设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,包括新风机壳,所述的新风机壳包括新风室、回风室、送风室、排气室、热交换室,所述的热交换室内设置有全热交换器,所述的新风室与所述的送风室通过所述的全热交换器互相连接,所述的回风室与所述的排气室通过所述的全热交换器互相连接,所述的送风室内设置有送风风机,所述的送风风机下侧设置有蒸发器,所述的排气室内设置有排气风机,所述的排气风机下侧设置有冷凝器,所述的排气风机一侧设置有压缩机,所述的蒸发器、冷凝器、压缩机通过管路互相连接,本发明将空调与新风机功能有机结合于一体,运行时更加节能环保,对于室内的调节更加舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调系统,尤其涉及一种设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统。
背景技术
室内空气污染已经严重影响人们的身体健康,尤其在新屋装修后,室内大量的有害气体无法消散,如果在开空调的情况下问题更为严重,多数空调并没有新风系统,只有简单的室内回风处理系统,在长时开空调的情况下则会导致室内的空气非常混浊,人体会产生很多的健康问题,而传统的新风系统则体积结构较大,安装比较麻烦,如果需要独立安装,则只能安装市面上的单独新风机,空调系统与新风系统互相独立,在调节方面不能很好的协调,因此,需要一种能同时实现新风机与空调功能的装置来解决上述的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,其将新风机与空调系统功能相互结合,在新风机的基础上设置空调系统在内,实现部件的共用,在运行时更加容易相互调控与利用,从而实现节能环保。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,包括新风机壳,所述的新风机壳包括新风室、回风室、送风室、排气室、热交换室,所述的热交换室内设置有全热交换器,所述的新风室与所述的送风室通过所述的全热交换器互相连通,所述的回风室与所述的排气室通过所述的全热交换器互相连通,所述的送风室内设置有送风风机,所述的送风风机下侧设置有蒸发器,所述的排气室内设置有排气风机,所述的排气风机下侧设置有冷凝器,所述的排气风机一侧设置有压缩机,所述的蒸发器、冷凝器、压缩机通过管路互相连接。
进一步的,所述送风室的外壁一侧设置有出风面板,所述的出风面板通过管路与所述的送风风机互相连接。
进一步的,所述回风室的外壁一侧设置有回风面板,所述的回风面板后侧设置有过滤网。
进一步的,所述排气室的外壁一侧设置有排气门,所述的排气门通过管路与所述的排气风机互相连接。
进一步的,所述新风室的外壁一侧设置有新风门,所述的新风门后侧设置有净气装置。
进一步的,所述的净气装置包括初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭过滤网、多功能滤网,所述的初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭过滤网、多功能滤网依次排列连接。
进一步的,所述的排气门包括电机、转轴、百叶风口,所述的电机与所述的转轴驱动连接,所述的转轴与所述的百叶风口联动连接,所述的排气门与所述的新风门结构相同。
进一步的,所述的送风风机与所述的排气风机为离心涡壳式风机,所述送风风机的回风口正对于所述的蒸发器,所述排气风机的回风口正对于所述的冷凝器。
本发明在传统新风机设置的四个室基础上,在送风室内设置送风风机,并在其下侧设置蒸发器,在排气室内设置排气风机,并在下侧设置冷凝器,蒸发器、冷凝器与在排气室内设置的压缩机通过管路连接,形成一个空调系统,利用送风风机工作时,新风从新风室进经过全热交换器换热,再到送风室,风经过蒸发器后进入送风风机,在取得新风时也完成了空调的换热,排气室内的排气风机工作后,从回风室处抽取空气,空气经过全热交换器换热,再经过冷凝器,将冷凝器产生的热量一并带出室外,利用新风机回风的同时,也协助了空调系统的工作,由上述可知,本发明将新风机与空调的功能结合于一起,利用部件共用,使得整体运行时更加节能环保,而且能对室内进行有效的调温、空气净化、新风调节,进一步提高了室内舒适度,更加人性化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述:
设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,如图1所示,包括新风机壳1,所述的新风机壳1包括新风室2、回风室3、送风室4、排气室5、热交换室6,所述的热交换室6内设置有全热交换7器,所述的新风室2与所述的送风室4通过所述的全热交换7器互相连通,所述的回风室3与所述的排气室5通过所述的全热交换7器互相连通,所述的送风室4内设置有送风风机10,所述的送风风机10下侧设置有蒸发器8,所述的排气室5内设置有排气风机11,所述的排气风机11下侧设置有冷凝器9,所述的排气风机11一侧设置有压缩机12,所述的蒸发器8、冷凝器9、压缩机12通过管路互相连接。
由上述可知,本发明在传统新风机设置的四个室基础上,在送风室4内设置送风风机10,并在其下侧设置蒸发器8,在排气室5内设置排气风机11,并在下侧设置冷凝器9,蒸发器8、冷凝器9与在排气室5内设置的压缩机12通过管路连接,形成一个空调系统,利用送风风机10工作时,新风从新风室2进经过全热交换7器换热,再到送风室4,风经过蒸发器8后进入送风风机10,在取得新风时也完成了空调的换热,排气室5内的排气风机11工作后,从回风室3处抽取空气,空气经过全热交换7器换热,再经过冷凝器9,将冷凝器9产生的热量一并带出室外,利用新风机回风的同时,也协助了空调系统的工作。
如图1所示,所述送风室4的外壁一侧设置有出风面板13,所述的出风面板13通过管路与所述的送风风机10互相连接,送风风机10的出风口与出风面板13连接,出风面板13将送风风机10排出的风进行调节控制。
如图1所示,所述回风室3的外壁一侧设置有回风面板14,所述的回风面板14后侧设置有过滤网15,回风面板14能对室内回风进行调节控制,过滤网15在回风时能将室内的杂物过滤掉,以免进入整体结构内,对内部结构造成损坏。
如图1所示,所述排气室5的外壁一侧设置有排气门17,所述的排气门17通过管路与所述的排气风机11互相连接,排气风机11的出风口与排气门17连接,通过排气门17能将排气风机11排出的风进行控制调节,并能实现开启关闭,保护内部结构。
如图1所示,所述新风室2的外壁一侧设置有新风门18,所述的新风门18后侧设置有净气装置16,新风门18能调节控制进入的新风,其开闭的功能能确保在内部结构不受室外的影响,新风从新风门18进入后,经过净气装置16,对室外的空气进入有效过滤净化。
所述的净气装置16包括初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭过滤网15、多功能滤网,所述的初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭过滤网15、多功能滤网依次排列连接,初效滤网主要是滤除空气中的毛发、纤维绒、大颗粒物等,HEPA滤网可高效去除可吸入颗粒物、卷烟烟气、花粉等,活性碳过滤网15去除挥发性有机化合物甲醛、甲苯、硫化氢、氯苯和空气中的污染物。空气阻力小,能耗低,可在一定风量下除臭、除异味,净化环境,具有很好的净化效果,多功能滤网可以吸附空气中的粗尘、花粉、病毒,通过上述过滤网15的过滤净化,有效确保进入室内空气的洁净。
所述的排气门17包括电机、转轴、百叶风口,所述的电机与所述的转轴驱动连接,所述的转轴与所述的百叶风口联动连接,所述的排气门17与所述的新风门18结构相同,通过控制电机转动,带动转轴,从而控制百叶风口开闭,在不使用时,排气门17关闭,从而保护排气室5的内部结构,同理,在使用时,则通过控制电机来开启排气门17开启,通过控制百叶风口开启大小,能调节排气量,同理,新风门18运行一样。
所述的送风风机10与所述的排气风机11为离心涡壳式风机,所述送风风机10的回风口正对于所述的蒸发器8,所述排气风机11的回风口正对于所述的冷凝器9,采用离心涡壳式风机能使整体结构实用较薄提供基础,并且离心涡壳式风机出风较大,送风风机10回风正对于蒸发器8,在回风时能将气体与蒸发器8进行有效的换热后再排出,同理,排气风机11能有效带走冷凝器9的热量或冷量,实用部件的共用,更加节能。

1.设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,包括新风机壳(1),所述的新风机壳(1)包括新风室(2)、回风室(3)、送风室(4)、排气室(5)、热交换室(6),所述的热交换室(6)内设置有全热交换(7)器,所述的新风室(2)与所述的送风室(4)通过所述的全热交换(7)器互相连通,所述的回风室(3)与所述的排气室(5)通过所述的全热交换(7)器互相连通,其特征在于:所述的送风室(4)内设置有送风风机(10),所述的送风风机(10)下侧设置有蒸发器(8),所述的排气室(5)内设置有排气风机(11),所述的排气风机(11)下侧设置有冷凝器(9),所述的排气风机(11)一侧设置有压缩机(12),所述的蒸发器(8)、冷凝器(9)、压缩机(12)通过管路互相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,其特征在于:所述送风室(4)的外壁一侧设置有出风面板(13),所述的出风面板(13)通过管路与所述的送风风机(10)互相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,其特征在于:所述回风室(3)的外壁一侧设置有回风面板(14),所述的回风面板(14)后侧设置有过滤网(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,其特征在于:所述排气室(5)的外壁一侧设置有排气门(17),所述的排气门(17)通过管路与所述的排气风机(11)互相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,其特征在于:所述新风室(2)的外壁一侧设置有新风门(18),所述的新风门(18)后侧设置有净气装置(16)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,其特征在于:所述的净气装置(16)包括初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭过滤网(15)、多功能滤网,所述的初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭过滤网(15)、多功能滤网依次排列连接。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,其特征在于:所述的排气门(17)包括电机、转轴、百叶风口,所述的电机与所述的转轴驱动连接,所述的转轴与所述的百叶风口联动连接,所述的排气门(17)与所述的新风门(18)结构相同。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设置于新风机上的环保节能空调系统,其特征在于:所述的送风风机(10)与所述的排气风机(11)为离心涡壳式风机,所述送风风机(10)的回风口正对于所述的蒸发器(8),所述排气风机(11)的回风口正对于所述的冷凝器(9)。
