The mounting plate 4 of the present invention is attached to the top of the buoyancy tank by the fastening bolts 1, thus facilitating installation and removal. The hand wheel 13 is rotated to drive the screw rod 12 to rotate, and as the rear side of the long slat 16 is contacted with the front side of the pontoon 27, the upper end of the long slat 16 is connected with the nut 14 through the lower connecting plate 15 and the upper connecting plate 18, the long slat 16 limits the rotation of the nut 14, so that along with the rotation of the screw rod 12, the nut 14 moves up and down along the screw rod 12, the nut 14 moves up and down to drive the oil guide groove 3 to move up and down, and the operation is performed in a mode of rotating the screw rod 12, so that the height of the oil guide groove 3 is adjusted more precisely.
