Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The conference synchronization method mainly aims at the problems that in the prior art, when a teleconference is carried out, only people participating in the conference can know the conference content, and when a network or a line signal is poor, the conference content can not be acquired, so that the quality of the conference is poor, and the flexibility is low.
According to the conference synchronization method, after a synchronous conference application request sent by a first terminal is obtained, the application request is analyzed to obtain information of a current conference, processing resources and a sharing link associated with the current conference are determined according to the information of the current conference, then the sharing link is sent to the first terminal, and when voice data sent by the first terminal are received, the voice data are processed by the aid of the previously determined processing resources, and conference content corresponding to the current conference is generated. Therefore, processing resources and sharing links are determined through the conference information to process the voice data to generate the conference content, so that the automatic recording of the conference content is realized, the conference content can be shared to other users through the sharing links, the synchronous flexibility of the conference is improved, and the user experience is improved.
The conference synchronization method proposed in the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a conference synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the conference synchronization method may include the steps of:
step 101, a synchronous conference application request sent by a first terminal is obtained, wherein the application request includes information of a current conference.
Specifically, the conference synchronization method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be executed by the conference synchronization apparatus provided in the present application, and the apparatus may be configured in a computer device to implement control or management of conference synchronization.
The first terminal in the present application refers to a conference initiating terminal.
In an actual application process, if a conference is held in one place, one terminal in the place may be set as the first terminal, and if the conference is held in a plurality of different places simultaneously, any one terminal in the different places may be set as the first terminal, which is not specifically limited herein.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first terminal may be an intelligent device having a video call function and/or a voice call function. Such as a smart phone, a smart watch, a PC, a laptop (Tablet Personal Computer, abbreviated as Tablet PC) and so on.
During specific implementation, the first terminal can detect whether synchronous conference triggering operation exists, and when the synchronous conference triggering operation is detected, the corresponding synchronous conference application request can be generated according to the triggering operation. And then sending the generated synchronous conference application request to a corresponding server so as to process the application request through the server.
After receiving the synchronous conference application request sent by the first terminal, the server can analyze the application request to acquire the information of the current conference in the application request.
The information of the current conference may include a place, a time, a name, and the like of the conference, which is not specifically limited in this application.
Step 102, determining processing resources and sharing links associated with the current conference according to the information of the current conference.
Specifically, after the current conference information included in the application request is acquired, as an implementation manner, a processing resource and a shared link can be randomly allocated to the current conference; or, as another implementation manner, the processing resources and the shared links related to the meeting information may be queried in the history information record according to the meeting information.
In addition, the processing resources and the shared link associated with the current conference may be determined in other manners, which are not specifically limited herein.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, any information that can be shared, such as a shared link or a two-dimensional code, may be allocated to the first terminal.
That is to say, the first terminal may share the related content of the current conference to other users through the sharing link or the two-dimensional code.
Step 103, sending the shared link to the first terminal.
Specifically, after determining the processing resource and the shared link associated with the current conference, the shared link may be sent to the first terminal; or the two-dimensional code associated with the current conference can also be sent to the first terminal.
In specific implementation, the shared link or the two-dimensional code may be sent to the first terminal through the following implementation manners, for example:
as an implementation, the shared link or the two-dimensional code may be sent to the first terminal through a dedicated channel.
The dedicated channel may be a network channel established according to a Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) of the first terminal.
As another implementation, the shared link or the two-dimensional code may be transmitted to the first terminal in a broadcast form.
The broadcast instruction may include information such as an identifier of the first terminal, a shared link, or a two-dimensional code.
As another implementation manner, the shared link or the two-dimensional code may also be sent to the first terminal based on a near field communication manner, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this application.
It can be understood that the shared link or the two-dimensional code is sent to the first terminal by the various different transmission modes, so that the first terminal can receive the shared link or the two-dimensional code in different environments, and the conference synchronization reliability is improved.
Further, after receiving the sharing link or the two-dimensional code, the first terminal may send the sharing link or the two-dimensional code to other users, so that the other users can conveniently obtain the conference content of the conference through the sharing link or the two-dimensional code.
And 104, processing the voice data by using the processing resource when receiving the voice data sent by the first terminal to generate the conference content corresponding to the current conference.
Specifically, when the first terminal receives the shared link sent by the server, it may be determined that the server has already allocated the processing resource for itself, and at this time, the first terminal may send a voice indication and/or a signal indication to the user to remind the user that the conference may be started.
The voice indication sent by the first terminal may be a voice reporting "ready" or the like, which is not limited in the present application.
The signal indication may refer to: the indicator light changes from red to green, or the indicator light continuously flashes, etc., which the application does not limit.
When the microphone in the first terminal acquires the voice data, the acquired voice data can be immediately sent to the pre-allocated processing resource, so that the voice data is processed through the processing resource to obtain the conference content corresponding to the voice data.
The following processing may be performed on the voice data by using the processing resources, for example:
in the first mode, voice data is identified, and text information synchronized with the voice data is determined.
In particular, the voice data can be identified through the following steps:
analyzing and processing voice data, and removing redundant information in the voice data;
extracting key information influencing voice recognition and characteristic information expressing language meaning;
thirdly, recognizing words by using the minimum unit according to the characteristic information;
recognizing words according to respective grammars of different languages and the sequence;
step five, taking the front meaning and the back meaning as auxiliary recognition conditions, and being beneficial to the analysis and recognition of voice data;
step six, according to semantic analysis, segmenting key information, taking out recognized words and connecting the words, and adjusting sentence composition according to the meaning of a sentence;
and step seven, analyzing the mutual connection of the contexts by combining the semantics, and properly correcting the current sentence being processed to obtain the meeting content.
In the second mode, speech data is translated to generate at least one new type of speech data corresponding to the speech data.
Specifically, in order to generate new voice data different from the voice data, the present application further acquires a translation request transmitted by the first terminal before translating the voice data. Wherein, the translation request includes a target language type.
In this embodiment, the target language type may be any language different from the voice data, and the present application does not limit this.
For example, if the voice data is chinese, the target language type may be english, russian, german, japanese, korean, and the like.
In the third mode, voice data is not processed, but only recorded and saved.
It should be noted that, the above several ways of processing the voice data may be implemented separately, or may be combined with each other, and this application is not limited to this specifically.
It can be understood that the corresponding conference content is generated by processing the voice data, and the conference content is shared to other users through the shared link or the two-dimensional code, so that the conference synchronization flexibility is improved, the complete conference content can be acquired when the network or line signal is not good, and the conference quality is improved.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, after step 104, the conference synchronization method further includes:
and carrying out voice endpoint detection processing on the voice data, and determining sentence and paragraph segmentation in the conference content.
At present, Voice Activity Detection (VAD), namely silence Detection, is generally adopted for continuous speaking of a user to process so as to divide Voice data into a plurality of pieces of Voice, and when silence is detected, sentences are divided, so that sentences and paragraphs in conference contents can be divided.
In the conference synchronization method provided by the embodiment of the application, processing resources and a shared link associated with a current conference are determined by acquiring a synchronous conference application request sent by a first terminal, the determined shared link is sent to the first terminal, and then when voice data sent by the first terminal is received, the voice data is processed by using the determined processing resources to generate conference content corresponding to the current conference. Therefore, processing resources and sharing links are determined through the conference information to process the voice data to generate the conference content, so that the automatic recording of the conference content is realized, the conference content can be shared to other users through the sharing links, the synchronous flexibility of the conference is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in a possible implementation scenario of the present application, after the voice data sent by the first terminal is processed by using the processing resources, the present application further receives a conference access request sent by the second terminal, verifies the second terminal according to the received request, and executes a corresponding operation according to a verification result. The conference synchronization method in the above case will be specifically described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a conference synchronization method according to another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the conference synchronization method may include the steps of:
step 201, receiving a conference access request sent by a second terminal, where the access request includes a sharing link.
In this embodiment, there may be one or more second terminals. The setting may be performed according to practical applications, and is not particularly limited.
The second terminal can be an intelligent device with a video call function and/or a voice call function. Such as a smart phone, a smart watch, a PC, a laptop (Tablet Personal Computer, abbreviated as Tablet PC) and so on.
Specifically, if the second terminal wants to join the current conference, the conference access request can be sent by clicking the shared link sent by the first terminal; or scanning a two-dimensional code sent by the first terminal to send a conference access request; alternatively, the present application is not limited to this, and a dedicated conference access request or the like may be transmitted.
The server may perform parsing and identification operations on the received conference access request to determine whether the second terminal may access the current conference.
Step 202, according to the authority range of the current conference, judging whether the second terminal is legal, if so, executing step 203, otherwise, executing step 207.
Specifically, in order to ensure that the conference content is not stolen by illegal personnel, when the first terminal applies processing resources and a shared link to the server, the first terminal also sets an acquisition right for the content of the conference synchronization, so that the security of the conference synchronization content is improved.
The acquisition permission set by the first terminal may be that the second terminal correctly answers a set question, or inputs a correct password, or inputs a correct gesture, and the like, and the present application does not specifically limit this.
For example, if the acquisition right set by the first terminal is: what the subject of this meeting is, the correct answer is: and if the answer input by the second terminal is consistent with the answer preset by the first terminal or has the same semantic meaning, judging that the second terminal is legal, or else, judging that the second terminal is illegal.
And step 203, returning the conference content of the current conference to the second terminal.
Specifically, if it is determined that the second terminal is legal, the server may send the conference content corresponding to the current conference to the second terminal.
Optionally, the server may send the conference content corresponding to the current conference to the second terminal in a wired or wireless manner.
Further, in order to increase the security of the conference content in the transmission process, the application can also encrypt the conference content through the server, and then send the encrypted conference content to the second terminal.
In this embodiment, the conference content corresponding to the current conference may include text content, new voice data, and original voice data.
That is to say, the method and the device for meeting the meeting content can send the corresponding meeting content to the second terminal according to the acquisition requirement of the second terminal, so that different requirements of different users are met.
And step 204, receiving the feedback information sent by the second terminal.
Specifically, after receiving the conference content sent by the server, the second terminal may decrypt the received conference content first, and then view the conference content of the conference.
Further, in order to make the content of the conference discussion richer and more purposeful. After the conference content is sent to the second terminal, the feedback information sent by the second terminal can be received.
The feedback information sent by the second terminal may be a finding provided for a certain viewpoint in the conference or a problem, or may be a supplement provided for a certain viewpoint, and the like, and the present application does not specifically limit this.
Step 205, adding the feedback information to the conference content according to the sending time, the content and/or the identifier of the second terminal of the feedback information.
For example, if there is one second terminal feeding back information and there are 3 different voice data in a continuous period of time, then the voiceprint recognition is performed on the 3 different voice data respectively, and the 3 different voice data are identified according to the recognition result, for example: identified as B, C, D, the feedback content and feedback time identified as B, C, D is then added to the conference content. Meanwhile, after the second terminal feedback information is added to the conference content, the updated conference content can be retransmitted to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can conveniently continue to browse the updated conference content.
For another example, if there are a plurality of second terminals feeding back information, after receiving the feedback information of the plurality of second terminals, the feedback information may be added to the conference content according to the identifier of the second terminal. Meanwhile, after the second terminal feedback information is added to the conference content, the conference content only containing the self feedback information can be retransmitted to the plurality of second terminals according to the identification of the second terminals, so that the plurality of second terminals can browse the conference content related to the self feedback information respectively.
Of course, in the above example, when the updated conference content is sent to the second terminal, the conference content to which all the feedback information is added may also be sent to the second terminal, so that the second terminal may learn more contents related to the feedback of other second terminals, and further enhance discussion and communication of the conference.
In this embodiment, the identifier of the second terminal may be, but is not limited to, an ID, an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI for short), a physical address (Media Access Control, MAC for short), and the like, which is not limited in this application.
It can be understood that the present embodiment may add the feedback information to the conference content according to the sending time and content of the feedback information; or adding the feedback information into the conference content according to the content of the feedback information and the identifier of the second terminal; the feedback information can also be added to the conference content according to the sending time and content of the feedback information and the identifier of the second terminal.
Step 206, synchronizing the conference content including the feedback information to the first terminal.
Specifically, after the information fed back by the second terminal is added to the conference content, the server updates the conference content in the first terminal to achieve the purpose of synchronization.
Or, the server may also send the conference content including the feedback information of the second terminal to the first terminal, so as to update the conference content in the first terminal.
Step 207, returning the access refusal message to the second terminal.
Specifically, after judging that the second terminal is illegal, the server may send authentication failure information to the second terminal; or prompting the second terminal to confirm whether the input verification information is correct, which is not specifically limited in the present application.
According to the conference synchronization method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the voice data sent by the first terminal is processed, the conference access request of the second terminal can be received, the identity of the second terminal is verified according to the preset authority of the first terminal, if the identity of the second terminal is determined to be legal, the conference content of the current conference is sent to the second terminal, otherwise, the access of the second terminal is refused, so that the conference content is prevented from being stolen by illegal users, and the security of the conference content is ensured. And after receiving the second terminal feedback information, the feedback information of the second terminal can be added to the conference content and the conference content in the first terminal is updated. Therefore, other users can acquire more comprehensive conference content when acquiring the conference content, the user requirements are further met, and the user experience is improved.
According to the embodiment, after the second terminal is determined to be legal, the conference content of the current conference is sent to the second terminal, and the feedback information sent by the second terminal is received, so that the conference content of the current conference is supplemented and perfected, and the conference content containing the feedback information is synchronized to the first terminal. In another possible implementation scenario of the present application, after receiving the conference access request sent by the second terminal, the present application may also receive the conference access request sent by the third terminal, and perform corresponding operation according to the conference access request sent by the third terminal. The conference synchronization method in the above case will be specifically described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a conference synchronization method of yet another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the conference synchronization method may include the steps of:
step 301, receiving a conference access request sent by a third terminal, where the access request includes a sharing link.
In this embodiment, one or more third terminals may be provided. The setting may be performed according to practical applications, and is not particularly limited.
The third terminal may be an intelligent device having a video call function and/or a voice passing function. Such as a smart phone, a smart watch, a PC, a laptop (Tablet Personal Computer, abbreviated as Tablet PC) and so on.
Specifically, if the third terminal wants to join the current conference, the conference access request can be sent by clicking the shared link sent by the first terminal; or scanning a two-dimensional code sent by the first terminal to send a conference access request; alternatively, the present application is not limited to this, and a dedicated conference access request or the like may be transmitted.
The conference access request sent by the third terminal may be received by the server, and the server may further perform parsing and identification operations on the received conference access request to determine whether the third terminal can access the current conference.
Step 302, according to the authority range of the current conference, judging whether the third terminal is legal, if so, executing step 303, otherwise, executing step 307.
Specifically, in order to ensure that the conference content is not stolen by illegal personnel, when the first terminal applies processing resources and a shared link to the server, the first terminal also sets an acquisition right for the content of the conference synchronization, so that the security of the conference synchronization content is improved.
The acquisition permission set by the first terminal may be that the third terminal correctly answers a set question, or inputs a correct password, or inputs a correct gesture, and the like, which is not specifically limited in the present application.
For example, if the acquisition right set by the first terminal is: what the subject of this meeting is, the correct answer is: and if the answer input by the third terminal is consistent with the answer preset by the first terminal or has the same semantic meaning, judging that the third terminal is legal, or else, judging that the third terminal is illegal.
Step 303, returning the conference content which does not include the feedback information sent by the second terminal to the third terminal.
Specifically, if it is determined that the third terminal is legal, the server may send the conference content that does not include the feedback information of the second terminal to the third terminal.
Optionally, the server may send the conference content corresponding to the current conference to the third terminal in a wired or wireless manner.
Further, in order to ensure the security of the conference content in the transmission process, the application can also encrypt the conference content through the server, and then send the encrypted conference content to the third terminal.
In this embodiment, the conference content corresponding to the current conference may be text content, new voice data, or original voice data.
That is to say, the method and the device for meeting the meeting content can send the corresponding meeting content to the third terminal according to the acquisition requirement of the third terminal, so that different requirements of different users are met.
It should be noted that, when sending the conference content of the current conference to the third terminal, the conference content including the feedback information of the second terminal may also be sent to the third terminal according to the requirement of the user of the third terminal, which is not limited in this application.
And step 304, receiving the feedback information sent by the third terminal.
Specifically, after receiving the conference content sent by the server, the third terminal may decrypt the received conference content first, and then view the conference content of the conference.
Further, in order to make the content of the conference discussion richer and more purposeful. After the conference content is sent to the third terminal, the feedback information sent by the third terminal can be received.
The feedback information sent by the third terminal may be a finding provided for a certain viewpoint in the conference or a problem, or may be a supplement provided for a certain viewpoint, and the like, and the present application does not specifically limit this.
And 305, adding the feedback information to the conference content according to the sending time, the content and/or the identification of the third terminal of the feedback information.
For example, if there is one third terminal feeding back information and there are 3 different voice data in a continuous period of time, then the voiceprint recognition is performed on the 3 different voice data respectively, and the 3 different voice data are identified according to the recognition result, for example: identified as B, C, D, the feedback content and feedback time identified as B, C, D is then added to the conference content. Meanwhile, after the feedback information of the third terminal is added to the conference content, the updated conference content can be retransmitted to the third terminal, so that the third terminal can conveniently continue to browse the updated conference content.
For another example, if there are a plurality of third terminals that feed back information, after receiving the feedback information of the plurality of third terminals, the feedback information may be added to the conference content according to the identifier of the third terminal. Meanwhile, after the third terminal feedback information is added to the conference content, the conference content only containing the self feedback information can be retransmitted to the plurality of third terminals according to the identification of the third terminal, so that the plurality of third terminals can browse the conference content related to the self feedback information respectively.
Of course, in the above example, when the updated conference content is sent to the third terminal, the conference content to which all the feedback information is added may be sent to the third terminal, so that the third terminal may learn more contents related to the feedback of other third terminals, and further enhance discussion and communication of the conference.
In this embodiment, the identifier of the third terminal may be, but is not limited to, an ID, an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI for short), a physical address (Media Access Control, MAC for short), and the like, which is not limited in this application.
It can be understood that the present embodiment may add the feedback information to the conference content according to the sending time and content of the feedback information; or adding the feedback information into the conference content according to the content of the feedback information and the identifier of the third terminal; the feedback information can be added to the conference content according to the sending time and content of the feedback information and the identifier of the third terminal.
Step 306, synchronizing the conference content including the feedback information to the first terminal.
Specifically, after the information fed back by the third terminal is added to the conference content, the server updates the conference content in the first terminal to achieve the purpose of synchronization.
Or, the server may also send the conference content including the feedback information of the third terminal to the first terminal, so as to update the conference content in the first terminal.
Step 307, returning the access refusal message to the third terminal.
Specifically, after judging that the third terminal is illegal, the server may send authentication failure information to the third terminal; or prompting the third terminal to confirm whether the input verification information is correct, which is not specifically limited in the present application.
According to the conference synchronization method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the conference access request sent by the second terminal is received, the conference access request sent by the third terminal can be received, the identity of the third terminal is verified according to the preset authority of the first terminal, if the identity of the third terminal is determined to be legal, the conference content which does not contain the feedback information of the second terminal is sent to the third terminal, otherwise, the access of the third terminal is refused, so that the conference content is prevented from being stolen by illegal users, and the security of the conference content is ensured. And after receiving the feedback information of the third terminal, the third terminal may add the feedback information of the third terminal to the conference content and update the conference content in the first terminal again. Therefore, other users can acquire more comprehensive conference content when acquiring the conference content, the user requirements are further met, and the user experience is improved.
