Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用凝胶创可贴产品制备方法,采用“三明治”结构复合而成。基布为生物质纤维非织造布;创口垫为含药物丝素蛋白水凝胶,具有良好的生物相容性,对伤口无刺激,可以吸收伤口的分泌物,有助于伤口快速愈合,足够满足患者对于自身伤口护理的更高要求。整个创可贴制备所需材料均可生物降解,属于环境友好型产品,适用于皮肤外伤的止血、灭菌等。

技术领域
本发明属于医用材料的技术领域,提供了一种医用凝胶创可贴产品制备方法,制备的凝胶创可贴为一次性医用耗材,可降解,为环境友好型产品。
背景技术
创可贴是家庭保健必备用品之一,给人们日常生活带来方便,当人体皮肤受到意外损伤而流血时的小伤口能及时贴上创可贴,能有效到达止血、护创的作用,经济实惠。
市面上现有创可贴主要由具有弹性的纺织品与橡皮膏胶粘剂组成的长条形胶布,具有消炎、止血、使用便利优点。但胶布创可贴,所用纺织材料、塑料布、粘合剂难以回收利用,污染环境等显而易见的缺点。
水凝胶因独特的空间网络结构,已在药物缓释、组织培养等生物医学领域应用,但作为液态创可贴材料的应用研究还很少。
中国实用新型专利CN 201542821U公开了一种水凝胶创可贴。中国发明专利CN103041436A公开了一种壳聚糖凝胶创可贴,采用悬浮聚合和紫外固化两大生产工艺制备壳聚糖凝胶。中国发明专利CN201610948944.0公开了一种含中药提取物的水凝胶创可贴及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种医用凝胶创可贴产品制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种医用凝胶创可贴产品制备方法,包括如下步骤:
一种医用凝胶创可贴产品制备方法,其特征在于,所述的医用凝胶创可贴为“三明治”结构,表层和底层为基布,中间层为创口垫;基布为生物质纤维非织造布;创口垫为水凝胶材料,内含抗菌、止血药物。
上述技术方案中,所述生物质纤维包括聚乳酸类、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯等。生物质纤维针刺成型,厚度:0.1mm-5mm,克重:20-100g/m2。
上述技术方案中,所述创口垫水凝胶材料为丝素蛋白凝胶。
上述技术方案中,丝素蛋白凝胶的制备过程包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量比1:1分别称取抗菌消炎药物和止血药物,备用;
(2)将上述药物依次加入到质量分数为0.1%-30%的丝素蛋白水溶液中,并持续搅拌10-60min,以使其混合均匀。
(3)将一定量丝素蛋白混合溶液倒入特制带有正负电极的容器内,施加定向电压,电压:20V-100V,通电时间:5min-60min,即丝素蛋白凝胶形成。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤(1)中抗菌消炎药物为苯扎氯胺、阿司匹林、吲哚美辛、地塞米松等其中的一种或几种;所述止血药物为酚磺乙胺、氨甲环酸、氨基己酸、氨甲苯酸注射液和注射用蛇毒血凝酶等其中的一种或几种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明提供的医用凝胶创可贴产品使用时,伤口有渗液立刻会被凝胶吸收,如果是比较干燥的伤口,凝胶的水分会渗透向皮肤,保持伤口湿润既不会和伤口粘连,也不会使伤口结疤。此外,医用凝胶创可贴制备所需材料均可生物降解,属于环境友好型产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步描述:
实施例一
1.按质量比1:1分别称取苯扎氯胺和氨基己酸各0.5g,并分别溶于9.5g去离子水中,制备成药物水溶液,备用;
2.取20mL,质量分数为5%的丝素蛋白水溶液。分别取1mL苯扎氯胺和氨基己酸溶液,并依次滴加到丝素蛋白溶液中,持续搅拌30min,使溶液混合均匀。
3.取5mL丝素蛋白混合溶液倒入特制带有正负电极的容器内,施加50V电压,通电时间5min,即含药物丝素蛋白凝胶形成。
4.取2mm厚,克重50g/m2的聚乳酸非织造布,裁剪成70mm×20mm大小。将丝素蛋白凝胶切割成10mm×10mm小块,厚度2mm。然后,将聚乳酸非织造布与丝素蛋白凝胶,采用“三明治”结构复合而成医用凝胶创可贴。
附图1为含药物丝素蛋白水凝胶冷冻干燥后形貌图。图2为含药物丝素蛋白水凝胶SEM图,可见凝胶内部是由纳米球连成的纳米线构成的三维空间网络结构。
实施例二
1.按质量比1:1分别称取苯扎氯胺和氨基己酸各1.0g,并分别溶于9.0g去离子水中,制备成药物水溶液,备用;
2.取20mL,质量分数为10%的丝素蛋白水溶液。分别取2mL苯扎氯胺和氨基己酸溶液,并依次滴加到丝素蛋白溶液中,持续搅拌30min,使溶液混合均匀。
3.取5mL丝素蛋白混合溶液倒入特制带有正负电极的容器内,施加30V电压,通电时间10min,即含药物丝素蛋白凝胶形成。
4.取2mm厚,克重50g/m2的聚乳酸非织造布,裁剪成70mm×20mm大小。将丝素蛋白凝胶切割成10mm×10mm小块,厚度2mm。然后,将聚乳酸非织造布与丝素蛋白凝胶,采用“三明治”结构复合而成医用凝胶创可贴。
实施例三
1.按质量比1:1分别称取阿司匹林和酚磺乙胺各1.0g,并分别溶于9.0g去离子水中,制备成药物水溶液,备用;
2.取50mL,质量分数为2.0%的丝素蛋白水溶液。分别取5mL阿司匹林和酚磺乙胺溶液,并依次滴加到丝素蛋白溶液中,持续搅拌60min,使溶液混合均匀。
3.取10mL丝素蛋白混合溶液倒入特制带有正负电极的容器内,施加70V电压,通电时间20min,即含药物丝素蛋白凝胶形成。
4.取5mm厚,克重30g/m2的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯非织造布,裁剪成70mm×20mm大小。将丝素蛋白凝胶切割成10mm×10mm小块,厚度2mm。然后,将聚丁二酸丁二醇酯非织造布与丝素蛋白凝胶,采用“三明治”结构复合而成医用凝胶创可贴。

1.一种医用凝胶创可贴产品制备方法,其特征在于,所述的医用凝胶创可贴为“三明治”结构,表层和底层为基布,中间层为创口垫;基布为生物质纤维非织造布;创口垫为水凝胶材料,内含抗菌、止血药物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用凝胶创可贴,其特征在于,所述生物质纤维包括聚乳酸类、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯等。生物质纤维针刺成型,厚度:0.1mm-5mm,克重:20-100g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用凝胶创可贴,其特征在于,所述创口垫水凝胶材料为丝素蛋白凝胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医用凝胶创可贴,其特征在于,丝素蛋白凝胶的制备过程包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量比1:1分别称取抗菌消炎药物和止血药物,备用;
(2)将上述药物依次加入到质量分数为0.1%-30%的丝素蛋白水溶液中,并持续搅拌10-60min,以使其混合均匀。
(3)将一定量丝素蛋白混合溶液倒入特制带有正负电极的容器内,施加定向电压,电压:20V-100V,通电时间:5min-60min,即丝素蛋白凝胶形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医用凝胶创可贴,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中抗菌消炎药物为苯扎氯胺、阿司匹林、吲哚美辛、地塞米松等其中的一种或几种;所述止血药物为酚磺乙胺、氨甲环酸、氨基己酸、氨甲苯酸注射液和注射用蛇毒血凝酶等其中的一种或几种。
