本发明涉及一种自动跟随组合式多功能剪伐割草机的连接装置,属于农用机械领域。
背景技术
农业是第一产业,是人们生产生活的基础,农业生产发展到现在已经有许多机械设备,但许多设备已满足不了现在生产的需求。其中,剪伐机就是非常典型的代表,剪伐机只有一种剪切设备,功能单一无法满足现代生产的需求,实现多种剪切设备的更换就需要一种特殊的连接装置。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种自动跟随组合式多功能剪伐割草机的连接装置。
本发明的方案如下:一种自动跟随组合式多功能剪伐割草机的连接装置,包括连接杆、承接杆、连接槽、滚珠腔、滚珠、套筒、弹簧、挡板、滚珠槽、动力轴、从动轴,所述动力轴设置在连接杆内,所述从动轴设置在承接杆内,所述连接槽设置在承接杆一端,所述滚珠腔设置在连接槽内底部和顶部,所述滚珠设置在滚珠腔内,所述套筒设置在承接杆上,所述弹簧设置在套筒尾部,所述挡板设置在承接杆上,所述滚珠槽设置在连接杆一端,所述连接杆顶部设置有密封圈,所述套筒内侧设置有套筒滚珠槽,所述套筒包裹连接槽,所述套筒通过弹簧和挡板连接,所述滚珠槽和滚珠过盈配合,所述套筒滚珠槽和滚珠过盈配合,所述动力轴内设置有空腔、所述空腔边缘设置有空腔槽,所述从动轴边缘设置有凸起,所述空腔和从动轴过盈配合,所述空腔槽和凸起过盈配合,所述套筒滚珠槽设置在滚珠左侧,所述套筒可在承接杆上滑动,所述套筒最大滑动距离为滚珠刚好落入套筒滚珠槽的距离,所述滚珠可在滚珠腔内上下移动,所述滚珠直径大于滚珠腔内设置滚珠的开口直径,所以滚珠可在滚珠腔内上下移动而不进入连接槽内,所述动力轴可在连接杆内转动,所述从动轴可在承接杆内转动。
本发明的有益效果:结构简单合理,使用方便,可以帮助剪伐机方便的更换不同的剪切设备。

下面结合附图对发明做进一步说明。
一种自动跟随组合式多功能剪伐割草机的连接装置,包括连接杆1、承接杆2、连接槽3、滚珠腔4、滚珠5、套筒6、弹簧7、挡板8、滚珠槽9、动力轴10、从动轴11,所述动力轴10设置在连接杆1内,所述从动轴11设置在承接杆2内,所述连接槽3设置在承接杆2一端,所述滚珠腔4设置在连接槽3内底部和顶部,所述滚珠5设置在滚珠腔4内,所述套筒6设置在承接杆2上,所述弹簧7设置在套筒6尾部,所述挡板8设置在承接杆2上,所述滚珠槽9设置在连接杆1一端,所述连接杆1顶部设置有密封圈13,所述套筒6内侧设置有套筒滚珠槽12,所述套筒6包裹连接槽3,所述套筒6通过弹簧7和挡板8连接,所述滚珠槽9和滚珠5过盈配合,所述套筒滚珠槽12和滚珠5过盈配合,所述动力轴10内设置有空腔102,所述空腔102边缘设置有空腔槽101,所述从动轴11边缘设置有凸起111,所述空腔102和从动轴11过盈配合,所述空腔槽101和凸起111过盈配合,所述套筒滚珠槽12设置在滚珠5左侧,所述套筒6可在承接杆2上滑动,所述套筒6最大滑动距离为滚珠5刚好落入套筒滚珠槽12的距离,所述滚珠5可在滚珠腔4内上下移动,所述滚珠5直径大于滚珠腔4内设置滚珠的开口直径,所以滚珠5可在滚珠腔4内上下移动而不进入连接槽3内,所述动力轴10可在连接杆1内转动,所述从动轴11可在承接杆2内转动。更换剪切工具时,将套筒6向挡板8移动,滚珠5进入套筒滚珠槽12内,将连接杆1从连接槽3内拔出,更换剪切工具后,将连接杆1放入连接槽2内,从动轴11进入动力轴10内,套筒6通过弹簧7复位,滚珠5进入滚珠槽9内,限制连接杆1移动,密封圈13完成密封,连接杆1和承接杆2即完成连接,剪切工具跟换完毕。

1.一种自动跟随组合式多功能剪伐割草机的连接装置,包括连接杆、承接杆、连接槽、滚珠腔、滚珠、套筒、弹簧、挡板、滚珠槽、动力轴、从动轴,其特征在于:所述动力轴设置在连接杆内,所述从动轴设置在承接杆内,所述连接槽设置在承接杆一端,所述滚珠腔设置在连接槽内底部和顶部,所述滚珠设置在滚珠腔内,所述套筒设置在承接杆上,所述弹簧设置在套筒尾部,所述挡板设置在承接杆上,所述滚珠槽设置在连接杆一端,所述连接杆顶部设置有密封圈,所述套筒内侧设置有套筒滚珠槽。

3.根据权利要求1所述一种自动跟随组合式多功能剪伐割草机的连接装置,其特征在于:所述套筒通过弹簧和挡板连接。
