Abstract
本发明提供一种无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料。本发明方案在一个操作步骤中能同时获得单向导湿和其他复合功能。本发明是针对现有拒水技术、单向导湿技术中使用大量含氟材料,对环境危害大的问题,和现有技术所得单向导湿面料耐洗性、耐久性很差的现象而提出的。本发明方案以表面疏水的微胶囊,在面料一面构筑微小突起。在构筑单向导湿功能所需要的微小导液通道之外,微胶囊可赋予面料更多功能。同时,本发明适用范围广,解决了现有技术操作过程复杂,无法得到广泛适用的单向导湿复合其他功能面料的问题。本发明可用于纺织品、衣物、鞋类、医用产品、面膜、化妆品、仓储和运输、容器和包装物、电子器件、建筑材料、器具和其他产品中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及功能纺织品,具体涉及一种具有单向导湿功能,并兼具其他功能的面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
时下,人们越来越注重服装的功能性内涵。在炎热环境或大量运动后,皮肤会大量出汗。这些汗水如不迅速排出,在逐渐的积累中会导致皮肤出现粘着感,如衣物贴在身上。汗水被衣物吸引,可能进一步增加衣物的重量,导致更加严重的不舒适感。
针对这一问题,人们提出了液体定向传输技术,即将汗液定向地,只从衣物内表面,传输到衣物的外表面,而汗液无法反向回到衣物内表面。也就是所谓的单向导湿技术。单向导湿的基本原理是,通过织物内外层的亲、疏水性不同,即织物外层亲水而内层大部分疏水,汗液从内层小部分亲水部位传输到织物的亲水外层。
已知的是,可以从构成面料的纤维材质出发,利用不同纤维本身所具有的不同亲疏水性。如中国实用新型200520128016.7公开了一种具有单向导湿的吸汗速干复合针织物,该织物选择吸湿能力较差的异型截面纱线编织在内层,而吸湿能力较强的异型截面纱编织在外层和其他层数,层与层之间通过连接层以编织方式连接,制备成一种单向导湿吸汗速干的复合针织物。这类方法生产设备改造小,利于产业化,但受限于原料,仅局限于少数几种材质的纤维材料,而且该方法中异型纤维的生产相对较复杂,限制了单向导湿效果。
于是人们研发了各类亲水改性剂和拒水改性剂,通过后整理的方法来摆脱材料的限制。如中国发明专利ZL201410808928.2提出了一种单向导湿面料及其生产方法,用涂蜡机在面料一侧纤维上呈网状布设有蜡,蜡的面积占面料面积的 50%-90%,得到了单向导湿面料。但该方法无法解决耐水洗性的问题,面料表面的蜡在水洗后很容易脱落,导致面料失去单向导湿性。
再如中国发明专利ZL200810249691.3公开了一种纯棉单向导湿功能性机织面料的生产方法,其技术方案为:采取以下步骤:前处理、染色、固色、烘干、色织织造和整理,其特征在于染色工序中全部经纱和部分纬纱采用常规亲水染色,另一部分纬纱采用拒水染色。再通过织造就能得到部分亲水和疏水性不同的面料,从而可能得到单向导湿面料。又如中国发明ZL201310103064.X公开了一种棉织物单面防水拒污单面3D吸湿快干工艺,先将含有阴/非离子表面活性剂 OK枧油对棉织物进行亲水整理,使其具有优异的亲水性,再应用单向导湿剂 DM-3420对织物正面全底印制,使其单面防水拒污,单面3D吸湿快干。然而,改性整理剂主要为硅烷偶联剂及其衍生物,或者有机氟类。其中有机氟类具有高度生物累积性,极难降解,对环境产生严重不利影响,社会各界纷纷号召大家少用或不用含氟整理剂,越来越多的国家已经或即将发布该类物质的禁令。而硅烷系往往与织物结合牢度差,共价交联程度有限,甚至有硅烷是通过物理吸附附着在织物表面。在经过多次水洗后,织物表面的纳米SiO2完全脱落,其拒水膜被破坏,耐洗和耐久性能很差。
当前市面上的单向导湿织物,往往只有5次甚至更少的洗涤后,单向导湿功能就会大幅下降。如果有剧烈的外力摩擦,情况可能更加糟糕。可见,提高单向导湿织物的耐洗性,在若干次正常水洗后仍能保证良好的单向导湿效果,这样的技术是市场迫切需要的。
发明人注意到,单向导湿技术的另一个亟待解决的问题是导水通道的构筑。在已知技术中,如中国发明专利ZL201010292737.7介绍了一种具有单向导湿功能的制品的制备方法,该方法主要通过对经过亲水化处理的面料,使用含有拒水整理剂的工作液对处理后织物的一面进行喷淋加工,从而得到具有单向导湿功能的纺织制品。该发明虽然解决了原料的局限性问题,但是该方法在实践处理中很难控制,如其方法中提到喷淋液滴直径为0.1-2mm,且彼此间距为0.1-2mm的要求,必须借助昂贵设备才能实现,否则很容易导致所处理织物一侧被完全拒水改性,从而导致生产中次品率较高。
再如中国实用新型201420400832.8提出一种面料分布有微孔,所述微孔成锥子性,所述微孔的直径由里层向表层逐渐减小。整个面料进行定型后用一排锥子型针从织物里层向弹性层刺过,以造成锥子形状的微孔。微孔的直径由里层向表层逐渐减小,利用这种微小通道形成毛细效应来形成单向导湿功能。但该孔道的控制困难,其尺寸控制受设备限制,尺寸不合适的情况下,导水导湿的性能将受到极大影响,并且无法避免闭合以及破坏其他结构等问题。
由此可见发展一种微小通道的构筑技术是实现单向导湿技术的又一关键。
发明人注意到,现有制备单向导湿功能织物的方法所得到织物功能往往是单一的。为此发展单向导湿与其他功能复合的面料,无疑对改善纺织品舒适性,提高纺织品技术含量和市场竞争力,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
发明人认为,现有技术主要存在以下不足:1)现有拒水技术、单向导湿技术中使用大量含氟材料,对环境危害大;2)现有技术所得单向导湿面料耐洗性、耐久性很差;3)现有技术无法提供简单易行的微小导水通道制造技术;4)现有技术操作过程复杂,无法得到广泛适用的单向导湿复合其他功能的面料。
本发明的技术方案,提供一种无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合面料,在基底面料的其中一面上通过粘合剂连接微胶囊,所述微胶囊为表面疏水的微胶囊,所述微胶囊形成不连续分布的微小突起。
所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,通过表面疏水的微胶囊获得单向导湿功能,同时通过微胶囊中含有的功能物质可以获得其他复合功能。
本发明方案选用表面疏水的微胶囊,在面料表面形成仿荷叶的疏水微小突起。微胶囊的平均直径为1微米-1000微米。发明人发现,不同于之前的文献报道,微米级的突起,比纳米级突起,在基底面料上具有更优良的疏水性能。微胶囊形成的微小突起之间的缝隙形成微小的透气导湿通道,便于利用毛细效应,进行汗液等的传输。
根据以上所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,优选的,所述微胶囊总覆盖面积占面料单面面积的40%-95%。
根据以上所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,构成基底面料的纤维包括长纤维和短纤维,优选的,构成基底面料的纤维中至少部分为短纤维。本发明方法适用范围广,不局限于异型截面纤维或丙纶、麻等特殊纤维。尤其是针对棉织物的单向导湿这一难题,给出了简单易行的方案。
根据以上所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,所述粘合剂包括聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂和聚氨酯类粘合剂,粘合剂粒径为纳米级,优选的,粘合剂通过光引发或高能射线引发的方式制得。
上述的粘合剂,优选含有活性基团,可与纤维分子或微胶囊形成化学键或物理交联。保证了其牢度,使其在30次或更多次水洗,甚至强烈机械摩擦下仍能具有很好的牢固性。
所述功能物质,包括阻燃剂、阻化剂、芳香植物提取物、中成药制剂、维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、脂肪烃、脂肪醇、脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、酸酐、多元醇、水合盐、石蜡、二元酸、脂溶性蛋白质、植物油、杀菌剂、杀虫剂、抑菌剂、驱虫剂、催化剂、交联剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、染料、颜料、液晶、感温变色材料、光敏变色材料中的至少一种或其任意组合。
本发明对于面料构成和纤维成分没有限定。本发明方案和优选方案可获得所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料。但在涉及疏水处理技术时,采用含氟整理剂也可获得耐水洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,只是其环保性欠佳。这种方法应视为没有脱离本发明技术方案,而做出的简单变形或改进,应视为本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
在本发明的一个实施例中,用含有上述功能性物质的微球、微颗粒、多孔材料或层状材料、纳米管材料代替所述微胶囊,应视为不脱离本发明技术方案的延伸或变形,属于本发明权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,可对本发明方案进行简单变形,得到具有保水功能的复合面料。该实施例虽然获得了非单向导湿的其他技术效果,但仍应视为不脱离本发明技术方案基础上的简单变形,属于本发明权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
所述无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,用于纺织品、衣物、鞋类、医用产品、面膜、化妆品、仓储和运输、容器和包装物、电子器件、建筑材料、器具和其他产品中。
采用本发明方案的有益效果
本发明提供一种无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合面料,可提供贴服面料导湿快干、不黏皮肤,提高服装穿着舒适性。本发明技术方案:
1)提供一种无氟单向导湿技术,也可用于拒水技术,绿色环保;
2)提供一种同时获得单向导湿和其他复合功能的技术;
3)可有效提高单向导湿功能面料的耐洗性、耐久性;
4)提供简单易行的微小导水通道制造技术;
5)提供一种适用范围广的单向导湿复合其他功能的面料,不再局限于材料。
本发明提供的一种无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合面料,除用于纺织品,应用领域还包括医用产品、面膜、化妆品、仓储和运输、容器和包装物、电子器件、建筑材料、器具和其他产品中。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本例中提供一种兼具芳香功能的无氟耐洗单向导湿面料。
基底面料为棉氨汗布。面料的一面为表面疏水的芳香微胶囊,其中香料为薰衣草香型。微胶囊与面料之间通过粘合剂连接。由于微胶囊表面疏水,其在面料的一面形成的微小突起为疏水性。棉氨汗布本身亲水性好,因此无微胶囊的部分呈亲水性。微胶囊之间或微小突起之间形成的微小缝隙成为微小通道(如图1-1,图1-2所示),便于利用毛细效应,将汗液迅速导出。该面料具有良好的单向导湿效果,且兼具芳香功能。该面料经揉搓,芳香感更浓。根据GB/T 21655.1-2009 和GB/T 21655.1-2009的规定,对所得复合面料进行测试,测试结果如表1中所示。其中扩散直径和沾色情况分别对面料的2个面进行测试。测试结果表明,2 个面的性质呈现出了明显的差异。这种差异实际上反映了面料2个面具有不同的亲水和疏水性能。经30次水洗后,在芯吸高度、蒸发速率、扩散直径等数据都有一定程度的减弱,但单向导湿性能仍在标准规定的范围内,即仍具有良好的单向导湿性能。

本实施例制备的具芳香功能的无氟耐洗单向导湿棉氨汗布,是高档纺织品的绝佳原料,用于加工制成夹克、风衣、运动服、户外用品、床上用品等。
实施例2
本例中提供一种兼具温度调节功能的无氟耐洗单向导湿面料。
基底面料为长绒棉/粘胶短纤维混纺纱线制成。面料的一面为表面疏水的相变调温微胶囊,其中相变材料为十八烷。微胶囊与面料之间通过粘合剂连接。由于微胶囊表面疏水,其在面料的一面形成的微小突起为疏水性。棉氨汗布本身亲水性好,因此无微胶囊的部分呈亲水性。微胶囊之间或微小突起之间形成的微小缝隙成为微小通道(如图2-1所示),便于利用毛细效应,将汗液迅速导出。
该面料具有良好的单向导湿效果,且兼具温度调节功能,图2-2为该面料的差热扫描量热法测试曲线,DSC测试表明该面料在人体体表温度附近具有良好的调温功能。
根据GB/T 21655.1-2009和GB/T 21655.1-2009的规定,对所得复合面料进行测试,测试结果如表2中所示。其中扩散直径和沾色情况分别对面料的2个面进行测试。测试结果表明,2个面的性质呈现出了明显的差异。这种差异实际上反映了面料2个面具有不同的亲水和疏水性能。经30次水洗后,单向导湿效果几乎不减弱。

本实施例制备的兼具温度调节功能的无氟耐洗单向导湿面料,可用于内衣、户外运动、以及潜水服、战士作训服、消防服等特种防护装备的调温层,阻隔功能层等;如用于货物仓储或运输,可提供干爽和适宜的温度。
实施例3
本例中提供一种兼具防蚊功能的无氟耐洗单向导湿面料。
基底面料为涤纶面料。对涤纶面料进行亲水处理。面料的一面为表面疏水的多孔二氧化硅颗粒,二氧化硅孔道中含有苄氯菊酯。二氧化硅颗粒与面料之间通过粘合剂连接。由于二氧化硅颗粒表面疏水,其在面料的一面形成的微小突起为疏水性。二氧化硅颗粒之间或微小突起之间形成的微小缝隙成为微小通道(如图 3所示),便于利用毛细效应,将汗液迅速导出。该面料具有良好的单向导湿效果,且兼具防蚊功能。该面料经30次水洗后,单向导湿效果几乎不减弱。
本实施例可用于手套、帽子、帐篷等户外装备,或野外工作人员的特种防护装备,也可用于容器、包装物和其他产品。
实施例4
本例中提供一种兼具自清洁功能的无氟耐洗单向导湿面料。
基底面料为棉/涤混纺面料。面料的一面为表面疏水的二氧化钛中空微球。二氧化钛中空微球与面料之间通过粘合剂连接。二氧化钛中空微球晶型为金红石型,具有光催媒效果,被称为自清洁材料,可光催化分解有毒、有害气体,有效杀灭多种细菌,消除异味,净化空气。由于二氧化钛中空微球表面疏水,其在面料的一面形成的微小突起为疏水性。二氧化钛中空微球之间或微小突起之间形成的微小缝隙成为微小通道(如图3所示),便于利用毛细效应,将汗液迅速导出。该面料具有良好的单向导湿效果,且兼具自清洁功能。该面料经30次水洗后,单向导湿效果几乎不减弱。
本实施例可用于纺织品,如内衣,鞋袜,家纺洗浴等的制造,也可用于水处理,容器、包装物和其他产品。
实施例5
本例中提供一种富含维生素E和蛋白质的无氟耐洗的保湿面料。
基底面料为铜氨纤维。面料的一面为表面疏水的微胶囊。微胶囊与面料之间通过粘合剂连接。微胶囊壳层为聚氨酯,芯材含有脂溶性蛋白质和维生素E。对面料另一面进行疏水处理。
表面疏水微胶囊在面料的一面形成的微小突起为疏水性。微胶囊之间或微小突起之间形成的微小缝隙成为微小通道,便于利用毛细效应,将体表水份迅速吸收。但由于该面料另一面为疏水,水分无法迅速排出,而是被保存在面料之中。因此该面料具有良好的保湿效果,且富含维生素E和蛋白质。
本实施例可用于面膜、化妆品、沙漠作物保水和其他产品。
实施例6
本例中提供一种兼具温度调节和抗菌功能的无氟耐洗单向导湿面料。
与实施例2不同之处,在于基底面料为海藻纤维。微胶囊为相变调温微胶囊和抗菌微胶囊。两种微胶囊中至少有一种微胶囊的表面疏水。微胶囊与面料之间通过粘合剂连接。
该面料兼具单向导湿和温度调节、抗菌功能,且经30次水洗后,单向导湿功能几乎不减弱。该面料可用于医疗保健。
实施例7
本例中提供一种兼具感温变色功能的无氟耐洗单向导湿面料。
与实施例2不同之处,在于基底面料为涤纶。微胶囊为感温变色微胶囊。
该面料兼具单向导湿和感温变色功能,且经30次水洗后,单向导湿功能几乎不减弱。该面料可用于电子器件、仓储运输、容器和其他产品。
以上所述的实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定。由于实施例不能穷举,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,仅通过简单地改变形状者,均应视为本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,其特征在于,在基底面料的其中一面上通过粘合剂连接微胶囊,所述微胶囊为表面疏水的微胶囊,所述微胶囊形成不连续分布的微小突起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,其特征在于,通过表面疏水的微胶囊获得单向导湿功能,同时通过微胶囊中含有的功能物质可以获得其他复合功能。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,其特征在于,所述微胶囊的平均直径为1微米-1000微米,微胶囊形成的微小突起之间的缝隙形成微小的透气导湿通道。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,其特征在于,所述微胶囊总覆盖面积占基底面料单面面积的40%-95%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,其特征在于,构成基底面料的纤维包括长纤维和短纤维,优选的,构成基底面料的纤维中至少部分为短纤维。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,其特征在于,所述粘合剂包括聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂和聚氨酯类粘合剂,粘合剂粒径为纳米级,优选的,粘合剂通过光引发或高能射线引发的方式制得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,其特征在于所述粘合剂含有活性基团,可与纤维分子或微胶囊形成化学键或物理交联。
8.根据权利要求2所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,其特征在于,所述微胶囊中含有的功能物质,包括阻燃剂、阻化剂、芳香植物提取物、中成药制剂、维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、脂肪烃、脂肪醇、脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、酸酐、多元醇、水合盐、石蜡、二元酸、脂溶性蛋白质、植物油、杀菌剂、杀虫剂、抑菌剂、驱虫剂、催化剂、交联剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、染料、颜料、液晶、感温变色材料、光敏变色材料中的至少一种或其任意组合。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的无氟耐洗的单向导湿复合功能面料,用于纺织品、衣物、鞋类、医用产品、面膜、化妆品、仓储和运输、容器和包装物、电子器件、建筑材料、器具和其他产品中。
