本发明公开了一种钨合金渔坠子及其制备方法,设计金属材料技术领域。这种钨合金渔坠子,由钨金属和镍、铁、铜、钴、钼、铬的一种或者多种混合物组成的,形状为蠕虫状或者桶状、针状、子弹状、水滴状的两头有小孔并且中间贯通的合金,其中钨金属含量为85%~99%。本发明解决了铅制渔坠子对鱼和环境污染的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料技术领域,尤其是一种钨合金渔坠子及其制备方法。
背景技术
渔坠子是用来增加鱼饵的潜水力,锚定力,以及扔的远度。渔坠子可以小到1/32oz,用于浅水区,甚至更小用于钓飞鱼,或者大到十几盎司进行深海垂钓。渔坠子通常是用铅制成,再装一个钩,通常用软的材料覆盖来吸引鱼。但是铅具有毒性,对鱼和环境会造成污染,随着人们的环保和对自身食品安全问题的意识越发增强,铅制渔坠子的危害越发被意识到,亟需寻找到铅制渔坠子的替代品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种钨合金渔坠子及其制备方法,它可以解决铅制渔坠子对鱼和环境污染的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种钨合金渔坠子,由钨金属和镍、铁、铜、钴、钼、铬的一种或者多种混合物组成的,形状为蠕虫状或者桶状、针状、子弹状、水滴状的两头有小孔并且中间贯通的合金,其中钨金属含量为85%~99%。
这种钨合金渔坠子的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、混料:将钨粉末与镍、铁、铜、钴、钼、铬的一种或者多种粉末按比例混合,其中钨粉末占比为85%~99%,真空干燥后备用;
(2)、注射成型:将步骤(1)所得的混合粉末在惰性气体保护下加热至2200℃~2300℃,加热1~2小时后成流动状态,然后将其注入模腔中冷却下来得到所需形状的具有一定刚性的坯体;
(3)烧结:将步骤(2)所得的坯体在惰性气体保护下加热至1400℃~1500℃,烧结1~2小时,冷却即可。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明制得密度在15.8 g/cm3~18.75 g/cm3的钨合金渔坠子,该密度远比铅渔坠子大,体积远小于铅渔坠子;硬度也大于铅渔坠子,不会卡住育德颚骨;作为铅渔坠子的极好替代品,无毒无污染,解决了铅制渔坠子对鱼和环境污染的问题。
2、本发明的钨合金渔坠子能够甩得更远,潜入得更深,这样垂钓者可以在流动较快的水里钓鱼;同时,在本发明的钨合金渔坠子外部套上塑料软管,用于制造噪音,可引起包括大嘴鲈鱼在内的一些鱼类的好奇心;第三,在本发明的钨合金渔坠子能在水里发光,可吸引一些好奇心较重的鱼。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一:
这种钨合金渔坠子是由钨金属和镍金属、铁金属按93:4:3的比例组成的,形状为水滴状的两头有小孔并且中间贯通的合金,密度为17.5g/cm3~17.6g/cm3
制备方法如下:
(1)、混料:将钨粉末与镍粉末、铁粉末按比例混合,真空干燥后备用;
(2)、注射成型:将步骤(1)所得的混合粉末在氮气保护下加热至2200℃,加热2小时后成流动状态,然后将其注入模腔中冷却下来得到所需形状的具有一定刚性的坯体;
(3)烧结:将步骤(2)所得的坯体在氮气保护下加热至1400℃,烧结2小时,冷却即可。
实施例二:
这种钨合金渔坠子,其特征在于:由钨金属和镍、铜按93:5:2的比例组成的,形状为针状的两头有小孔并且中间贯通的合金,密度为17.5g/cm3~17.6g/cm3
制备方法如下:
(1)、混料:将钨粉末与镍粉末、铁粉末按比例混合,真空干燥后备用;
(2)、注射成型:将步骤(1)所得的混合粉末在氮气保护下加热至2300℃,加热1小时后成流动状态,然后将其注入模腔中冷却下来得到所需形状的具有一定刚性的坯体;
(3)烧结:将步骤(2)所得的坯体在惰性气体保护下加热至1500℃,烧结1小时,冷却即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种钨合金渔坠子,其特征在于:由钨金属和镍、铁、铜、钴、钼、铬的一种或者多种混合物组成的,形状为蠕虫状或者桶状、针状、子弹状、水滴状的两头有小孔并且中间贯通的合金,其中钨金属含量为85%~99%。
2.一种钨合金渔坠子的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)、混料:将钨粉末与镍、铁、铜、钴、钼、铬的一种或者多种粉末按比例混合,其中钨粉末占比为85%~99%,真空干燥后备用;
(2)、注射成型:将步骤(1)所得的混合粉末在惰性气体保护下加热至2200℃~2300℃,加热1~2小时后成流动状态,然后将其注入模腔中冷却下来得到所需形状的具有一定刚性的坯体;
(3)烧结:将步骤(2)所得的坯体在惰性气体保护下加热至1400℃~1500℃,烧结1~2小时,冷却即可。
