技术领域
本发明涉及手动瓷砖切割机领域。
本发明的目的在于提供一种手动瓷砖切割机的刀夹引导系统,旨在轻轻移动刀夹,并增加导轨的抗弯曲性,尤其在瓷砖部件的切割和分离操作期间。
背景技术
目前,市场上已知的手动瓷砖切割机具有用于支撑要切割的瓷砖部件的表面和互相平行的导轨;上述瓷砖部件支撑表面用于刀夹的纵向移动,该刀夹包括用于提供驱动的手柄,并且通常携带切割工具和分离工具,该分离工具用于分离被切割工具划过的瓷砖部件。
目前,已知使用两个平行的圆柱形杆来引导刀夹,该刀夹具有用于使上述两个引导杆穿过的圆柱形孔;然而,在切割或划线、分离瓷砖部件的操作期间,施加到刀夹的力量会导致导轨弯曲,并导致在随后的切割中失去精度。
本发明的所有者在实用新型ES 1071906U中描述了一种旨在防止上述弯曲的解决方案,在该实用新型中,除了上述提到的使引导杆穿过由刀夹头部限定的纵向孔内部的引导系统之外,切割机还包括头部的横向延伸部,其端部连接并且可以在固定到切割机基座的端部支撑件的第一非弯曲导轨中纵向移动。
尽管这种解决方案可以有效防止引导杆弯曲,由于其实际上包括两个平行的引导系统,一个由引导杆组成,另一个有非弯曲杆组成,因此结构上更复杂,且刀夹头部移动过程中的摩擦力增大。
本发明的所有者还未发现存在现有技术,可以解决刀夹移动过程中导轨的弯曲问题和减小刀夹和导轨之间的摩擦力。
发明内容
本发明的手动瓷砖切割机的刀夹引导系统旨在解决上述提到的问题,提高移动过程的安全性并防止导轨变形,考虑到瓷砖部件的切割和随后的分离期间,通过驱动手柄会施加一个显著的作用力于刀夹上。
根据本发明,导轨由型材组成,优选为由铝制成,并具有“C”形状,每个导轨包括上部钢杆和下部钢杆,其形成了设置于刀夹侧边的轴承座的座圈。
上述钢杆允许轴承和导轨的接触发生在基准范围内,通过产生较小的摩擦力使刀夹的移动更精确。
在本发明的一个实施例中,形成导轨的铝型材具有可以容纳钢杆的纵向空腔,其旨在加强导轨并防止导轨弯曲,尤其是对于大型手动切割机中的导轨。
在本发明的一个实施例中,设置在刀夹相对侧的每个轴承座包括三个轴承,其中有两个端部轴承和一个中间轴承;所述两个端部轴承在同一高度对准,所述中间轴承设置在稍低的位置,从而,两个端部轴承与导轨的位于上部位置的钢杆接触,中间轴承与导轨的位于下部位置的钢杆接触;该轴承系统可以防止刀夹一旦安装在导轨上可能引起的可能事件。
此外,轴承座的这种布置防止了刀夹在受到施加力时移动,以便于分离切割的瓷砖部件。

具体实施方式
在如附图所示的实施例中,刀夹(1)具有驱动手柄(11),如普通的瓷砖切割机一样。其携带了切割工具(12)和用于分离被切割工具划过的瓷砖部件的分离器(13)。
刀夹导向系统包括两个平行相对设置的导轨(2),其由铝型材制成并大体上呈“C”形状,每个导轨(2)包括一对纵向布置的上部钢杆和下部钢杆(21,22),其设于由上述型材(2)限定的翼部之间;所述钢杆(21,22)形成了安装于刀夹(1)侧边的轴承座(3)的座圈。
请参阅图1,每个轴承座(3)包括两个处于相同高度的端部轴承(31,32)和一个处于较低高度的中间轴承(33),端部轴承与相应一侧的导轨(2)的上部钢杆(21)接触,中间轴承与相应一侧的导轨(2)的下部钢杆(33)接触。
在如附图所示的实施例中,组成导轨(2)的铝型材的内部设有钢条(23),从而增强导轨的抗弯曲性,尤其在大型切割机中。

Claims (3)

1.一种手动瓷砖切割机的刀夹引导系统,包括用于刀夹(1)纵向移动的平行导轨(2),所述刀夹(1)包括用于提供驱动的手柄(11),并携带用于划切瓷砖部件的切割工具(12),其特征在于:所述导轨(2)由型材形成,优选为由铝制成;每个导轨(2)包括纵向设置的上部钢杆和下部钢杆(21,22),其形成了安装于刀夹(1)侧边的轴承座(3)的座圈;每个轴承座(3)包括两个处于相同高度的端部轴承(31,32)和至少一个处于比两个端部轴承更低高度的中间轴承(33),所述端部轴承(31,32)与相应一侧的导轨(2)的上部钢杆(21)接触,所述中间轴承(33)与相应一侧的导轨(2)的下部钢杆(33)接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手动瓷砖切割机的刀夹引导系统,其特征在于:所述形成导轨(2)整体上呈“C”形状,所述钢杆(21,22)设于由所述型材(2)限定的翼部之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手动瓷砖切割机的刀夹引导系统,其特征在于:所述导轨(2)包含具有增强抗弯曲性能的钢条(23)。
