鹅肉含蛋白质,脂肪,维生素A、B族维生素,烟酸,糖。其中蛋白质的含量很高,同时富含人体必需的多种氨基酸以及多种维生素、微量元素矿物质,并且脂肪含量很低。鹅肉营养丰富,脂肪含量低,不饱和脂肪酸含量高,对人体健康十分有利。同时鹅肉作为绿色食品于2002年被联合国粮农组织列为21世纪重点发展的绿色食品之一。具有益气补虚、和胃止渴、止咳化痰,解铅毒等作用。适宜身体虚弱、气血不足、营养不良之人食用。还可补虚益气,暖胃生津,凡经常口渴、乏力、气短、食欲不振者,可常喝鹅汤,吃鹅肉,这样既可补充老年糖尿病患者营养,又可控制病情发展,还可治疗和预防咳嗽病症,尤其对治疗感冒和急慢性气管炎、慢性肾炎、老年浮肿;治肺气肿、哮喘痰壅有良效。特别适合在冬季进补。鹅营养价值高,鹅肉在市场供不应求,价格比其他家禽都贵,鹅养殖成了一种产业,目前,为了促进鹅快速生长,养殖的时候使用含有化学生长素的饲料或是添加剂,为了减少鹅生病,饲喂大量抗生素等化学药物,所以,目前亟需提供一种提高肉鹅生长率以及免疫力的科学环保的肉鹅的养殖方法。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种肉鹅的养殖方法,合理规划养殖区域,温湿度可控的养殖房对雏鹅进行驯化养殖,每天光照12小时,显著提高雏鹅的抵抗力促进的骨骼生长,显著提高后期肉鹅的环境抗应激能力,通过科学饲喂,提高雏鹅的免疫能力和环境适应能力,同时科学放养能提高肉鹅的食欲和饲料转化率提高肉鹅免疫功能,减少化学药物使用,减少药物残留,提高肉鹅的鹅肉品质。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种肉鹅的养殖方法,所述养殖方法包括,养殖场设有温湿度可控养殖房以及普通养殖房,所述温湿度可控养殖房设有温湿度控制装置,其包括空调以及湿度器,将肉鹅放入温湿度可控养殖房养殖,肉鹅为5-10天龄雏鹅,将温度设置30-32℃,湿度设置为45-50%,每天肉鹅光照的时间12小时,光照强度为1000-1500Lux,每隔5天通入臭氧0.05ppm,保持半个小时后通风,待肉鹅长至20天龄后,将肉鹅移到普通养殖房饲养,将肉鹅喂养至2个月龄后开始放养。
优选的是,在温湿度可控养殖房中肉鹅的养殖密度为10-12只/m2,在普通养殖房中肉鹅的养殖密度为4-6只/m2,合理分配养殖密度有利于肉鹅快速成长。
优选的是,在温湿度可控养殖房中,肉鹅饲喂管理,包括每天将第一饲料撒在所述喂食槽中,每天喂食4-5次,第一饲料的喂食量为肉鹅重20%-30%,所述喂水槽每天换水2-3次提供给肉鹅饮水用。
优选的是,所述第一饲料由以下重量份材料制成:大豆蛋白粉30-50份、麦麸10-20份、黄粉虫7-15份、石粉5-10份、氨基酸1-5份、鱼粉4-8份、螺旋藻粉2-5份、酵母硒0.1-0.5份、多维素1-2份、鱼油1-2份、壳聚糖0.5-1份、酵母菌0.1-0.5份。
优选的是,饲喂肉鹅的水由以下按质量分数材料制成:2%板蓝根、1%马齿苋、2%茴香、1%食盐、1%胡椒、0.005‰臭氧、余量为水;将板蓝根、马齿苋、茴香、胡椒切碎放入水中浸泡1-2小时后,90-110℃煎煮2小时后,过滤得到滤液,将滤液冷却至30℃加入食盐溶解后通入臭氧得到饲喂肉鹅的水,含有臭氧的水可促进雏鹅的消化吸收,促进雏鹅发育完善消化系统,同时本发明提供的水还能提高雏鹅的免疫功能,减少患病。
优选的是,还包括,所述养殖场还设有放养场地,所述放养场地的周围设有3米高铁丝网,所述放养场地设有草地、沙地、水塘,所述肉鹅经过普通养殖房养殖后,白天在放养场地放养养殖,晚上收回普通养殖房。
优选的是,还包括,肉鹅放养管理,每天饲喂第二饲料3-4次,所述第二饲料由以下重量份材料组成:膨化玉米粉30-50份、糙米粉20-30份、木薯酒糟10-20份、大豆蛋白粉5-8份、小米10-20份、氨基酸1-2份、虾壳粉10-20份、枸杞叶20-30份、麦芽草5-10份、山楂3-8份、青梅3-8份、食盐1-2份、花椒1-2份。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
第一、本发明养殖方法,合理规划养殖区域,温湿度可控的养殖房对雏鹅进行驯化养殖,每天光照8小时,显著提高雏鹅的抵抗力促进的骨骼生长,显著提高后期肉鹅的环境抗应激能力,通过科学饲喂,提高肉鹅的免疫能力和环境适应能力;
第二、本发明养殖方法,设有放养场地,放养场地设有草地、沙地、泥地,科学放养,肉鹅可自由活动,增加肉鹅运动量能提高肉鹅的食欲和饲料转化率提高肉鹅免疫功能,降低肉料比,缩短肉鹅养殖时间,减少化学药物使用,减少药物残留,提高肉鹅的肉鹅肉品质。

具体实施方式
结合下面实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本发明其中一个实施例一种肉鹅的养殖方法,包括,养殖场设有温湿度可控养殖房以及普通养殖房,所述温湿度可控养殖房设有温湿度控制装置,其包括空调以及湿度器,将肉鹅放入温湿度可控养殖房养殖,肉鹅为8天龄雏鹅,将温度设置30℃,湿度设置为45%,每天肉鹅光照的时间12小时,光照强度为1200Lux,每隔5天通入臭氧0.05ppm,保持半个小时后通风,待肉鹅长至20天龄后,将肉鹅移到普通养殖房饲养,将肉鹅喂养至2个月龄后开始放养。
在温湿度可控养殖房中肉鹅的养殖密度为10只/m2,在普通养殖房中肉鹅的养殖密度为4只/m2,合理分配养殖密度有利于肉鹅快速成长。
在温湿度可控养殖房中,肉鹅饲喂管理,包括每天将第一饲料撒在所述喂食槽中,每天喂食4次,第一饲料的喂食量为肉鹅重25%,所述喂水槽每天换水2次提供给肉鹅饮水用。
所述第一饲料由以下重量份材料制成:大豆蛋白粉45份、麦麸15份、黄粉虫12份、石粉8份、氨基酸4份、鱼粉5份、螺旋藻粉3份、酵母硒0.4份、多维素1.5份、鱼油1份、壳聚糖0.6份、酵母菌0.3份,将上述材料混合粉碎制成颗粒即得所述第一饲料。
饲喂肉鹅的水由以下按质量分数材料制成:2%板蓝根、1%马齿苋、2%茴香、1%食盐、1%胡椒、0.005‰臭氧、余量为水;将板蓝根、马齿苋、茴香、胡椒切碎放入水中浸泡1-2小时后,100℃煎煮2小时后,过滤得到滤液,将滤液冷却至30℃加入食盐溶解后通入臭氧得到饲喂肉鹅的水,含有臭氧的水可促进雏鹅的消化吸收,促进雏鹅发育完善消化系统,同时本发明提供的水还能提高雏鹅的免疫功能,减少患病。
还包括,所述养殖场还设有放养场地,所述放养场地的周围设有3米高铁丝网,所述放养场地设有草地、沙地、水塘,所述肉鹅经过普通养殖房养殖后,白天在放养场地放养养殖,晚上收回普通养殖房。
还包括,肉鹅放养管理,每天饲喂第二饲料4次,所述第二饲料由以下重量份材料组成:膨化玉米粉45份、糙米粉25份、木薯酒糟15份、大豆蛋白粉6份、小米12份、氨基酸1.5份、虾壳粉16份、枸杞叶22份、麦芽草8份、山楂5份、青梅5份、食盐1份、花椒2份,将上述材料混合粉碎制成颗粒即得所述第二饲料。
采用本发明的方法饲养肉鹅,8-12周龄肉鹅就可屠宰,重量达到4-6kg,生长期肉鹅无患病。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
Claims (7)
1.一种肉鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述养殖方法包括,养殖场设有温湿度可控养殖房以及普通养殖房,所述温湿度可控养殖房设有温湿度控制装置,其包括空调以及湿度器,将肉鹅放入温湿度可控养殖房养殖,肉鹅为5-10天龄雏鹅,将温度设置30-32℃,湿度设置为45-50%,每天肉鹅光照的时间12小时,光照强度为1000-1500Lux,每隔5天通入臭氧0.05ppm,保持半个小时后通风,待肉鹅长至20天龄后,将肉鹅移到普通养殖房饲养,将肉鹅喂养至2个月龄后开始放养。
2.根据权利要求1所述肉鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于,还包括,在温湿度可控养殖房中肉鹅的养殖密度为10-12只/m2,在普通养殖房中肉鹅的养殖密度为4-6只/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述肉鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于,还包括,在温湿度可控养殖房中,肉鹅饲喂管理,包括每天将第一饲料撒在所述喂食槽中,每天喂食4-5次,第一饲料的喂食量为肉鹅重20%-30%,所述喂水槽每天换水2-3次提供给肉鹅饮水用。
4.根据权利要求3所述肉鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述第一饲料由以下重量份材料制成:大豆蛋白粉30-50份、麦麸10-20份、黄粉虫7-15份、石粉5-10份、氨基酸1-5份、鱼粉4-8份、螺旋藻粉2-5份、酵母硒0.1-0.5份、多维素1-2份、鱼油1-2份、壳聚糖0.5-1份、酵母菌0.1-0.5份。
5.根据权利要求3所述肉鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于,饲喂肉鹅的水由以下按质量分数材料制成:2%板蓝根、1%马齿苋、2%茴香、1%食盐、1%胡椒、0.005‰臭氧、余量为水;将板蓝根、马齿苋、茴香、胡椒切碎放入水中浸泡1-2小时后,90-110℃煎煮2小时后,过滤得到滤液,将滤液冷却至30℃加入食盐溶解后通入臭氧得到饲喂肉鹅的水。
