本发明涉及涂料制备技术领域，具体涉及一种木板用防火涂料。
背景技术
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面，能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延，用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。防火涂料涂覆在基材表面，除具有阻燃作用以外，还具有防锈、防水、防腐、耐磨、耐热以及涂层坚韧性、着色性、黏附性、易干性和一定的光泽等性能。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优异的防火性和附着力的木板用防火涂料。
为了实现上述目标，本发明采用如下的技术方案：
一种木板用防火涂料，由以下重量份的原料制成：丙烯酸酯乳液20~35份、乙二醇10~17份、磷酸二氰胺12~15份、十二碳醇酯11~13份、二氧化钛17~19份、醋酸乙烯13~23份、聚丙烯醇18~20份、氧化硅10~14份、聚磷酸铵13~15份、玫瑰粉6~8份、钛白粉3~7份。
本发明的有益之处在于： 本发明的木板用防火涂料具有优异的防火性和附着力。
