本发明公开了一种水利管件连通装置,包括主体,所述主体上设置有锥形连接口与支架,所述锥形连接口开设于主体左右两端,锥形连接口上设置有用于连接的螺母与连接齿牙,所述螺母通过螺纹套设于锥形连接口外圆上,螺母外侧焊接有齿盘,所述连接齿牙开设于锥形连接口内圆四周,连接齿牙之间穿设有密封胶圈,所述支架焊接于主体外圆上,支架上穿设有转轴,所述转轴上设置有六角钢柱与齿轮柱,所述六角钢柱焊接于转轴中间,所述齿轮柱焊接于转轴两端,且齿轮柱与齿盘齿啮合。本发明连接使用方便,能够承受较大的压力,配合密封圈,可以起到很好的密封效果。

背景技术
管道连接件是用于连接两根以上管道的安装配件,现有的连接操作相对比较繁琐、安装时间较长,而且连接不紧密、牢固程度差,经常需要多次进行重复安装,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水利管件连通装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:一种水利管件连通装置,包括主体,所述主体上设置有锥形连接口与支架,所述锥形连接口开设于主体左右两端,锥形连接口上设置有用于连接的螺母与连接齿牙,所述螺母通过螺纹套设于锥形连接口外圆上,螺母外侧焊接有齿盘,所述连接齿牙开设于锥形连接口内圆四周,连接齿牙之间穿设有密封胶圈,所述支架焊接于主体外圆上,支架上穿设有转轴,所述转轴上设置有六角钢柱与齿轮柱,所述六角钢柱焊接于转轴中间,所述齿轮柱焊接于转轴两端,且齿轮柱与齿盘齿啮合。
优选的,所述螺母共设置有2个,分别为正牙螺母与反牙螺母,且螺母内壁上设置有锥形面。
优选的,所述锥形连接口共设置有2个,分别为正牙螺纹连接口与反牙螺纹连接口。
优选的,所述齿盘与齿轮柱的模数、分度圆压力角相等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明螺母通过螺纹套设于锥形连接口外圆上,可轻松将两根管道连接在一起;连接齿牙开设于锥形连接口内圆四周,可轻松咬合、固定管道;连接齿牙之间设置有密封胶圈,可有效提高管件的密封性;转轴上设置有六角钢柱与齿轮柱,可同时对两端管体进行连接、压紧操作,提高了工作效率。

如图1-2所示,一种水利管件连通装置,包括主体1,主体1上设置有锥形连接口2与支架3,锥形连接口2开设于主体1左右两端,锥形连接口2上设置有用于连接的螺母4与连接齿牙8,螺母4通过螺纹套设于锥形连接口2外圆上,螺母4外侧焊接有齿盘5,连接齿牙8开设于锥形连接口2内圆四周,连接齿牙8之间穿设有密封胶圈9,支架3焊接于主体1外圆上,支架3上穿设有转轴10,转轴10上设置有六角钢柱6与齿轮柱7,六角钢柱6焊接于转轴10中间,齿轮柱7焊接于转轴10两端,且齿轮柱7与齿盘5齿啮合。
具体使用方式:连接时,将需要连接的管体穿设于锥形连接口2内,将扳手插入到六角钢柱6上,扳动扳手带动六角钢柱6转动,六角钢柱6转动带动转轴10两端的齿轮柱7转动,齿轮柱7转动带动齿盘5旋转,螺母4在齿盘5的带动下,旋转螺进锥形连接口2,同时螺母4内壁上的锥形面对锥形连接口2进行挤压,此时连接齿牙8与管体外壁紧密咬合,密封胶圈9将锥形连接口2与管体密封,完成连接。

1.一种水利管件连通装置,包括主体(1),其特征在于:所述主体(1)上设置有锥形连接口(2)与支架(3),所述锥形连接口(2)开设于主体(1)左右两端,锥形连接口(2)上设置有用于连接的螺母(4)与连接齿牙(8),所述螺母(4)通过螺纹套设于锥形连接口(2)外圆上,螺母(4)外侧焊接有齿盘(5),所述连接齿牙(8)开设于锥形连接口(2)内圆四周,连接齿牙(8)之间穿设有密封胶圈(9),所述支架(3)焊接于主体(1)外圆,支架(3)上穿设有转轴(10),所述转轴(10)上设置有六角钢柱(6)与齿轮柱(7),所述六角钢柱(6)焊接于转轴(10)中间,所述齿轮柱(7)焊接于转轴(10)两端,且齿轮柱(7)与齿盘(5)齿啮合。
