(4)自检合格，过滤出料静置24h报检；
(5)检查合格后灌包入库。
优选的，在上述一种酵母修复精华水的制备方法中，所述步骤(1)中的乳化真空均质机的体积为100L。
优选的，在上述一种酵母修复精华水的制备方法中，所述步骤(1)中的桶、杯子、勺子的材质均为不锈钢。
优选的，在上述一种酵母修复精华水的制备方法中，所述步骤(3)中关于经过预处理溶解的对羟基苯乙酮、甘油辛酸酯的混合物是利用电磁炉预先加热至70℃后进行预处理溶解的。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下优势；首先本发明以纯天然的保湿植物萃取成分为原料，不含任何激素类成分，对人体无副作用，是一种安全、有效的修复护肤产品；其次，透明质酸钠能起到独特的保护皮肤作用，可保持皮肤滋润光滑、细腻柔嫩、富有弹性，具有防皱、抗皱、美容保健和恢复皮肤生理功能的作用，添加尿囊素的化妆品具有保护组织、亲水、吸水和防止水分散发等作用，而且甘油辛酸酯短的亲酯碳链渗入并吸附在人类皮肤的脂质部分，使甘油辛酸酯的亲水基团可以在角质层更好的保湿，同时甘油辛酸酯与透明质酸钠、尿囊素的保湿作用相辅相成，极大提高了保湿效果，此外，甘油辛酸酯的抗菌性和抗痤疮活性使得本发明具有抗菌消炎、护肤祛痘的作用；本发明各种保湿的成分相辅相成，极大提高了保湿效果；同时本发明制备方法简单易操作，适合进行大规模进行推广和生产。

下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种酵母修复精华水，包含以下重量百分比的组分：

(1)将所需设备100L乳化真空均质机、不锈钢桶、不锈钢杯子、不锈钢勺子清洗干净，消毒备用；
(2)将上述原料中的去离子水、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、卡波姆、甘油聚醚-26投入到乳化真空均质机中搅拌并升温至95℃后开始进行均质，搅拌速度控制在300r/min；其中均质时间为5-8min，均质速度控制在3000r/min，均质完成后进行保温灭菌30min；

(3)将赤藓糖醇4kg、透明质酸钠0.03kg、250HHR纤维素0.03kg加入所述步骤(2)中，搅拌溶解后抽真空使其匀速冷却，其中搅拌速度控制在400r/min；冷却至60℃将三乙醇胺0.6kg、经过预处理溶解的对羟基苯乙酮0.2kg、甘油辛酸酯0.4kg及甘油聚醚-26:1kg混合物加入其中，继续搅拌均匀，其中搅拌速度控制在450r/min；然后继续抽真空并冷却至40℃后向其中依次加入有机冰川矿物水4kg、乳酸菌/绿豆籽提取物发酵产物滤液3kg、大黄酵素1kg、甘油葡糖苷1kg，搅拌15-20min使其溶解均匀，同时操作期间保持真空度在-0.02MPa，搅拌速度控制在400r/min；
(4)自检合格，过滤出料静置24h报检；
(5)检查合格后灌包入库。
