本发明涉及电抗器技术领域,尤其涉及一种调感电抗器的新型绕制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、在模具上绕制基础玻璃钢筒;步骤二、将铝导线的首端与模具固定后在所述基础玻璃钢筒外绕线;步骤三、在每匝铝导线之间填入浸渍过环氧树脂的玻璃纤维纱,绕制完成后固化;步骤四、在铝导线上焊接调感线圈接线端子。本发明是针对电感可调的空心电抗器提供的一种新型绕制方法,特殊制作的铝导线与玻璃纤维纱间隔绕制而成,最终固化成型,代替了传统调感线圈中绝缘引拔条固定导线的结构。解决了其动稳定性差、匝间绝缘强度低、结构复杂且不稳定、操作不方便等问题。

调感电抗器的新型绕制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电抗器技术领域,尤其涉及一种调感电抗器的新型绕制方法。
背景技术
电感可调的空心电抗器由主线圈和调感线圈组成,主线圈和调感线圈串联。主线圈的电感值固定,为需要的最小电感值。调感线圈有多个接线端子,每接入一个接线端子即可实现一种电感值。传统的调感线圈采用铝导线绕制一定匝数制成,每匝之间通过带槽的绝缘引拔条隔开,中间没有玻璃纤维纱或者环氧树脂等绝缘材料的固定,绝缘引拔条的稳定性及绝缘性能即决定了调感线圈的匝间绝缘水平和动稳定性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种调感电抗器的新型绕制方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种调感电抗器的新型绕制方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤一、在模具上绕制基础玻璃钢筒;
步骤二、将铝导线的首端与模具固定后在所述基础玻璃钢筒外绕线;
步骤三、在每匝铝导线之间填入浸渍过环氧树脂的玻璃纤维纱,绕制完成后固化;
步骤四、在铝导线上焊接调感线圈接线端子。
优选地,在步骤二中,每匝导线之间留有绝缘距离,绝缘距离可根据电压等级计算得出。
优选地,所述步骤二中的铝导线的上侧和下侧分别设有弧形凹槽,铝导线的左右两侧分别设有V形槽。
优选地,铝导线的四个角为倒角结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是针对电感可调的空心电抗器提供的一种新型绕制方法,特殊制作的铝导线与玻璃纤维纱间隔绕制而成,最终固化成型,代替了传统调感线圈中绝缘引拔条固定导线的结构。解决了其动稳定性差、匝间绝缘强度低、结构复杂且不稳定、操作不方便等问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1和图2所示,一种调感电抗器的新型绕制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、在模具上绕制基础玻璃钢筒1;
步骤二、将铝导线2的首端与模具固定后在所述基础玻璃钢筒外绕线;每匝导线之间留出一定的绝缘距离,并绕制好规定匝数。铝导线的上侧和下侧分别设有弧形凹槽,铝导线的左右两侧分别设有V形槽。导线的四个角为倒角结构。步骤三、在每匝铝导线之间填入浸渍过环氧树脂的玻璃纤维纱3,绕制完成后固化;
步骤四、在铝导线上焊接调感线圈接线端子4。
采用特殊结构的铝导线解决了在大电流下由于导线截面积小,导致电抗器所用包封多,结构复杂的问题。解决了直流电阻大导致的直阻损耗大的问题,节约了电能。提高了电抗器线圈的动稳定和热稳定性能。解决了单包封线圈上使用扁线不易固定的问题,此种导线可以方便的缠绕在线圈的表面,不需要其他结构辅助固定。

1.一种调感电抗器的新型绕制方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤一、在模具上绕制基础玻璃钢筒;
步骤二、将铝导线的首端与模具固定后在所述基础玻璃钢筒外绕线;
步骤三、在每匝铝导线之间填入浸渍过环氧树脂的玻璃纤维纱,绕制完成后固化;
步骤四、在铝导线上焊接调感线圈接线端子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调感电抗器的新型绕制方法,其特征在于:在步骤二中,每匝导线之间留有绝缘距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调感电抗器的新型绕制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的铝导线的上侧和下侧分别设有弧形凹槽,铝导线的左右两侧分别设有V形槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的调感电抗器的新型绕制方法,其特征在于:铝导线的四个角为倒角结构。
