本发明涉及玻璃水领域,具体是一种汽车玻璃水,由以下重量份的原料制成:乙醇5‑13份、乙二醇3‑8份、氢氧化钠1‑5份、水溶性硅油0.3‑1.2份、脲醛树脂1‑3份、环烷酸2‑5份、表面活性剂2‑7份、香精0.3‑0.6份、防腐剂0.3‑1份,水40‑65份。本发明所提供的一种汽车玻璃水,去污能力强,可以有效去除玻璃上顽固的虫胶、树胶、油污等污渍。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃水技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种汽车玻璃水。
背景技术
玻璃水是指汽车挡风玻璃清洗液,其喷洒到挡风玻璃上通过雨刮条来回刮扫玻璃表面,起到清理玻璃上的灰尘、虫子尸体、树胶、油污等污渍,保持驾驶视野清晰。玻璃水的使用频率较高,属于汽车用品中的易耗品。但是现有的玻璃水的清洁能力有限,在虫子尸体被清除后,玻璃上还会留下虫子体液或称虫胶的瘢痕,瘢痕会遮挡司机的视野,不利于汽车安全行驶。而且汽车在道路上行驶,道路周围空气中由于汽车尾气的排放使空气中油污含量会较重,油污附着在挡风玻璃上,玻璃水往往清除不彻底。夜晚行驶中,当对面灯光照射过来,灯光透过挡风玻璃上残留的油污会产生光晕现象,炫光使驾驶员看不清前方路况,具有较大的安全隐患,容易发生交通事故,危害公共安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车玻璃水,以解决现有技术中的汽车玻璃水清洁不彻底的问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种汽车玻璃水,由以下重量份的原料制成:乙醇5-13份、乙二醇3-8份、氢氧化钠1-5份、水溶性硅油0.3-1.2份、脲醛树脂1-3份、环烷酸2-5份、表面活性剂2-7份、香精0.3-0.6份、防腐剂0.3-1份,水40-65份。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯或十二烷基苯磺酸钠中一种或两种复配。
进一步地,所述水为去离子水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的一种汽车玻璃水,去污能力强,可以快速有效去除玻璃上的虫胶、树胶、油污、灰尘等污渍,清洁过后的玻璃透光性好,驾驶中能够获得清晰的视野,并且夜晚驾驶中,不会产生光晕现象。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:一种汽车玻璃水,由以下重量份的原料制成:乙醇5份、乙二醇3份、氢氧化钠1份、水溶性硅油0.3份、脲醛树脂1份、环烷酸2份、表面活性剂2份、香精0.3份、防腐剂0.3份,去离子水40份。表面活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯或十二烷基苯磺酸钠中一种或两种复配。
实施例2:一种汽车玻璃水,由以下重量份的原料制成:乙醇13份、乙二醇8份、氢氧化钠5份、水溶性硅油1.2份、脲醛树脂3份、环烷酸5份、表面活性剂7份、香精0.6份、防腐剂1份,去离子水65份。
实施例3:一种汽车玻璃水,由以下重量份的原料制成:乙醇7份、乙二醇6份、氢氧化钠2份、水溶性硅油0.8份、脲醛树脂3份、环烷酸5份、脂肪酸甘油酯3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、香精0.5份、防腐剂0.5份,去离子水55份。
本发明制备的一种汽车玻璃水,去污能力强,除了可以用于去除汽车玻璃上的虫胶、树胶、油污、灰尘等污渍,还可以用于生活、工作场所中玻璃的清洁以及玻璃幕墙的清洁,清洁效果强,光泽度好,用途广泛。

1.一种汽车玻璃水,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:乙醇5-13份、乙二醇3-8份、氢氧化钠1-5份、水溶性硅油0.3-1.2份、脲醛树脂1-3份、环烷酸2-5份、表面活性剂2-7份、香精0.3-0.6份、防腐剂0.3-1份,水40-65份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃水,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯或十二烷基苯磺酸钠中一种或两种复配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃水,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
