气泡,这些气泡在传播过程中的负压区形成、生长,而在正压区迅速闭合,在这种被称之为“空化效应”的过程中,气泡闭合可形成上千个大气压的瞬时高压,连续不断的产生的高压就像无数小“爆炸”不断冲击物体表面,使物体表面及缝隙中的污垢迅速剥落,从而达到清洗目的。
为了满足较大物品的清洗,超声波清洗机的清洗槽一般设置 成足够大。而使用超声波清洗机清洗较小物品时,由于清洗槽的容积较大,底面积较大,为 保证良好的清洗效果,需在清洗槽中加入足够的清洗液使物品完全浸渍在清洗液中。这就 会导致很大一部分的清洗液浪费,尤其是在清洗液不能循环利用且清洗液价格昂贵时,会 极大的增加清洗成本。
现有技术,如中国发明授权专利文献,授权公告号:CN 104043611 B,该发明公开了一种超声波清洗装置,包括清洗柜,所述清洗柜内设置有清洗槽,清洗槽侧壁安装有超声波发射器,且超声波发射器上均设有镂空网罩,所述清洗槽的下方设有第一传动空间,所述清洗柜的左侧均设有第二传动空间,所述清洗槽的底部设有螺旋桨,所述第一传动空间内设置有电机。本发明清洗效果好,即洗即收,节约时间,提高清洗效率,并且还发明的螺旋桨的转动和清洗转轴的转动均可通过电机同步作用,不仅能够提供清洗时转盘转动的动力,还能够提供螺旋桨搅拌的动力,一举两得,节省成本,该装置的螺旋桨搅拌效果还具有进一步提升的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动化超声波清洗装置,实现螺旋桨和清洗转轴同步工作,螺旋桨锥齿轮组不仅传动效率高,还具有自润滑功效,螺旋桨旋转效果好,工装篮表面涂覆有防锈涂料,有效避免锈蚀对清洗效果产生影响。

作为优选,锥形齿轮组有第一锥形齿和第二锥形齿组成,第一锥形齿和第二锥形齿的锥面上开设有L形凹槽,L性凹槽的槽深为齿厚的1/10~3/10,设置的L形凹槽内可放置润滑脂或防锈油,在齿轮传动过程中对齿轮进行润滑。

1.一种自动化超声波清洗装置,包括清洗柜(12),清洗柜(12)下方内壁安置的超声波发射器(15),其特征在于:所述清洗柜(12)底部中心处设有电机(8),所述电机(8)顶端连接有螺旋桨(4),连接处设有防漏垫圈(9),所述电机(8)的转轴上设有主皮带轮(7),所述主皮带轮(7)通过传动皮带(2)与锥形齿轮组连接,所述锥形齿轮组通过传动皮带(2)与清洗转轴(1)连接,所述清洗转轴(1)连接有转盘(13),所述清洗转盘(13)侧面连接有均布的伸缩杆(11),所述伸缩杆(11)端部连接有工装篮(18),所述锥齿轮组合清洗转轴(1)安置在清洗柜(12)侧面的第二传动空间(3)内,所述电机(8)和主皮带轮 (7)安置在清洗柜(12)底部的第一传动空间(16)内,所述清洗柜(12)底面安置有万向轮(10),所述清洗柜(12)内壁上端还设有吹干机(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化超声波清洗装置,其特征在于:所述锥形齿轮组有第一锥形齿(6)和第二锥形齿(5)组成,所述第一锥形齿(6)和第二锥形齿(5)的锥面上开设有L形凹槽,所述L性凹槽的槽深为齿厚的1/10~3/10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化超声波清洗装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋桨(4)表面设有均布的三角形凸块,所述螺旋桨(4)表面还设有月牙形流通孔,所述流通孔设置在三角形凸块下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化超声波清洗装置,其特征在于:所述工装篮(18)表面涂覆有防锈涂料,所述防锈涂料由以下成分及重量份组成:E-42环氧树脂38-54份、锌粉3-4份、四氧化三铁2-3份、氧化锌2.3-7.2份、苯胺甲醛树脂23-26份、儿茶酚1-2份、单烷基醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐0.1-0.3份、三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、抗菌剂0.2-0.3份、聚邻苯二酰胺0.4-0.45份、三乙烯四胺8.5-16份、3-二乙氨基丙胺4-5份、二甲苯9-12份、甲乙酮11-17份、成膜树脂5-6份。
