A coil compacting apparatus provided on a carriage 11, comprising: paving roller 19 arranged on mounting bracket 27, mounting bracket 27 is arranged on hinge bracket 20; a compaction roller 18 disposed behind the carriage 11; the elastic scraping plate 17 is positioned behind the spreading roller 19 and is arranged on the frame 11;
as shown in fig. 5, compaction roller 18 includes a compaction roller 21, a roller shaft 22, and a pair of articulation assemblies; the compaction roller 21 is arranged on a roller shaft 22, and two ends of the roller shaft 22 are arranged on a mounting bracket 27 through joint assemblies; the joint assembly comprises a joint bolt 23, an adjusting nut 25 and a compacting spring 24 which are arranged on the joint bolt 23, and a linear bearing 26 which is arranged between the adjusting nut 25 and the compacting spring 24; the compaction spring 24 can be compressed by the adjusting nut 25 so as to apply elastic force to the compaction roller 21;
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the combustion heating device 1 provided on a vehicle frame 11 includes:
the combustion chamber 6 and the mixing chamber 2, the mixing chamber 2 is provided with a fuel gas inlet end, an air inlet end 28 and an outlet end 29, and the outlet end 29 is connected with the combustion chamber 6; the combustion chamber 6 is long;
the embodiment is provided with two mixing cavities 2, each mixing cavity 2 is provided with a fuel gas inlet end 5, an air inlet end 28 and an outlet end 29, the fan 4 is connected with the air inlet end 28 of the mixing cavity 2, and the outlet end 29 of each mixing cavity 2 is connected with one end of the combustion chamber 6; a flame retardant plate 3 is provided above the combustion chamber 6.
A plurality of air outlet holes 7 are formed in the fire outlet section of the combustion chamber 6 along the axial direction, and the air outlet holes 7 are arranged in an array along the axial direction of the combustion chamber 6. In this embodiment, the air outlet holes 7 are circular, and the axes of the air outlet holes 7 are inclined with respect to the surface of the combustion chamber 6, and the inclination directions of two adjacent air outlet holes 7 are different.
In this embodiment, the hot melt paving waterproofing membrane locomotive is further provided with a control box 9, including a control panel provided with control keys (not shown in the figure) for controlling the respective devices. In order to avoid the control box 9 from being affected by vibration of the vehicle body, a damper spring 8 is provided between the control box 9 and the vehicle frame 11.
In this example, the burner had a combustion power of 105kw and a gas consumption per hour of 2kg. The burner has a fire section with a width of one meter, which is equivalent to the width of a common coiled material, the fire amount is uniform, the fuel gas is fully burnt, and the flame is blue-purple, so that the heating efficiency is high.
Compared with manual heating, the burner has high heating efficiency, can heat 5 m coiled materials per minute, and can heat only 0.6 m coiled materials per minute for manual construction. In addition, the burner of the invention saves fuel gas, the fuel gas required for heating each square meter of coiled material is 0.02kg, and the fuel gas required for heating each square meter of coiled material is 0.15kg for manual construction.
In addition, the burner has a wider fire section, the fire quantity of the whole fire section is uniform, the whole breadth of the coiled material can be heated at the same time, the heating effect is uniform, and the heating efficiency is greatly improved. Moreover, the fuel gas is fully combusted, the pollutant emission is less, and the environment is friendly.
Compared with the traditional manual construction, the hot-melt paving waterproof coiled material locomotive has obvious technical progress, and the following table can be referred to specifically.
Therefore, the hot-melt paving waterproof coiled material locomotive greatly improves the construction efficiency, saves the labor cost and saves the fuel.
Meanwhile, the driving wheel 15 of the hot-melt paving waterproof roll locomotive 10 is positioned behind the paving roller 19, and when in use, the driving wheel 15 pushes the paving roller 19 to advance to paving the roll, so that the traditional mode is replaced by the driving wheel to pull the paving roller for paving, the paving position is more accurate, paving deviation can be found conveniently in time, and the hot-melt paving waterproof roll locomotive 10 can be adjusted in time to run according to a normal preset route.

Claims (5)

1. The hot-melt waterproof coiled material paving locomotive is characterized by comprising:
the frame is provided with a coiled material support for supporting the waterproof coiled material;
the paving roller is hinged to the front end of the frame;
the guide rollers are arranged on the frame, are positioned between the coiled material support and the paving roller, and can be arranged on the paving roller through the guide roller disc;
the burner is arranged at the bottom of the frame and is used for heating the coiled material;
the driving wheel is arranged at the rear end of the frame, the driving wheel is arranged at the bottom of the frame and can be in contact with the ground, and the driving wheel can drive the hot-melt paving waterproof coiled material locomotive to run and lay the waterproof coiled material on the ground;
the support wheel is arranged in the middle of the frame and can be in contact with the ground;
the cooling device comprises a shell, a drainage fan and an induced air pipeline, wherein the shell is arranged at the bottom of the frame, one end of the induced air pipeline is communicated with the shell, the other end of the induced air pipeline faces the guide roller, and the drainage fan is arranged on the induced air pipeline;
the control cabinet and the handle are arranged at the rear end of the frame, and the control cabinet is connected with the burner and the driving wheel in a communication manner;
the pedal is arranged at the rear end of the frame and positioned at the bottom of the control cabinet;
the shell is in a horn shape, and the flaring end of the horn shape faces the ground.
2. The hot melt paving waterproofing membrane locomotive of claim 1, further comprising a hinge bracket, wherein the hinge bracket is U-shaped, is hinged to the carriage and is rotatable to a front end of the carriage, and wherein the paving roller is hinged to the carriage via the hinge bracket.
3. The hot melt paving waterproofing membrane locomotive of claim 1, further comprising a compaction roller disposed at a rear end of the paving roller on both sides of the paving roller.
4. The hot melt paving waterproofing membrane locomotive of claim 1, further comprising a scraper disposed at the bottom of the carriage at the rear end of the carriage.
5. The hot melt paving waterproofing membrane locomotive of claim 4, wherein the wiper is a closely aligned comb-like tooth with a tip disposed at an end of the comb-like tooth.
