本发明公开了一种低温青白色釉料,所述的釉料含有以下物质:SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、K2O、Na2O、B2O3、ZnO、TiO2、Fe2O3、三氟丙基笼型硅烷fl0578、CaF2,本发明与现有技术相比,通过加入三氟丙基笼型硅烷fl0578、CaF2,使釉料的烧成温度为900‑950℃,节约了能源。

本发明属于釉料,特别属于低温釉料这一技术领域。
背景技术
目前的釉料分为含铅釉料和不含铅釉料,含铅釉料的烧成温度通常在1000℃左右,随着人们的健康意识的提高,釉料中的铅的含量越来越受到人们的关注,无铅釉料成为今后发展的趋势。但不含铅釉料的烧成温度通常为1200-1300℃,消耗的能源远远高于含铅釉料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种烧成温度在900-950℃的低温青白色釉料。

本发明与现有技术相比,通过加入三氟丙基笼型硅烷fl0578、CaF2,使釉料的烧成温度为900-950℃,节约了能源。
