Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物功能性敷料及其制备方法。该方法包括将成胶物质和含有洋葱提取物、蜂蜜、蜂胶的功能性物质加入到份溶剂B中,加热溶解制成凝胶或乳膏状的功能基质,再在功能基质中加入酸碱指示剂、pH调节剂形成pH为3.0‑5.5的功能溶液,然后将功能溶液浸润到功能层基材上形成敷料片,在敷料片两面覆膜、包装、灭菌即可。由该方法制备的生物功能性敷料能提示更换时间,且原料来源广泛,对皮肤无刺激、生物相容性好,而且天然、抑菌、具有祛疤美白的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用功能性敷料,特别是一种生物功能性敷料及其制备方法。
背景技术
一款理想的医用敷料不仅需要为创面愈合创造一个良好的微环境,具有良好的通透性,能阻隔外界异物、微生物污染,更换时不会造成二次污染;而且还需要让医护人员及患者及时了解伤口情况,提醒医护人员及患者更换敷料及了解伤口状况。
对于一些慢性伤口(如烧烫伤、溃疡、糖尿病足等)这类伤口一般伤口渗液多,伤口愈合慢需要患者及医护人员定期更换敷料。目前伤口敷料无法及时提供或反馈伤口的愈合,渗液等情况,故伤口是否需要更换敷料,何时更换给医护人员及患者带来了一定的困扰。
另外,传统敷料在促进伤口愈合后,往往还是会留下伤口疤痕。现有处理方法一般是在伤口愈合后再使用祛疤产品!这样疗程长,不利于人们的生产、生活。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对目前医用伤口敷料无法及时提供或反馈伤口的愈合,渗液等情况,本发明提供一种对皮肤无刺激、生物相容性好、天然抑菌促愈合、生产简单,且可反馈伤口渗液(人体本身的体液)情况,方便医护人员及患者判定是否需要更换敷料的生物功能性敷料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)、取酸碱指示剂0.5-2份加入到2-20份溶剂A中,水浴加热至30-80度,充分搅拌溶解,形成指示剂溶液;
2)、取成胶物质1-5份、功能性物质1-100份,加入到1-200份溶剂B中,加热至30-90度,充分搅拌溶解制成凝胶或乳膏,形成功能基质,其中功能性物质中含有洋葱提取物1-2份、蜂蜜50-95份、蜂胶1-2份;
3)、取pH调节剂0.5-2份加入到100-200份纯化水中,形成pH调节剂溶液;
4)、取所述指示剂溶液1-2份加入到所述功能基质100-200份中充分搅拌均一,再加入所述pH调节剂溶液0.1-1份调节pH至3.0-5.5,形成功能溶液;
5)、取功能层基材浸涂所述功能溶液,然后压扎至表面无溶液流出,再将浸润好的功能层基材于干燥箱中30-80度烘干,形成敷料片;
6)、将步骤5)得到的敷料片一面经覆膜机以80-200度,速度5-20m/min覆盖一层多孔膜,另一面覆盖一层透气膜;
7)、将步骤6)得到的成品经包装封口、灭菌即可。
上述方案中,所述酸碱指示剂为甲基红、甲基橙、刚果红、溴酚蓝或茜素红S,所述溶剂A为纯化水、乙醇、乙酸、乙二醇或其组合。
上述方案中,所述成胶物质为羧甲基纤维素纳、海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾、明胶或PVA,所述溶剂B为纯化水、乙醇或乙酸。
上述方案中,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、磷酸氢二钠或乙酸。
上述方案中,所述功能层基材为医用纯棉吸水垫、海藻酸钙吸水垫,交联纤维或超吸水垫。
上述方案中,所述透明膜为医用级的PE、PP或PET。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供了一种利用上述方法制备的能提示更换时间的生物功能性敷料。
本发明生物功能性敷料具有良好的渗透及吸收性,且其PH值设计为3.0-5.5,由于微生物在PH值为4以下的酸性环境中难以生存,因而本发明制备的生物功能性敷料设计的pH值适合伤口愈合,能抑制细菌及微生物的繁殖,而且当伤口有渗液渗出时,本发明敷料通过其吸收性吸收伤口渗液,由于人体体液的PH值略大于7,因而本发明敷料中的酸碱指示剂会随着PH值的变化而变色,医护人员及患者就可通过敷料的颜色,及变色所需的时间了解伤口的愈合、渗液情况及是否需要更换敷料。
本发明生物功能性敷料中添加有洋葱提取物。洋葱提取物可以抑制多种来源的纤维母细胞,尤其是瘢痕来源的,除了抑制其有丝分裂,还能减少细胞外基质(如蛋白多糖)的合成。另外,洋葱提取物通过抑制炎症介质的释放而具有抗炎作用,同时还具有抗过敏的作用。因而本发明制备的生物功能性敷料不仅能促进伤口的愈合,还能防止疤痕增生,具有祛疤美白的作用。
本发明工艺简单,适合工业化连续生产;本发明生物功能性敷料的原料来源广泛,对皮肤无刺激、生物相容性好,而且天然、抑菌。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1)、取甲基红1份加入到10份乙醇中,水浴加热至40度,充分搅拌溶解,形成指示剂溶液,备用。
2)、取明胶1份、洋葱提取物1份、蜂蜜50份、水溶性蜂胶1份、加入到100份纯化水中,加热至80度,充分搅拌溶解制成功能基质备用。
3)、取柠檬酸1份加入到100份纯化水中充分溶解,形成PH调节剂溶液,备用。
4)、取步骤1)所得指示剂溶液2份加入到步骤2所得功能基质200份中充分搅拌均一,再加入步骤3所得PH调节剂溶液适量调节pH至4.0,形成功能溶液,备用。
5)、取超吸水垫浸涂以上步骤4)所得的功能溶液,并压扎至表面无溶液流出,再将浸润好的基材于干燥箱中80度烘干,形成敷料片。
6)、将步骤5)得到的敷料片一面经覆膜机以80度,速度5m/min覆盖一层多孔膜,另一面覆盖一层透气的PE膜。
7)、最后将步骤6)得到的成品经包装封口,灭菌即可。
实施例2
1)、取溴酚蓝1份加入到2份乙醇+8份纯化水中,水浴加热充分搅拌溶解,形成指示剂溶液,备用。
2)、取羧甲基纤维素钠1份、洋葱提出物2份、二甲基硅油1份、蜂蜜95份、蜂胶2份,加入到100份纯化水中,加热至30度,充分搅拌溶解制成功能基质备用。
3)、取磷酸氢二钠1份加入到100份纯化水中充分溶解,形成PH调节剂溶液,备用。
4)、取步骤1)所得指示剂溶液2份加入到步骤2所得功能基质150份中充分搅拌均一,加入pH调节剂适量份调节pH至3.0,形成功能溶液,备用。
5)、取海藻酸钙吸水垫浸涂步骤4所得功能溶液,并压扎至表面无溶液流出,再将浸润好的基材于干燥箱中50度烘干,形成敷料片。
6)、将步骤5)得到的敷料片一面经覆膜机以120度,速度10m/min覆盖一层多孔膜,另一面覆盖一层透气的PP膜。
7)、将步骤6)得到的成品经包装封口,灭菌即可。
实施例3
1)、取茜素红S2份加入到10份水中,水浴加热充分搅拌溶解,形成指示剂溶液,备用。
2)、取海藻酸钠2份、洋葱提取物1份、二甲基硅油1份、蜂蜜80份、蜂胶2份加入到100份纯化水中,加热至80度,充分搅拌溶解,制成功能基质,备用。
3)、取乙酸1份加入到100份纯化水中充分溶解,形成PH调节济溶液,备用。
4)、取步骤1)所得指示剂溶液2份加入到步骤2所得功能基质100份中充分搅拌均一,加入pH调节剂适量份调节pH至3.7,形成功能溶液,备用。
5)、取医用纯棉吸水垫浸涂步骤4)所得功能溶液,并压扎至表面无溶液流出,再将浸润好的基材于干燥箱中30度烘干,形成敷料片。
6)、将步骤5)得到的敷料片一面经覆膜机以200度,速度20m/min覆盖一层多孔膜,另一面覆盖一层透气的PET膜。
7)、将步骤5)得到的成品经包装封口,灭菌即可。
实施例4
1)、甲基橙0.5份加入到20份纯化水中,水浴加热充分搅拌溶解,形成指示剂溶液,备用。
2)、取PVA5份、洋葱提取物1.5份、二甲基硅油1份、蜂蜜80份、蜂胶2份加入到200份纯化水中,加热至90度,充分搅拌溶解,制成功能基质,备用。
3)、取柠檬酸钠2份加入到200份纯化水中充分溶解,形成PH调节济溶液,备用。
4)、取步骤1)所得指示剂溶液2份加入到步骤2所得功能基质100份中充分搅拌均一,加入pH调节剂适量份调节pH至5.5,形成功能溶液,备用。
5)、取医用交联纤维浸涂步骤4)所得功能溶液,并压扎至表面无溶液流出,再将浸润好的基材于干燥箱中30度烘干,形成敷料片。
6)、将步骤5)得到的敷料片一面经覆膜机以80度,速度5m/min覆盖一层多孔膜,另一面覆盖一层透气的PET膜。
7)、将步骤5)得到的成品经包装封口,灭菌即可。
发明人在以上基础上做了以下实验:取实施例中所得样品,检测其抑菌效率结果如表1所示,检测其吸收伤口渗液后变色情况如表2所示,检测其伤口愈合后的疤痕情况如表3所示。

1)、取酸碱指示剂0.5-2份加入到2-20份溶剂A中,水浴加热至30-80度,充分搅拌溶解,形成指示剂溶液;
2)、取成胶物质1-5份、功能性物质1-100份加入到1-200份溶剂B中,加热至30-90度,充分搅拌溶解制成凝胶或乳膏,形成功能基质,其中功能性物质中含有洋葱提取物1-2份、蜂蜜50-95份、蜂胶1-2份;
3)、取pH调节剂0.5-2份加入到100-200份纯化水中,形成pH调节剂溶液;
4)、取所述指示剂溶液1-2份加入到所述功能基质100-200份中充分搅拌均一,再加入所述pH调节剂溶液0.1-1份调节pH至3.0-5.5,形成功能溶液;
5)、取功能层基材浸涂所述功能溶液,然后压扎至表面无溶液流出,再将浸润好的功能层基材于干燥箱中30-80度烘干,形成敷料片;
6)、将步骤5)得到的敷料片一面经覆膜机以80-200度,速度5-20m/min覆盖一层多孔膜,另一面覆盖一层透气膜;
7)、将步骤6)得到的成品经包装封口、灭菌即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酸碱指示剂为甲基红、甲基橙、刚果红、溴酚蓝或茜素红S,所述溶剂A为纯化水、乙醇、乙酸、乙二醇或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成胶物质为羧甲基纤维素纳、海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾、明胶或PVA,所述溶剂B为纯化水、乙醇或乙酸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、磷酸氢二钠或乙酸。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、磷酸氢二钠或乙酸。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述功能层基材为医用纯棉吸水垫、海藻酸钙吸水垫,交联纤维或超吸水垫。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述功能层基材为医用纯棉吸水垫、海藻酸钙吸水垫,交联纤维或超吸水垫。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述功能层基材为医用纯棉吸水垫、海藻酸钙吸水垫,交联纤维或超吸水垫。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生物功能性敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述透气膜为医用级的PE、PP或PET。
10.一种权利要求1-9中任一项所述方法制备的生物功能性敷料。
