本发明公开了一种用于洗衣片的切片装置,包括送料组件、切片组件、机架、摄像头和单片机芯片;所述送料组件包括主动辊、从动辊、传送带和电机;所述电机与主动辊相连;所述传送带设于主动辊和从动辊外部;所述切片组件包括若干根自动伸缩杆,各自动伸缩杆的顶端与机架相连;自动伸缩杆的底端设于切刀,位于各自动伸缩杆底端的切刀的尺寸和外形均不同,分别由对应的自动伸缩杆驱动做上下运动;各自动伸缩杆的控制端均与单片机芯片相连;所述摄像头设于所述传动带的一端,其输出端与单片机芯片的输入端相连。本发明结构简单,购买成本低,且功能多样化,能够适用于各种切割场合。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种用于洗衣片的切片装置。
背景技术
随着技术的不断发展,出现了洗衣片来替代传统的洗衣服,洗衣片是一种新型的衣物洗涤产品。其在生产的过程中,往往是先制成一种宽幅的成卷片材,然后利用切割机构按照所需的尺寸进行切割,然后进行包装后投放至市场。现有技术中的切割装置大多结构复杂,购买成本高,而且这种机器功能单一,生产效率不高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种用于洗衣片的切片装置,其结构简单,购买成本低,且功能多样化,能够适用于各种切割场合。
实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于洗衣片的切片装置,包括送料组件、切片组件、机架、摄像头和单片机芯片;
所述送料组件包括主动辊、从动辊、传送带和电机;所述电机与主动辊相连;所述传送带设于主动辊和从动辊外部;
所述切片组件包括若干根自动伸缩杆,各自动伸缩杆的顶端与机架相连;自动伸缩杆的底端设于切刀,位于各自动伸缩杆底端的切刀的尺寸和外形均不同,分别由对应的自动伸缩杆驱动做上下运动;各自动伸缩杆的控制端均与单片机芯片相连;
所述摄像头设于所述传动带的一端,其输出端与单片机芯片的输入端相连。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述传送带上设有若干个通孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述传送带下方设有废料收集框。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述切刀的横截面为圆形、方向、环形或者不规则形状。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述切片组件包括4根自动伸缩杆。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述切刀与自动伸缩杆的底部之间为可拆卸连接。

所述切片组件包括若干根自动伸缩杆5,各自动伸缩杆5的顶端与机架相连;自动伸缩杆5的底端设于切刀6,位于各自动伸缩杆5底端的切刀6的尺寸和外形均不同,分别由对应的自动伸缩杆5驱动做上下运动;各自动伸缩杆5的控制端均与单片机芯片相连;
所述摄像头7设于所述传动带的一端,其输出端与单片机芯片的输入端相连,用于检测是否有待切割的洗衣片。
在本发明的一种具体实施例中,所述传送带3上设有若干个通孔301,进一步地,所述传送带3下方设有废料收集框8,能够有效收集在切割过程中所产生的废屑。
在本发明的一种具体实施例中,所述切刀6的横截面为圆形、方向、环形或者不规则形状,能够根据实际需求,切割出不同尺寸和形状的洗衣片,无需频繁更换机器。
在本发明的一种具体实施例中,所述切片组件包括4根自动伸缩杆5。
在本发明的一种具体实施例中,为了便于维修和更换切刀6,所述切刀6与自动伸缩杆5的底部之间为可拆卸连接。

所述切片组件包括若干根自动伸缩杆,各自动伸缩杆的顶端与机架相连;自动伸缩杆的底端设于切刀,位于各自动伸缩杆底端的切刀的尺寸和外形均不同,分别由对应的自动伸缩杆驱动做上下运动;各自动伸缩杆的控制端均与单片机芯片相连;
所述摄像头设于所述传动带的一端,其输出端与单片机芯片的输入端相连。
