Abstract
本发明涉及连接器技术领域,特别涉及一种双弹臂双触点FPC连接器,包括胶芯、翻盖、连接端子和FPC电路板;在所述翻盖的内侧横向设置有转轴;所述连接端子包括端子基部和分别垂直设置在所述端子基部同一侧面上的固定片、第一弹臂和第二弹臂;在所述端子基部的另一侧面的侧下方设置有自由端;在所述第一弹臂与所述第二弹臂的端部上分别设置有触点;所述第一弹臂的长度小于所述第二弹臂的长度。应用该技术方案,由于连接端子为双弹臂双触点结构,FPC电路板与连接端子双点电性连接,且连接端子与翻盖通过转轴连接,接触性能好,提高在高频振动的环境下产品的稳定性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及连接器技术领域,特别涉及一种双弹臂双触点FPC连接器。
背景技术
FPC连接器的FPC为Flexible Printed Circuit的缩写,中文含义为柔性印刷连接器,该产品主要应用于各种数码通讯产品、便携式电子产品、电脑周边设备、测量仪器、汽车电子等领域,如手机、数码相机、笔记本电脑、MID、MP3\4\5、掌上游戏机、音响系统等,FPC连接器与FFC(Flexible Flat Cable)排线插接使用时,能够实现设备内部各功能模块之间或与外部设备的信号连接或传递,以及设备与电源或信号源的连通等作用,最终实现设备电源/信号的连接。
目前,市面上的FPC连接器多为插接式,在高频振动环境下FPC电路板容易脱落,稳定性能差,影响产品质量。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种双弹臂双触点FPC连接器,解决现有技术中连接器在受到外力影响时,FPC电路板容易脱落的问题。
本发明的完整技术方案是:
本发明公开了一种双弹臂双触点FPC连接器,包括胶芯、翻盖、连接端子和FPC电路板;所述翻盖设置在所述胶芯的上方,且位于所述胶芯的前端;所述连接端子有多个,所述多个连接端子并排从所述胶芯的后侧插入所述胶芯内;所述FPC电路板从所述胶芯的前侧插入所述胶芯内;在所述翻盖的内侧横向设置有转轴;所述连接端子具有弹性;所述连接端子呈双弹臂式结构;所述连接端子包括端子基部和分别垂直设置在所述端子基部同一侧面上的固定片、第一弹臂和第二弹臂;在所述端子基部的另一侧面的侧下方设置有自由端;在所述固定片的下方开设有限位槽;所述限位槽与所述转轴卡接;在所述第一弹臂与所述第二弹臂的端部上分别设置有触点;所述第一弹臂的长度小于所述第二弹臂的长度;FPC电路板4插入第一弹臂33与固定片32之间的缝隙内。
优选的,在所述FPC电路板的两侧上分别开设有扣位槽;在所述胶芯的两侧上分别设置有与所述扣位槽相匹配的凸肋。
优选的,所述凸肋在位于所述FPC电路板的插入方向的一面上具有斜度。
进一步的,还包括锁扣端子;所述锁扣端子从所述胶芯的前侧插入所述胶芯内,用于固定所述FPC电路板。
优选的,所述锁扣端子包括基体弹片和分别垂直设置在所述基体弹片上的卡扣弹片、固定弹片和自由端;所述卡扣弹片与所述固定弹片相互平行的设置在所述基体弹片的同侧面上;所述自由端设置在所述基体弹片另一侧面的下方;所述卡扣弹片位于所述固定弹片的上方;在所述卡扣弹片的端部上设置有倒扣。
优选的,所述倒扣的内侧面为斜面结构。
由上可见,应用本发明实施例的技术方案,有如下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种双弹臂双触点FPC连接器,应用该技术方案,由于连接端子为双弹臂双触点结构,FPC电路板与连接端子双点电性连接,且连接端子与翻盖通过转轴连接,接触性能好,提高在高频振动的环境下产品的稳定性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
如图1~6所示,本实施例公开了一种双弹臂双触点FPC连接器,包括胶芯1、翻盖2、连接端子3和FPC电路板4;翻盖2设置在胶芯1的上方,且位于胶芯1的前端;连接端子3有多个,多个连接端子3并排从胶芯1的后侧插入胶芯1内;FPC电路板4从胶芯1的前侧插入胶芯1内;在翻盖2的内侧横向设置有转轴21;连接端子3具有弹性;连接端子3呈双弹臂式结构;连接端子3包括端子基部31和分别垂直设置在端子基部31同一侧面上的固定片32、第一弹臂33和第二弹臂34;在端子基部31的另一侧面的侧下方设置有自由端35;在固定片32的下方开设有限位槽321;限位槽321与转轴21卡接;在第一弹臂33与第二弹臂34的端部上分别设置有触点36;所述第一弹臂的长度小于所述第二弹臂的长度;FPC电路板4插入第一弹臂33与固定片32之间的缝隙内。
具体的,在本实施例中,打开翻盖2,翻盖2上的转轴21在固定片32下方的限位槽321内转动,限位槽321起到良好的固定和限位作用,然后插入FPC电路板4,插入完成后,将翻盖2盖上,在盒盖的过程中,转轴21转动,向下压住FPCD电路板4,进而,连接端子3在受到翻盖2的作用力向下位移,首选第一弹臂33开始受力,随着盒盖动作的不断完成,第二弹臂34也接着受力,当盒盖完成后,第一弹臂33和第二弹臂34上的两个触点36均与FPC电路板4接触,实现双电性连接。
为了提高FPC电路板4的稳定性,优选的,在FPC电路板4的两侧上分别开设有扣位槽41;在胶芯1的两侧上分别设置有与扣位槽41相匹配的凸肋11,为了便于FPC电路板4的插入和拔出,优选的,凸肋11在位于FPC电路板4的插入方向的一面上具有斜度。
实施例2:
如图7作为进一步的技术方案,本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:还包括锁扣端子5;锁扣端子5从胶芯1的前侧插入胶芯1内,用于固定FPC电路板4。
具体的,在本实施例中,锁扣端子5包括基体弹片51和分别垂直设置在基体弹片51上的卡扣弹片52、固定弹片53和自由端54;卡扣弹片52与固定弹片53相互平行的设置在基体弹片51的同侧面上;自由端54设置在基体弹片51另一侧面的下方;卡扣弹片52位于固定弹片53的上方;在卡扣弹片52的端部上设置有倒扣521;优选的,倒扣521的内侧面为斜面结构,便于FPC电路板的插入和拔出。

1.一种双弹臂双触点FPC连接器,包括胶芯、翻盖、连接端子、FPC电路板和锁扣端子;所述翻盖设置在所述胶芯的上方,且位于所述胶芯的前端;所述连接端子有多个,所述多个连接端子并排从所述胶芯的后侧插入所述胶芯内;所述FPC电路板从所述胶芯的前侧插入所述胶芯内;其特征在于:
在所述翻盖的内侧横向设置有转轴;
所述连接端子具有弹性;
所述连接端子呈双弹臂式结构;
所述连接端子包括端子基部和分别垂直设置在所述端子基部同一侧面上的固定片、第一弹臂和第二弹臂;
在所述端子基部的另一侧面的侧下方设置有自由端;
在所述固定片的下方开设有限位槽;
所述限位槽与所述转轴卡接;
在所述第一弹臂与所述第二弹臂的端部上分别设置有触点;
所述第一弹臂的长度小于所述第二弹臂的长度;
在所述FPC电路板的两侧上分别开设有扣位槽;
在所述胶芯的两侧上分别设置有与所述扣位槽相匹配的凸肋;
所述凸肋在位于所述FPC电路板的插入方向的一面上具有斜度;
所述锁扣端子从所述胶芯的前侧插入所述胶芯内,用于固定所述FPC电路板;
所述锁扣端子包括基体弹片和分别垂直设置在所述基体弹片上的卡扣弹片、固定弹片和自由端;
所述卡扣弹片与所述固定弹片相互平行的设置在所述基体弹片的同侧面上;
所述自由端设置在所述基体弹片另一侧面的下方;
所述卡扣弹片位于所述固定弹片的上方;
在所述卡扣弹片的端部上设置有倒扣;
所述倒扣的内侧面为斜面结构。
