技术领域
本申请涉及显示领域,特别是涉及一种显示面板及其显示装置。
背景技术
随着平面显示器技术的发展,液晶显示装置(Liquid-crystal Display;LCD)因具有体型轻薄、低功率消耗与无辐射等优越特性,已经逐渐取代传统阳极射线管显示器。液晶显示装置包括背光模块和显示面板。显示面板通常是由一彩膜基板(Color Filter,CF)、一薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor Array Substrate,TFT Array Substrate)以及一配置于两基板间的液晶层(Liquid Crystal Layer,LC Layer)所构成,其工作原理是通过在两片玻璃基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶层的液晶分子的旋转,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
目前因色偏等问题,显示面板的主流多是采用将上下两个像素拆分为一个亮区的像素与一个暗区的像素,两个像素的总能量和原来的相同,因此光学表现上可以由两种电压值—透光率的特性混合,另外在适当调整亮暗区面积比例,在大视角时可有效压制中灰阶泛白的问题。
但由于显示面板在垂直方向上做像素的亮暗分压设计,此设计会降低显示画面的解析度,进而影响观赏效果。针对此问题,亟需相关开发人员提出新的像素结构。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请的目的在于,提供一种显示面板及其显示装置,其通过改变像素单元中主像素和次像素的排列方式,可以提高显示面板的解析度,进而提高显示面板的对比度和色彩饱和度。
本申请的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本申请提出的一种显示面板,包括:一基板;多个阵列配置的像素单元,设置于所述基板上,其中,每一所述像素单元具有若干个子像素,每一所述子像素包括:主像素;至少一个次像素,与所述主像素相对配置,并位于同一行;多个主动开关,分别对应耦接所述主像素及所述次像素;其中,每一所述像素单元具有若干个颜色相异的子像素,且每一所述子像素的主像素及次像素颜色为相同;于同一像素单元,所述若干个子像素沿行向设置。
在本申请的一实施例中,于同一像素单元,所述主像素为相邻配置,且所述次像素为相邻配置。
在本申请的一实施例中,于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素耦接相同扫描线,且每一所述主像素及每一所述次像素分别耦接对应的一数据线。
在本申请的一实施例中,于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素为相邻间隔配置,其中,相邻的所述主像素与所述次像素颜色为相异。
在本申请的一实施例中,于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素耦接不同扫描线,且每一所述子像素的主像素与次像素耦接相同数据线。
在本申请的一实施例中,于多个像素单元,每两个颜色相异且相邻的所述主像素,及每两个颜色相异且相邻的所述次像素为一组,其中,所述像素单元以组为单位相邻配置。
在本申请的一实施例中,于同一组,两个所述主像素耦接相同数据线,且耦接不同扫描线,且两个所述次像素耦接相同数据线,且耦接不同扫描线。

本申请的又一目的为一种显示面板,包括:一基板;多个阵列配置的像素单元,设置于所述基板上,其中,每一所述像素单元具有若干个子像素,每一所述子像素包括:相对配置的主像素和至少一个次像素;多个主动开关,分别耦接所述主像素及所述次像素,其中,所述主像素与所述次像素分别充入不同的像素电压。其中,每一所述像素单元具有四个子像素,包括红色子像素,绿色子像素,蓝色子像素及白色子像素。于同一像素单元的所述子像素颜色为相异,且每一所述子像素的主像素及次像素颜色相同。于同一像素单元,所述子像素沿行向设置,所述主像素为相邻配置,且所述次像素为相邻配置。于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素耦接相同扫描线,且每一所述主像素及每一所述次像素分别耦接对应的一数据线。于多个像素单元,相邻的所述主像素与所述次像素颜色为相异。
本申请通过改变像素单元中主像素和次像素的排列方式,可以提高显示面板的解析度,进而提高显示面板的对比度和色彩饱和度。

图1为范例性的像素结构示意图,请参考图1,一种范例性的显示面板,包括:多条扫描线(Gn,n为正数);多条数据线(Dn,n为正数),与所述扫描线垂直交叉配置,并定义出多个像素区。多个阵列配置的像素单元10,设置于所述像素区上,并分别耦接对应的扫描线和数据线,其中,所述像素单元包括若干个子像素,每一所述子像素包括主像素和次像素,分别与主动开关(图未示)相连接。所述主像素与所述次像素间隔配置于不同扫描线上,且位于同一数据线上。并通过所述主动开关,对所述主像素和所述次像素分别充入不同的像素电压,以此降低面板色偏情形的可能,且可以解决大视觉偏黄的现象。但由此类低色偏的像素结构是于垂直方向上对所述像素单元进行分压分量,而如全高清(1920*1080),超高清(3840*2160)等规格的显示面板,其垂直方向上的配线(如数据线)与其在水平方向上的配线(如扫描线)存在一定的数量差别。因而在垂直方向上对像素单元进行分压,会降低画面的解析度,影响显示面板整体的显示效果。
图2为本申请一实施例的像素结构示意图,请参考图2,在本申请的一实施例中,一种显示面板,包括:一基板(图未示);多个阵列配置的像素单元20,设置于所述基板上,其中,每一所述像素单元具有若干个子像素,可例如为三个或四个子像素。于本实施例中,以三个子像素为例示,但不限于此。每一所述子像素包括:主像素(111,112,113);次像素(121,122,123),与所述主像素相对配置,并位于同一行。多个主动开关(图未示),分别对应耦接所述主像素及所述次像素;其中,每一所述像素单元具有三个颜色相异的子像素,且每一所述子像素的主像素及次像素颜色为相同,以图2例示,主像素(111,112,113)分别与依序对应的次像素(121,122,123)的像素颜色相同。于同一像素单元,所述三个子像素沿行向设置。
在本申请的一实施例中,于同一像素单元,所述三个主像素为相邻配置,且所述三个次像素为相邻配置。
在本申请的一实施例中,于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素耦接相同扫描线(Gn,n为正数),且每一所述主像素及每一所述次像素分别耦接对应的一数据线(Dn,n为正数)。
在本申请的一实施例中,对所述主像素与所述次像素分别充入不同的像素电压,此不同的像素电压为通过预定算法计算得出,使所述主像素与所述次像素透出不同灰阶值的光。
图3为本申请又一实施例的像素结构示意图。请参考图3,一种显示面板,包括:一基板(图未示);多个阵列配置的像素单元30,设置于所述基板上,与所述像素单元20相比,于每一所述像素单元30中,所述主像素(111,112,113)与所述次像素(121,122,123)为相邻间隔配置。其中,相邻的所述主像素与所述次像素颜色为相异。即于同一扫描线,每一所述主像素,其相邻为两个颜色与此主像素相异的次像素;同理,每一所述次像素,其相邻亦为两个颜色与此次像素相异的主像素。
在本申请的一实施例中,于同一像素单元中,所述主像素与所述次像素耦接不同扫描线,且每一所述子像素的主像素与次像素耦接相同数据线。
图4为本申请另一实施例的像素结构示意图。请参考图4,一种显示面板,包括:一基板(图未示);多个阵列配置的像素单元40,设置于所述基板上,与所述像素单元20相比,于多个像素单元40中,每两个颜色相异且相邻的所述主像素,及每两个颜色相异且相邻的所述次像素为一组,即像素组(a1,a2)。其中,所述像素单元以像素组(a1,a2)为单位,相邻配置。于同一像素组(a1,a2),两个所述主像素耦接相同数据线,且耦接不同扫描线,且两个所述次像素耦接相同数据线,且耦接不同扫描线。以像素组a1为例,主像素111和主像素112颜色相异,且为相邻配置,并耦接相同数据线Dn及不同扫描线Gn、Gn+1;次像素121和次像素122颜色相异,且为相邻配置,并耦接相同数据线Dn+1及不同扫描线Gn、Gn+1。
图5为本申请又一实施例的像素结构示意图。请参考图5,一种显示面板,包括:一基板(图未示);多个阵列配置的像素单元50,设置于所述基板上,与所述像素单元40相比,所述像素单元50,其于同一像素组(a1,a2)中,两个所述主像素耦接不同数据线,且耦接相同扫描线,且两个所述次像素耦接不同数据线,且耦接相同扫描线。以像素组a1为例,主像素111和主像素112颜色相异,且为相邻配置,并耦接不同数据线Dn、Dn+1及相同扫描线Gn;次像素121和次像素122颜色相异,且为相邻配置,并耦接不同数据线Dn+2、Dn+3及相同扫描线Gn。
在一实施例中,一种显示面板,其包括多个阵列配置的像素单元,与上述各实施例所述的像素单元相比之,每一所述像素单元具有一个主像素及两个或两个以上的次像素,于此实施例中,以两个次像素为例示。所述主像素与所述次像素位于同一行。其中,相同颜色的所述主像素及所述次像素可相邻并排设置,亦可是交叉间隔配置,此依据设计人员的需求而定,不做限制。
在本申请的一实施例中,于每一像素单元中,所述的两个次像素,其对应的像素电路,可使得所述的两个次像素为同等亮度显示,亦可以是两种不同亮度显示。例如:第一个次像素的亮度为所述主像素亮度的70%~80%,第二个次像素的亮度为所述主像素亮度的40%~50%。所述的两个次像素与所述主像素可形成多畴的显示效果,可进一步消除色偏等问题,且可以改善显示画质。
在本申请的一实施例中,对应不同颜色的所述像素单元,其包含的次像素的数量可根据显示面板补偿的颜色而有所差异。以蓝色及蓝色像素单元为例,若显示面板中,蓝色画面相对于其他如红色、绿色的颜色的画面,在大视角下产生色偏及失真等问题;则相对之,蓝色像素单元可以为一主像素搭配两个次像素,其他颜色的像素单元(如红色、绿色、白色等)可为一个主像素搭配一个次像素。
在一些实施例中,所述子像素可例如包括红色子像素(111,121),绿色子像素(112,122)和蓝色子像素(113,123),不限于此,其亦可包括白色子像素或黄色子像素等类型的子像素。本文为举例说明本申请的实施可能,而非对其加以限制,所述子像素颜色的配置,依据设计人员的设计而定。
在一些实施例中,所述主像素与所述次像素,与其相邻处,为颜色相异的次像素或主像素,但其亦可是颜色相同的次像素或主像素,不以之为限。
在一些实施例中,所述像素单元(20,30,40,50)所对应的像素电路,其可为半源极驱动的像素电路(即,两个相邻的像素共用一条数据线的配置方式),以及普通形式的像素电路(即,同一行的像素耦接于同一扫描线,且分别对应耦接一数据线)。每一实施例的像素单元(20,30,40,50)例示以其中的一种像素电路,但并非以此为限制,依需求,每一像素单元可搭配普通形式的像素电路或半源极驱动的像素电路,以此可在一定范围内调节显示面板中,垂直配线与水平配线的数量关系,以达到更佳的显示效果。
请同时参考图2至图5,在本申请的一实施例中,一种显示装置200,包括控制部件202,还包括上述各实施例的技术特征的显示面板201,及所述显示面板201所具有的像素单元(20,30,40,50)。
在一实施例中,所述显示面板201可例如为液晶显示面板,如VA(垂直配向,Vertical Alignment)型显示面板,其可包括TFT(主动阵列开关,Thin Film Transistor)基板、CF(彩色滤光层,Color Filter)基板与形成于两基板之间的液晶层。在一实施例中,本申请的主动阵列(TFT)及彩色滤光层(CF)可形成于同一基板上。
在一些实施例中,本申请的显示面板201可为曲面型显示面板201。
在一些实施例中,本申请的显示面板201亦可例如为TN(扭曲向列,TwistedNematic)、STN(超扭曲向列,Super Twisted Nematic)、OCB(光学补偿弯曲排列,OpticallyCompensated Birefringence)显示面板,或OLED(有机发光二极管,Organic LightEmitting Diode)显示面板、QLED显示面板、曲面显示面板及等离子体显示面板。
本申请通过改变像素单元(20,30,40,50)中主像素和次像素的排列方式,在水平的扫描线方向上做分压设计,可以提高显示面板的解析度,进而提高显示面板的对比度和色彩饱和度,提升画面的显示效果。
“在一些实施例中”及“在各种实施例中”等用语被重复地使用。所述用语通常不是指相同的实施例;但它也可以是指相同的实施例。“包含”、“具有”及“包括”等用词是同义词,除非其前后文意显示出其它意思。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
一基板;
多个阵列配置的像素单元,设置于所述基板上,其中,每一所述像素单元具有若干个子像素,每一所述子像素包括:
主像素;
至少一个次像素,与所述主像素相对配置,并位于同一行;
多个主动开关,分别对应耦接所述主像素及所述次像素;
其中,每一所述像素单元具有若干个颜色相异的子像素,且每一所述子像素的主像素及次像素颜色为相同;
其中,于同一像素单元,所述若干个子像素沿行向设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,于同一像素单元,所述主像素为相邻配置,且所述次像素为相邻配置。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素耦接相同扫描线,且每一所述主像素及每一所述次像素分别耦接对应的一数据线。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素为相邻间隔配置,其中,相邻的所述主像素与所述次像素颜色为相异。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示面板,其特征在于,于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素耦接不同扫描线,且每一所述子像素的主像素与次像素耦接相同数据线。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,于多个像素单元,每两个颜色相异且相邻的所述主像素,及每两个颜色相异且相邻的所述次像素为一组,其中,所述像素单元以组为单位相邻配置。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示面板,其特征在于,于同一组,两个所述主像素耦接相同数据线,且耦接不同扫描线,且两个所述次像素耦接相同数据线,且耦接不同扫描线。
8.如权利要求6所述的显示面板,其特征在于,于同一组,两个所述主像素耦接不同数据线,且耦接相同扫描线,且两个所述次像素耦接不同数据线,且耦接相同扫描线。
9.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
控制部件;以及
如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的显示面板。
10.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
一基板;
多个阵列配置的像素单元,设置于所述基板上,其中,每一所述像素单元具有若干个子像素,每一所述子像素包括:
相对配置的主像素和至少一个次像素;
多个主动开关,分别耦接所述主像素及所述次像素,其中,所述主像素与所述次像素分别充入不同的像素电压;
其中,每一所述像素单元具有四个子像素,包括红色子像素,绿色子像素,蓝色子像素及白色子像素;
其中,于同一像素单元的所述子像素颜色为相异,且每一所述子像素的主像素及次像素颜色相同;
其中,于同一像素单元,所述子像素沿行向设置;
其中,于同一像素单元,所述主像素为相邻配置,且所述次像素为相邻配置;
其中,于同一像素单元,所述主像素与所述次像素耦接相同扫描线,且每一所述主像素及每一所述次像素分别耦接对应的一数据线;
其中,于多个像素单元,相邻的所述主像素与所述次像素颜色为相异。
