Abstract

本发明公开了一种高强度纳米胶带,按重量份数由以下组份组成:基础橡胶50‑80份、增粘橡胶20‑40份、环氧树脂10‑20份、乙酸乙酯10‑20份、粘结剂5‑10份、碳酸钙3‑6份、纳米的氧化锌5‑8份、硬脂酸3‑5份、纳米钛酸钙5‑8份、纳米钛白粉5‑30份。本发明由于在胶带的组份中加入了纳米材料,使得胶带的柔韧性得到了大幅提升,从而胶带的自身强度也得到了明显的提高,使得胶带在受到强烈碰撞和摩擦时,不会轻易断裂,提升了胶带的使用效果。

本发明涉及一种胶带,具体涉及一种高强度纳米胶带。
背景技术
现有的普通胶带虽然具备一定的粘附性,但是其自身的强度都普遍较低,往往在经历碰撞、摩擦等接触后,会出现断裂的情况,对于一些对于胶带的固定效果要求比较高的情况下,胶带的使用效果并不是很理想。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种柔韧性非常好、自身强度高的高强度纳米胶带。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种高强度纳米胶带,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
基础橡胶50-80份、增粘橡胶20-40份、环氧树脂10-20份、乙酸乙酯10-20份、粘结剂5-10份、碳酸钙3-6份、纳米的氧化锌5-8份、硬脂酸3-5份、纳米钛酸钙5-8份、纳米钛白粉5-30份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
基础橡胶70-80份、增粘橡胶38-40份、环氧树脂18-20份、乙酸乙酯18-20份、粘结剂8-10份、碳酸钙5-6份、纳米的氧化锌7-8份、硬脂酸4-5份、纳米钛酸钙7-8份、纳米钛白粉20-30份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
基础橡胶50-60份、增粘橡胶20-25份、环氧树脂10-12份、乙酸乙酯10-12份、粘结剂5-6份、碳酸钙3-4份、纳米的氧化锌5-6份、硬脂酸3-4份、纳米钛酸钙5-6份、纳米钛白粉5-15份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
基础橡胶60-70份、增粘橡胶25-35份、环氧树脂14-16份、乙酸乙酯14-16份、粘结剂7-9份、碳酸钙4-5份、纳米的氧化锌6-7份、硬脂酸3-5份、纳米钛酸钙6-7份、纳米钛白粉15-20份。
进一步地,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
基础橡胶65份、增粘橡胶30份、环氧树脂15份、乙酸乙酯15份、粘结剂8份、碳酸钙5份、纳米的氧化锌6份、硬脂酸4份、纳米钛酸钙7份、纳米钛白粉18份。
进一步地,所述粘结剂为硅橡胶、丙烯酸树脂和聚丙烯中的一种或多种。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,由于在胶带的组份中加入了纳米材料,使得胶带的柔韧性得到了大幅提升,从而胶带的自身强度也得到了明显的提高,使得胶带在受到强烈碰撞和摩擦时,不会轻易断裂,提升了胶带的使用效果。

基础橡胶80份、增粘橡胶40份、环氧树脂20份、乙酸乙酯20份、硅橡胶5份、丙烯酸树脂5份、碳酸钙6份、纳米的氧化锌8份、硬脂酸5份、纳米钛酸钙8份、纳米钛白粉30份。
实施例3:
一种高强度纳米胶带,按重量份数由以下组份组成:
基础橡胶65份、增粘橡胶30份、环氧树脂15份、乙酸乙酯15份、丙烯酸树脂5份、聚丙烯3份、碳酸钙5份、纳米的氧化锌6份、硬脂酸4份、纳米钛酸钙7份、纳米钛白粉18份。

基础橡胶50-80份、增粘橡胶20-40份、环氧树脂10-20份、乙酸乙酯10-20份、粘结剂5-10份、碳酸钙3-6份、纳米的氧化锌5-8份、硬脂酸3-5份、纳米钛酸钙5-8份、纳米钛白粉5-30份。

基础橡胶70-80份、增粘橡胶38-40份、环氧树脂18-20份、乙酸乙酯18-20份、粘结剂8-10份、碳酸钙5-6份、纳米的氧化锌7-8份、硬脂酸4-5份、纳米钛酸钙7-8份、纳米钛白粉20-30份。
