Abstract

一种组合透明防弹板,其构造是用一层聚碳酸脂LEXAN(MR5,XL)防砸采光板与玻璃组合而成。所述玻璃可以分别是普通玻璃;多层复合夹胶玻璃,钢化玻璃,所述组合方式可以分别是使用粘结,框架夹持,机械卡固中的任一种。在较佳实施例中,所述玻璃表面上粘贴有透明薄膜。本发明能有效地防护79式微型冲锋枪和五四式手枪的7.62mmDAT51式普钢心弹以弹速530m/秒的穿透,具有防弹等级高,防密集射击、单向防弹性、价格低廉、质量轻、加工性能好、用途广泛等优点。

Description

组合透明防弹板
本发明涉及防弹板,特指一种组合透明防弹板。
在军用,公安以及反恐怖活动,防盗治安等各种领域,其建筑物,车辆等有在采光条件下防弹、防爆、防砸、防盗、防火、防紫外线的安全防护需要。
通常,玻璃是用途较为广泛的透明材料,但玻璃易碎的弱点,不能保证防弹、防爆、防砸、防盗、防火等安全防护的需要。目前,透明防弹材料有美国产聚碳酸脂LEXGARD防弹采光板,美国产Armarshield(PET材料)簿膜(中国称铁甲箔膜),多层复合夹胶玻璃等。
聚碳酸脂LEXGARD防弹采光板虽有较好的综合防护和使用加工性能,但由于其高昂的价格,不适合于我国目前的经济承受能力,不能作为广泛的用途。
铁甲箔膜粘贴于玻璃表面,防弹等级低,受气候、加工、玻璃质量的影响,可靠性差,不能防密集射击、抗砸性能差,不能解决车辆防弹的需要
多层复合夹胶玻璃质量重、二次加工性能差,不易于加工、防弹等级低,并且中弹后背面产生大量碎片飞溅,易造成二次伤害,对特定尺寸专门加工的生产方式,不利于多品种多尺寸规格的生产、运输,不便用于防弹车辆改装的用途。
根据我国目前的治安状况和流失在社会的枪支情况和大多数持枪案例分析,主要持枪案例为五四式手枪,五四式的杀伤力在国际上以其超强的威力而闻名,五四式手枪发射DAT51B式普钢心弹具有更强的穿透力,是铁甲箔膜和多层复合夹胶玻璃不能确保的。
本发明的目的是提供一种组合透明防弹板,使其结构简单,能有效地防止7.26mmDAT51B式普钢心弹以弹速530m/秒的穿透,且加工性好、重量轻、价格低。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种组合透明防弹板,其构造是用一层聚碳酸脂LEXAN防砸采光板与玻璃组合而成。所述聚碳酸脂防砸采光板可以是LEXAN-MR5防磨花型或LEXAN-XL建筑型中的任一种。所述玻璃可以分别是普通玻璃,多层复合夹胶玻璃,钢化玻璃,其规格、形状不限。所述聚碳酸脂LEXAN防砸采光板与玻璃的组合方式可以分别是使用粘结,框架夹持、机械卡固中的任一种。
在较佳实施例中,在所述玻璃表面上粘贴有透明薄膜。其粘贴位置在玻璃与聚碳酸酯LEXAN防砸采光板之间,且使用时采光板在保护面,玻璃面朝枪击面。组合后的防弹板厚度在5-30mm之间。
本发明有以下积极有益的效果:
1.防弹等级高:使用聚碳酸酯防砸采光板LEXAN-MR5防磨花型或LEXAN-XL建筑型(不防磨花型)。与10毫米玻璃组合,能有效地防护79式7.62毫米微型冲锋枪发射DAT51B式普钢心弹的穿透。
使用LEXAN-MR5防磨花型或LEXAN-XL建筑型与8毫米玻璃组合就能完全有效地防止五四式手枪发射的DAT51B式普钢心弹的穿透。
2.防密集射击:将普通玻璃或钢化玻璃粘贴上一层透明簿膜后具有较好的防密集射击穿透的性能。
3.单向防弹性:透明防弹板组合方式简便、防弹、防爆、防砸等级高,单向防弹性能使被保护者在有效的保护下,也能向入侵者还击。
4.价格低廉:透明防弹板价格低,在防护性能和加工性能都优于铁甲箔膜和多层复合夹胶玻璃的质量下,价格仅与之趋平。
5.质量轻。
6.加工性能良好。
7.用途广泛:主要适用于银行柜台,运钞车辆,军需装备,政府要害部门,博物馆,贵重饰品店厨窗,重要人士的住宅,大型商厦,国家监狱等的防弹、防爆、防砸的透明采光材料。
现以较佳实施例结合附图进行说明。
图1是本发明使用粘结组合的实施例的示意图。
图2是本发明使用框架夹持组合的实施例,为局部剖截示意图。
图3是本发明使用机械卡固组合的实施例。
本发明的组合透明防弹板,其构造是用一层聚碳酸脂LEXAN-MR5或LEXAN-XL防砸采光板与玻璃组合而成。
图1所示组合透明防弹板由LEXAN防砸采光板1,普通玻璃板2,用粘结剂3粘结组合而成。
图2所示组合透明防弹板实施例的构造由LEXAN防砸采光板1、普通玻璃板2,并在玻璃板2上粘贴有透明薄膜4,薄膜4位置在玻璃与LEXAN防砸采光板之间,其结合方式是使用柜架5夹持,
图3所示组合透明防盗板实施例的构造与图2相同,其结合方式是使用机械卡板6以螺钉7连接卡固。
本发明实施时所述聚碳酸脂LEXAN防砸采光板与玻璃之间可以有间隙或无间隙,其防弹效果相同。

1.一种组合透明防弹板,其特征在于:其横截面为层状结构,是用一层聚碳酸脂防砸采光板与玻璃板组合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合透明防弹板,其特征在于:所述玻璃板可以分别是普通玻璃、多层复合夹胶玻璃、钢化玻璃。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合透明防弹板,其特征在于:在所述玻璃板表面上粘贴有透明薄膜。
4.如权利要求3所述的组合透明防弹板,其特征在于:所述玻璃表面上粘贴的透明薄膜,其粘贴位置在玻璃板与聚碳酸酯防砸采光板之间。
