本发明涉及建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种金属内墙壁板。本发明的一种金属内墙壁板,安装基板和多个分离式壁板块;安装基板包括竖直部以及水平部;水平部垂直连接于竖直部的顶部;竖直部面向水平部的一侧设置有多个卡槽;多个卡槽由上至下依次等间距设置;分离式壁板块包括板状本体和设置于板状本体一侧的卡块;卡槽和卡块的相配合,卡块的截面呈等腰梯形;梯形的上底与板状本体连接,梯形的下底与板状本体的侧面平行;结构简单,便于安装和拆卸。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种金属内墙壁板。
背景技术
金属内墙壁板常用室内装修,将金属内墙壁安装在墙体表面,可起到良好的装饰作用。然而,现有的金属内墙壁板好多都是整体安装,面积较大,安装和拆卸都较为不便。
同时,也有部分金属内墙壁板在安装时,会利用到常规的发泡海绵,以填充所存在的间隙,但是,这种发泡海绵易吸湿,而吸附的潮湿体系会导致金属内墙壁板发霉或生锈。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种金属内墙壁板,以解决现有的金属内墙壁板好多都是整体安装,面积较大,安装和拆卸都较为不便的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种金属内墙壁板的分离式壁板块及其制造工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种金属内墙壁板,包括安装基板和多个分离式壁板块;
所述安装基板包括竖直部以及水平部;所述水平部垂直连接于所述竖直部的顶部;所述竖直部面向所述水平部的一侧设置有多个卡槽;所述多个卡槽由上至下依次等间距设置;所述分离式壁板块包括板状本体和设置于所述板状本体一侧的卡块;
所述卡槽和所述卡块的相配合,所述卡块的截面呈等腰梯形;梯形的上底与所述板状本体连接,梯形的下底与所述板状本体的侧面平行。
所述安装基板的厚度为所述分离式壁板块厚度的二至三倍。
上下相邻两个所述分离式壁板块之间设置有密封条。
一种金属内墙壁板的分离式壁板块,包括多个板状本体和设置于板状本体一侧的卡块,卡块的截面呈等腰梯形;梯形的上底与板状本体连接,梯形的下底与板状本体的侧面平行;相邻两个板状本体之间设置有密封条。
一种金属内墙壁板的分离式壁板块的制造工艺,步骤如下:
①、分离式壁板块的构成和成型
分离式壁板块,包括多个板状本体和设置于板状本体一侧的卡块,卡块的截面呈等腰梯形;梯形的上底与板状本体连接,梯形的下底与板状本体的侧面平行;相邻两个板状本体之间设置有密封条;
板状本体和卡块是通过砂型模具一体成型制成的,材质为Q235钢;密封条是由丁腈橡胶制成的,厚度为10mm;
②、密封条防腐处理
将密封条浸泡于防腐处理液中,浸泡时间为5分钟,浸泡时防腐处理液的温度为60℃;浸泡后取出,使用去离子水冲洗干净,然后烘干;
防腐处理液由丙烯酸改性乳液15份、防沉剂1份、二聚丙酸8份、溶剂3份、分散剂1份、鹰爪豆碱3.5份和丙环唑5份经过混合搅拌制成;
③、板状本体和密封条相粘接
利用环氧树脂密封胶将板状本体和密封条相粘接,粘接后静置24小时。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种金属内墙壁板,包括安装基板和多个分离式壁板块;安装基板包括竖直部以及水平部;水平部垂直连接于竖直部的顶部;竖直部面向水平部的一侧设置有多个卡槽;多个卡槽由上至下依次等间距设置;分离式壁板块包括板状本体和设置于板状本体一侧的卡块;卡槽和卡块的相配合,卡块的截面呈等腰梯形;梯形的上底与板状本体连接,梯形的下底与板状本体的侧面平行;结构简单,便于安装和拆卸。
2)、一种金属内墙壁板的分离式壁板块及其制造工艺,分离式壁板块结构设计合理,同时,密封条在加工时采用了防腐处理,从而使其不易吸湿,在后续使用过程中,不会对壁板块造成腐蚀。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种金属内墙壁板,包括安装基板1和多个分离式壁板块2;所述安装基板1包括竖直部11以及水平部12;所述水平部12垂直连接于所述竖直部11的顶部;所述竖直部11面向所述水平部12的一侧设置有多个卡槽13;所述多个卡槽13由上至下依次等间距设置;所述分离式壁板块2包括板状本体21和设置于所述板状本体21一侧的卡块22;所述卡槽13和所述卡块22的相配合,所述卡块22的截面呈等腰梯形;梯形的上底与所述板状本体21连接,梯形的下底与所述板状本体21的侧面平行。所述安装基板1的厚度为所述分离式壁板块2厚度的二至三倍。上下相邻两个所述分离式壁板块2之间设置有密封条。
本发明提供一种金属内墙壁板,通过将分离式壁板块2设计成多个,并采用拼接的形式安插在安装基板1上,结构简单,便于安装以及拆卸。
实施例2
一种金属内墙壁板的分离式壁板块的制造工艺,步骤如下:
①、分离式壁板块的构成和成型
分离式壁板块,包括多个板状本体和设置于板状本体一侧的卡块,卡块的截面呈等腰梯形;梯形的上底与板状本体连接,梯形的下底与板状本体的侧面平行;相邻两个板状本体之间设置有密封条;
板状本体和卡块是通过砂型模具一体成型制成的,材质为Q235钢;密封条是由丁腈橡胶制成的,厚度为10mm;
②、密封条防腐处理
将密封条浸泡于防腐处理液中,浸泡时间为5分钟,浸泡时防腐处理液的温度为60℃;浸泡后取出,使用去离子水冲洗干净,然后烘干;
防腐处理液由丙烯酸改性乳液15份、防沉剂1份、二聚丙酸8份、溶剂3份、分散剂1份、鹰爪豆碱3.5份和丙环唑5份经过混合搅拌制成;
③、板状本体和密封条相粘接
利用环氧树脂密封胶将板状本体和密封条相粘接,粘接后静置24小时。

1.一种金属内墙壁板,其特征在于,包括安装基板(1)和多个分离式壁板块(2);
所述安装基板(1)包括竖直部(11)以及水平部(12);所述水平部(12)垂直连接于所述竖直部(11)的顶部;所述竖直部(11)面向所述水平部(12)的一侧设置有多个卡槽(13);所述多个卡槽(13)由上至下依次等间距设置;所述分离式壁板块(2)包括板状本体(21)和设置于所述板状本体(21)一侧的卡块(22);
所述卡槽(13)和所述卡块(22)的相配合,所述卡块(22)的截面呈等腰梯形;梯形的上底与所述板状本体(21)连接,梯形的下底与所述板状本体(21)的侧面平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属内墙壁板,其特征在于,所述安装基板(1)的厚度为所述分离式壁板块(2)厚度的二至三倍。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种金属内墙壁板,其特征在于,上下相邻两个所述分离式壁板块(2)之间设置有密封条。
