我国的橡胶管行业经过50多年的发展,对国民经济起到了不可或缺的配套作用,尤其是随着我国机械化水平的提高以及新材料的应用,橡胶管行业不断与相关领域相互渗透,开拓了橡胶管带的应用范围和领域,产品广泛应用于煤炭、冶金、水泥、港口、矿山、石油、汽车、纺织、轻工、工程机械、建筑、海洋、农业、航空、航天等领域。根据橡胶管所含橡胶成分的不同,橡胶管分为丁腈橡胶管、氟橡胶管、氯丁橡胶管、天然橡胶管、三元乙丙橡胶管和硅橡胶管等。

一种热传导橡胶,由以下份数的原料组分组成:氯丁橡胶35~55份,三元乙丙橡胶15~35份,硅微粉6~8份,氮化硼2~3份,异辛酸锌3~4份,硫酸钠15~20份、全氟丁基磺酰氟10~15份、三乙醇胺2~18份、柠檬酸1~5份、石油磺酸钠5~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~4份、耐疲劳热传导剂30~60份、活化剂4~10份、硫化剂1.0~2.5份。
优选的,还可以由以下份数的原料组分组成:氯丁橡胶45份,三元乙丙橡胶25份,硅微粉7份,氮化硼2.5份,异辛酸锌3.5份,硫酸钠17份、全氟丁基磺酰氟13份、三乙醇胺10份、柠檬酸3份、石油磺酸钠10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、耐疲劳热传导剂45份、活化剂7份、硫化剂2份。
优选的,所述耐疲劳热传导剂由绢云母粉65份和酚醛树脂35份组成。
优选的,所述活化剂为2-乙氧基乙醇。
优选的,所述硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、3-氨基巴豆酸氰乙酯或者氨基三氟巴豆酸乙酯的一种或两种。
